People praised it so I gave it a go. Currently at ep 9, I don’t find it funny, the troupes have been done before, there might be one or two funny moments but overall meh. It’s interesting to keep me going as I want to find out what’s the deal with the time travelling plot line, other than that, every other plot is been there done that. The acting isn’t great but not glaringly bad, so passable, the chemistry is not as sizzling as everyone makes it out to be apart from the ML can really kiss, the FL is not as a dead fish as other FL in cdrama but nothing to ride home about. My main problem with this drama so far is they treat the audiences like they don’t have any brain. Last episode: how could you be so incompetent and lost the magic orb? It’s just a rumour! Idc if it is, go get it back! After fallen into the trap, how could you be so dumb and incompetent to fall into that trap??? Me: you told him to go get it back, and now you blame him for being dumb when you were the person who believed those rumours??? Uh! And that’s just one example! I will possibly finish it just so I can give an accurate review of how not great this drama is >_> also because as bad as it is, it’s not glaringly annoyed me to dead yet to the point of dropping it.

Mark is such a good kisser! A lot of the Taiwanese actors are good kissers, and you need good plots to showcase that. And tmopb does, so many bed scenes compare to this zero lol!

Yea on the last episode, where he tried to look serious as he delivered the romantic serious line about his devotion, it felt corny :/ his face looks insincere :/

If you read other’s comments, the general consensus is that first 30ep is great, after that down hill, people will rewatch the series for only their otp moments, which speaks volumes about this series

Happy but many unexplained questions, many seems to be dissatisfied with it, to the point of not rewatch except for their OTP moments. Take that info as you will

Hahaha nah, I got what you mean, I fully read your article, my sentence or my dumb comment is more about when they go against the law and put themselves at risk of exposing themselves, to me, that’s dummy :p basically I will be like you and frustrated at these rules breaking thing! Yup, I think it was a chore for me after 32? The series is not what it cracks up to be :) it actually left a bad taste in the mouth afterward, I wish I should have abandon it after 32!

YU Zheng will ruin it somewhere in the middle toward the end, and With 70eps, expect a lot of drag!
