So...is Wallace is a serial killer or psychopath in this drama?
He is neither...as far as know he is an assistant professor in the criminal psychology faculty..but as the intro suggests had some bad experiences and thus specializes in serial killers and so on.
Well, this movie is different for sure. If you read the title and think oh yes..lots of action, sword fights, political intrigues and many many dialogues..well..then this movie won´t be for you.
It is quite interesting, because there is almost no backround music, some little dialogues here and there....and then silence....the movie lives through the body language, facial expressions of the actors...I have to admit that sometimes it felt a little episodic to me...there is a lot that leaves it to the audience how certain things could be interpreted...it is not a typical Chinese or Taiwanese film with oppulence...rather it lives through its simplicity.
I liked it. but what was with the choice of music that you can hear at the end O_O I thought that I jumped from Asia to Scotland or to an medivial market. O_O
This drama had a lot of promise...both Voltemas Kimberley and Chatborirak Pakorn have great chemistry together...but in my eyes the scipt was lacking...it was pretty easy to guess who was the villain...and what bothered me the most was that the scipt just didn´t really let the chemistry show...yes..there were hints of romance and some nice scenes...but it seemed too choppy....I wasn´t really able to connect to the characters and the OTP.
This drama started out good, but got annoying really fast with all those selfish family members. I dropped this drama after 70 episodes...the relationship between Jeong Woo Jin and Go Ye Won dragged on too long and the way he suddenly developed feelings for Lee Hae Soo just didn´t convince me at all...and the back and forth alone between these 3 characters just got too annoying...if you add all those family members and side stories ..then you have one huge mess.
I had hoped that maybe it would get better and watched episode 103 ..but oh wow O_O am I glad that I stopped wasting time.
I was lucky to find this movie with english subs...it is a cute movie, but I wasn´t able to connect with the characters..the actors did a great job, but in my opinion either the scipt was lacking or they did a poor job cutting and editing the scenes together.
There was no moment were you could see how she felt in love with the 4th prince...there were some cute moments with the 14th and the ending scene really warmed your heart...
but what was it with all those scenes that had a Western touch O_O and then all those magical and religious symbols...
There were one or 2 really beautiful songs...but the way the music was used in the movie was also lacking...
If you are expecting a movie with drama and romance that tears you apart, then better watch the dramas...because this movie seems to be more of a comedy that tried to be dramatic.
I have watched it raw and liked it. I do hope that someone will sub it.
But I have to admit that I am not so over the moon like others that have praised this drama to the sky.
In my opinion, if you want to watch a really great drama which plays during this time period, then you should watch "The Red".
I didn´t expect much and was quite surprised. This is one fun movie. The fighting scenes are awesome and the way it was shot, the cinematogrophy was beautiful!!
It started out ok..but what the fu** happened in the last minutes..just because she was hurt..se told everyone that he raped her, he lost his job, etc...and then suddenly they end up together and are happy? O_O O_O
This movie really surprised me. I am used to watching the more conservative K-dramas and the way mature content was presented here, was really different.
This is a funny and cute movie and I love the way the romance between them develops.
This drama really gets to me. It is quite the different K-drama. I have watched the first ep with subs and the rest raw...and I can´t wait to see how this drama will develop..in which direction the writer and director will take it..I really really hope that they will continue to show us the quality of the first 4 eps!
I loved the J-version and couldn´t believe that the K-version would be as good, most of all because I had seen Lee Sang Yoon only portray soft, nice guys...Today I finally watched it and I have to admit, I was so wrong. Now, I love this drama a lot more than the J-drama..it seems to be more rounded and not as over the top. I really really hope that there will be a second season with the same main cast.
If you haven´t watched it yet, then do it. This is one great drama!
I haven´t read the manga or watched the anime yet. I really loved this movie and in my eyes Honda Tsubasa and Higashide Masahiro had great chemistry in this movie. I will definitely rewatch it.
This is one rolercoaster of a drama...too be honest, I was only able to finish watching it, because of Lau Hauwick and because I was waiting to see that An Ning would grow to love herself more and not be as selfsacrificing. It is a good drama, but not one, that I will rewatch.
This lakorn has its bad and good sides...the main OTP had great chemistry, but omg...the story was so dragged out,it is not funny anyomre..instead of 31 episodes..around 16 would have been better...the grandfather was one of the best things ever..his antics were so funny...love him.
I had never heard E-san before..but I have to say that I like it.
If you like lots of cliches, many moments where you want to beat some sense into people..then this lakorn is for you...otherwise you might want to skip it
This is really one of the worst lakorns I have ever watched!!! There is nothing likable about Kongkai ..he and his longtime girlfriend really fit together...
And let´s be honest...if I want to get away from my ex-boyfriend and his new wife..then I won´t marry a man with many women..because then you get all his girlfriends as a "extra present". In the first ep Arunprapai spoke about how women should stand up for themselves and have dignity and shouldn´t bother with men that don´t treat them right..and then...lol..she marries such a man knowing how he is?? O_O and then even falls in love with him..
No thanks.
