Apparently because they didn’t manage to write a throughput ending, so they reused one of the earlier scenes lol. That’s my guess on reusing the earlier scene. It is well known on weibo that the writers didn’t manage to write the ending, and so they didn’t manage to film it as they only have limited time to film the series. Basically, lack of budget and time, hence why the drama suffers at the end. The start was brilliant because they have a good script.
