(I couldn’t watch this on Vietnamese sub because the speed the sub was going is like a bullet train lol. I’m rewatching it atm with eng sub to see if it is any better lol). But I do love how it so reminiscent of TTEOTM OST lol 🤣🤣🤣 are you watching it or waiting until it finishes?

Does anyone have a squeal moment when she was handling the staff in ep7 (I think), there was a brief moment where I see Lu Zhao Yao! (And here I kudos her acting, I can briefly see it, but not quite!) but it’s definitely a squealing moment for me, and I was like: aww, how I wished XK was there to catch her fall 🤣🤣🤣 (my favourite scene in the legends if you couldn’t tell 🤣🤣🤣🤣)

I’m fine with her character so far. She shows how she’s strong headed, but she is still stubborn, same as when she was a child. She understands her weakness after mulling over what other said about her, and each time, she’s changing/improving for it. I like the growth so far.

Saw 7eps of Moonlight mystique so far, and I found 2 interesting facts:
1. I lol when I saw the zombie 🤣 it likes they try to give us that zombie arc we missed in TTEOTM. (YXW would fight tooth and nail against TTJ as well, same with how BS is fighting against FY, her fiancé, n everyone else lol).
2. The music! The use of it (example: when her father’s event happened!) - it gives the same vibe as our infamous OST! The one that everyone used in every clip promoting their new drama lol! I’m like are you guys trying to tell me something 🤣🤣🤣

So finished all 7eps, pretty good. Considering I saw the trailer and OP, I thought I won’t be moved when the dad die, but I did. I was teary when he said goodbye, and for everything after that. Great father and daughter relationship, great flow so far. Totally recommending it 🥰
Also I love how we get the zombie arc that TTEOTM didn’t do 🤣 also the music has the same vibe as TTEOTM, so I’m digging this even more!

I feel she has an inkling, that’s why she’s trusting the demon side more after that

It is slow down now, for ep 6 and 7. But it might start to go again (though I feel normal pacing, a bit more than just ep6 n 7, not as fast as the first 5)

Uhm, seeing your discussion with @Susu I think the FL is being portrayed just like how you say she is in the novel. Yes, initially she keep using the stone as a hostage, but with the turtle master, it should she has that flexibility, and understand what needed to be done, and actually push her hatred and what’s not aside to whole heartedly learn.

Not sure about being lazy, but it might be the director’s choice? He did the same thing for SOKP. 2 for 2, so I think it’s his style? Don’t know, we will have to wait for the third dram of his to see if he does this kind of intro again lol

I tried another romcom of her and I also hated her or her character so much, also the premise for that show sucked majorly (ppl was defending her cheating because her ex and her have more past together! And also because ML was more popular 🤦‍♀️).
I like her in train to Busan though, so I think it’s when she acts in romcom that her acting is like this, and that upper lip thing is pretty common 😒

While I enjoyed the current dating, to get there was uh!🙄😒 ep7 was 🫤 my face when I’m watching it (if I was to quit, ep7 was the quitting point for me, but alas current drama scene is pretty bad, and this drama is predictable so better than nothing). Ep8 - while I enjoyed it, the whole episode, I keep thinking this series is lucky to have that 1 good song and main actor and the main young actor as the ML

It’s not about being warm, or being kind. I never said the FL was unkind or cold, or need to be. I’m saying she needs to show the vulnerability, or something that show she was and still is affected by those traumas. lol, you reckon only you know ppl that had experienced traumas? And therefore you can have a better understanding than others?
Back to the drama, you said she can’t say my sentence because technically she dumped him, then how’s about i might have said never to contact me again, but I actually didn’t mean it, you were the one that went through with it. Again, there are many ways of saying and de tangle their misunderstandings, but her lack of depth and understanding that prohibit further developments between these two.
Your comment are mainly about the ML and his actions (which I’m ok with), and how you can make it so detailed, that’s because his character was written well. My argument is her character is not!
