Aw, donβt give up on himβhe has a lot of range, actually. Many of his roles are in straight up comedies, and…
Wow π€£ 1. Just because a show isn't to your liking doesn't mean it's without merit. There was a point to Love & Bid Farewell and it was that it WASN'T a stereotypical "romance" but was rather about obsessions. π€£
2. The drama he had come out between L&BF and this one Unspeakable Longing has him playing "essentially" a green flag and is a comedy. It's not very good in my personal opinion but some people have been liking it.
3. How far have you gotten in this one? Are you actually watching it or did you watch the 1st ep and make an assumption and drop? Because so far "the truth" still hasn't fully been revealed.
Which ep are you at coz what I think from the recent ones is actually the opposite (her to finally end up with…
SAME! It feels very brother/sister to me as well. But then, I wasn't in to the 2nd cpl in Be Your Knight and thought they felt like puppy love admiration/liking having a puppy rather than love so π€·ββοΈπΉ

He's aware of the Gu Child "bug"/curse thing, that's why he told her that from now on they would go based on HIS plan to make sure it proceeded smoothly. But yeah, in this last episode He's so hesitant to touch her she's not oblivious to his awkwardness when she makes the comment instead about the shopkeeper being whipped. She definitely COULD have used that time to make her own advance or to at least acknowledge that she sees and is okay with him touching her.... she doesn't π .
Ep 19 yasss, it's their best ep to date, I love seeing where is this going π€β€οΈ
Just coming here to say this! Omg it had a little bit of everything and WHY was my heart breaking for him? Thinking she was dead all this time and being a devastated little boy. Ugh I need the TRUTH about that night lol π
FINALLY finished this π₯± I've never given my man such a low rating before... it felt bad to do so but his amazing acting couldn't change the fact I wanted to fall asleep if I watched it on normal speed and could ONLY finish it when I pushed it up to 3x. π€·ββοΈ
It's my expectation for the ending too from reading the ending part of the synopsis"Together, they not only cleared…
See I was reading that from the beginning too and thinking it could actually go the OTHER way where Older bro realizes she actually loves younger brother and that he can let her go but π yeah, I'm really starting to doubt that.
NGL, I'm slightly sad that puppy seems TO ACTUALLY be a puppy... But that ep ending is definitely giving me vibes that he would willingly die and give her to his brother in the end if his "plan" requires it.
Yes. Its being billed and promoted as a tragic love
There's a bit of a difference between a show, IMO, where one or both leads happen to die in the end but the show gives off an overall hopeful feel, take Jouney to You where yes EVERYONE died in the end but the show as a whole was fun and hopeful, it foreshadowed their deaths as being meaningful and for a cause...
And a show specifically about "star-crossed" tragic lovers, doomed from the beginning like this one or say One and Only. They reach a very specific niche that's different from other SE shows so honestly I wouldn't even lump them together.
As for WHY though? Doomed from the start, tragic love sells VERY well.
I hate the ending so much. There are so many loopholes, like, I know this was a mini-drama only, but they had…
I agree that the ending is dumb but I think you missed a couple things (very easy with this editing). You seem to have missed the CY conversion part after the poisoning... they DIDN'T kill him. The Princess gave him the "fake your death" poison and they "presumably" ran off together off screen. This had been their "original" plan for her before he had to go back to his people.
