If you lost your interest with TMOPB, try this: watch from ep23 (the part where she jumped off heaven), I watched from there and gosh, it was so interesting! From there until the end, then go back to watch ep10-23, lol. The book started with her jumping off heaven :)

Sure there are people of opinions like yours. But the loudest oppositions that rate the show below 5 is that of ZBB’s fan. They literally gave the show 1 lol. I read many bad reviews and even them don’t get that bad of a score lol! And if you read the reviews, many of them are heavily biased and all started with I’m watching this because of ZBB :)

Do you like wuxia? This is more wuxia than the usual xianxia TMOPB. It’s not a childish love where you in love then misunderstanding cause breakup, then you go back to one another, back and forth. Mature audience would appreciate TFD, whereas younger audiences wouldn’t lol.
Try Ashes of Love (aka Heavy Sweetness, Ash-like Frost) for a change of pace.

Ignore the ropes, the fast and slow motion is just distracting, hope they don’t use it for the drama. And as much as I love hero, it’s more for its storyline rather than for the fight scenes.
My problem is I’m seeing string! And more string! What kind of sloppy promotional video is this? Didn’t even bother delete the string?!
Also, the going Fast and slow detract from beautiful wuxia choreography. And I don’t really like crouching dragon and hidden dragon because it’s very pretentious wuxia. They are the cause of those ridiculous flight scenes that we are now experienced in wuxia! Slow motion is good, but fast and slow and ignore the internal force is just bad. Like when the two umbrella collide, it should be smashed into pieces! Because at this current state, those two are not fighting, they are just dancing!

People praised it so I gave it a go. Currently at ep 9, I don’t find it funny, the troupes have been done before, there might be one or two funny moments but overall meh. It’s interesting to keep me going as I want to find out what’s the deal with the time travelling plot line, other than that, every other plot is been there done that. The acting isn’t great but not glaringly bad, so passable, the chemistry is not as sizzling as everyone makes it out to be apart from the ML can really kiss, the FL is not as a dead fish as other FL in cdrama but nothing to ride home about. My main problem with this drama so far is they treat the audiences like they don’t have any brain. Last episode: how could you be so incompetent and lost the magic orb? It’s just a rumour! Idc if it is, go get it back! After fallen into the trap, how could you be so dumb and incompetent to fall into that trap??? Me: you told him to go get it back, and now you blame him for being dumb when you were the person who believed those rumours??? Uh! And that’s just one example! I will possibly finish it just so I can give an accurate review of how not great this drama is >_> also because as bad as it is, it’s not glaringly annoyed me to dead yet to the point of dropping it.

Mark is such a good kisser! A lot of the Taiwanese actors are good kissers, and you need good plots to showcase that. And tmopb does, so many bed scenes compare to this zero lol!
