Okay, I think I've put 2+2 together and got the answer now.First 2 [Gao Shi De]:He went to the USA, for what was…
I made an error in their titles:

1) Shi De is CEO of Hua Cing Technology, and the creator of the company's new Alpha Project. Per 1 female employee's statement, at the start of episode 1, Shi De has only arrived from USA 1 week prior to the opening scene at the company, when he meets Shu Yi. Yu Zhen Xuan later states that his mother sent him to handle the M&A between Hua Cing Technology & Cheng Yi Corp on behalf of the Chairman.

2) Shu Yu refers to himself as VP. He has been sent to handle the M&A between Hua Cing Technology & Cheng Yi Corp by Cheng Yi's Board. His dad is CEO of the company and this task is for the Board to see if he is qualified to takeover his dad's spot as CEO of Cheng Yi. At some point Bing Wei comments that the reason they are there, and willing to firing Hua Cing Tech employees is over the new Alpha Project and they need to provide Cheng Yi higher ups details about it and its progress.

seems logical..only things1. We know shi de has met yu's dad before2. yu suffered some tough phase and shide was…
I imply the cause to both your #1 & #2 points when I wrote: "..This is, obviously, no coincidence.." It's no coincidence the companies involved. It's no coincidence the families involved in the companies. It's no coincidence that this caused Shi De to be unavailable for Shu Yi and neglect him.

As I also said, the real reason hasn't even been hinted at so, I'm only giving my hypothesis on what I know for sure. I acknowledge my suspicion that "...Shu Yi's father is behind the problems [at Hua Cing] and offered the bailout with conditions..." I'd also say that Shu Yi's dad, whatever problems may be stated at Cheng Yi, is likely conjuring that as well, to get him back to Japan, focused on anything other than Shi De. It could be real or manufactured, but we're going to find out.

One thing is for sure, based on Ep. 1, Hua Cing's ALPHA PROJECT is important to Cheng Yi and Shu Yi's dad, but Shi De's company are keeping a tight lid on it. So, there's obviously a lot of company shenanigans between the OTP and their families, imo.

I support your theories. Though the case with the lady and baby Oscar remains still a huge gap. At this point,…
It doesn't matter what we know about her because it won't change Shu Yi's reaction to it. Shu Yi doesn't care at this point, since he never once questions Shi De about being "married with a kid". She's not in Taiwan with Shi De. At the time, it's just an individual Shi De gave time to over Shu Yi being just a confirmation & catalyst to end things.
On We Best Love: Fighting Mr. 2nd Mar 8, 2021
Okay, I think I've put 2+2 together and got the answer now.

First 2 [Gao Shi De]:

He went to the USA, for what was supposed to be 3 months, to be with his mom at her wedding, and make sure she's settled into her new life in a new country.

Gao Shi De & his mom did not own a business, so the family business is his step-dad's company, Hua Cing Technology. Within the first few months, something medical happened to his step-dad and Gao Shi De was forced to step in, and likely finishing his higher education in the USA in something to help the company. This is likely the reason that Gao Shi De was not attentive and seemed always too busy for Shu Yi. It is likely that some of what was going on was stuff that was too sensitive or too related to Shu Yi, that Gao Shi De chose not to elaborate on the situation, in order to protect him, or some such nonsense.

The company started to struggle in the following 5 years, and needed a bailout to survive, thus, agreed to do a merger with Cheng Yi Corp, which is Shu Yi's father's company. This is, obviously, no coincidence. Although this hasn't been previewed or hinted, I'm going to suspect that Shu Yi's father is behind the problems and offered the bailout with conditions.

We know that Gao Shi De actually hasn't been heading up the Taiwan division but until recently, since his mom only just sent him there to *handle* the merger process.

Second 2 [Shu Yi]:

Let's just start with: Shu Yi has always been an arrogant hot-head. Nothing has changed, it's only gotten worse.

Without Gao Shi De elaborating on what's going on, Shu Yi is left to make some stark assumptions, but let's note that this is after a year of sticking it out while being ghosted quite frequently. When you're in a LDR and start getting ghosted, there isn't a human being on the planet, male OR female, that doesn't automatically believe that the person has lost interest in you and the relationship, and it doesn't always have to mean they found someone new, although that's usually the reason, if we're being honest. Shu Yi has been feeling neglected for quite a while, and because of his personality also tries to do slight retaliations, like ghosting Gao Shi De as well. Of course, games like these only solidify the feelings of neglect and lead to bitterness.

Shu Yi by-passes a flight to the USA on his way to go to his dad's company to help him out. What pisses off Shu Yi when he comes upon Gao Shi De is NOT that he thinks he's in a relationship or has a kid, it's that Gao Shi De has time to sit with this person and her kid eating cake in a park BUT doesn't have enough time to even bother to TEXT Shu Yi weeks at a time. The realization that Gao Shi De doesn't prioritize his relationship with Shu Yi like he does hits him hard. The thing that made Shu Yi interested, in the first place, was, in part, Gao Shi De's hot pursuit, love & devotion. In Shu Yi's mind, that doesn't exist anymore, so there's no point in the relationship, & he ends it.

2+2=4 [The End Result}:

Neither Gao Shi De's mother, nor Shu Yi's dad knew what the outcome was going to be when they sent their sons to handle their company business.

Members of Cheng Yi were unaware that Gao Shi De was recently put in place as Hua Cing Technology's CEO of the Taiwan division to handle their merger. Cheng Yi's Board of Directors just sent Shu Yi, as Cheng Yi's CEO, to handle the merger with Hua Cing Technology to show that he's experienced enough to take over his dad's position as the Board of Director's Chairman.

Their first encounter is totally unexpected by both, and not pre-arranged. Of course, they both knew they were meeting the CEO of each other's company but didn't realize who that was since they were all recent maneuvers. This is why Gao Shi De looks shocked when Shu Yi walks in, and why Shu Yi slaps him. They haven't seen each other since they departed, nothing has been resolved, and they were not prepared for the initial meeting. All is a spontaneous reaction to the situation.

And this is where S2 starts.

The US has nothing to do with this. Abstinence only education has been proven not to work. It is, in fact, allowed…
Shame on you for misrepresenting what I wrote. I didn't say 'only', I said 'at all'. I never even mentioned "protection". You have no comment about what I wrote *except* to call my opinions "ignorant" after attacking me for things I did not say.

I guess you've never took composition in English, eh? Guess you don't understand juxtaposition to highlight a problem? Interesting concept, eh? Did I ever say that the USA has anything to do with this? Can you think outside the traditional framework of a mere essay discussing only Pro/Con? Am I not allowed to compare & contrast to show a broader scope? Btw, did you realize that in South Korea it was a legit crime to get an abortion until their Supreme Court ruled it was unconstitutional and gave them until December 31, 2020 to correct it? Hmmm...

If you have problems with being triggered regarding women's issues, that's your problem. As it stands, I was using the comparisons to make a point about how restrictive and uncompromising the South Korean culture is, and how that makes me understand how difficult it is for their citizens and why so many choose to kill themselves. While criticizing me for that, thank you for actually making my point for me. All the things you want to "shame" me about applies to Koreans.
Chaerul Mar 5, 2021
I have so much to say on this... but I'll just leave it at 3 thoughts:

1. I think about the USA, where Democrats won't even let public schools teach abstinence, and want to allow girls to get abortions without parental authority, because "young kids will be kids". Rap, Hip-Hop culture? If they had to live by 12-13 year old actions + Cancel Culture, we'd never get any music, or talent. Just imagine American youth living under this kind of scrutiny? It's no wonder South Korea has the highest rate of suicide.

2. There's a reason why most advanced industrialized nations have 2 types of laws A) that you cannot disclose the names, faces, & info of juveniles committing crimes, & B) Statute of Limitations.

3. Since he has to wait until October...if things don't go well in the next 3 months, my prediction:
We read about the suicide of Ji Soo. Back someone in a corner for something they did 15 years ago, based on what males who supposed have evidence, i.e. molka...how so?? they participated? Is it legal? Assault? The statement said the females were unwilling? It's all very unclear. Now the person can't show their face, can't work and earn a living, even if it's outside of entertainment? Will a Korean employ him? What else is left??? What's the point of life? No forgiveness? And tag on and tag on of uncorroborated "evidence"? Yep.... I see suicide in the near future... That's why... That's why Korea is #1. Good job guys! You got him!! Make him pay.

is it just me or is everyone else in doubt as well as to how they are going to manage three couples and two major…
Well that's 30 minutes to an hour longer than most movies. So, if you write the script like a movie, then break it up into 6 of the main segments of the movie, it's possible to do this and do this well.

The real question is whether a Taiwanese production, such as Results Entertainment, is able to pull off doing it this way, or they end up focusing too much on mundane aspects of 2 secondary couples without generating enough hype for them that the audience cares enough to sit through it instead of just fast forwarding to the OTP. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's SO interesting how ALL these allegations of ALL the bullies stems from Middle School and they are being asked to treat it as if they were ADULTS at the time, and be RESPONSIBLE as ADULTS now.

Why do you think these people go to media forums instead of the proper authorities? Why do they have laws about not disclosing the names of youths involved in criminal cases???

Because we understand that youth are immature. We cannot guarantee ALL children are raised by loving parents, in a loving environment that raises them to be proper citizens. We as ADULTS understand that a child cannot give away something they do not have, namely experience and social etiquette. We give them the SLACK and UNDERSTANDING to make mistakes, correct the behavior, and become PRODUCTIVE, & DECENT human beings.

Bringing up something from middle school AFTER this man has been in the PUBLIC EYE THIS LONG and asking him to answer for it is UNACCEPTABLE, period. It is with all the other female AND male celebrities, regardless of the truth. This is why there is a thing called STATUE OF LIIMITATIONS!! Asking that someone answer AS AN ADULT of 27 for childhood, childish behavior of an 11 or 12 year is ridiculous!

Take Kim Ji Soo as an example here:
He has been in the public eye for no less than 9 years!
He came into the public eye no less than 6 years from the alleged incidents!

WHERE WERE THEY AT THE START???

This is the part of South Korean society I get disgusted with. NO HUMAN BEING COULD MEET UP TO THE STANDARDS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PERIOD!

NO ONE!!!

And now you fully understand WHY, as an advanced industrialized nation, SOUTH KOREA LEADS ALL OTHERS IN PLASTIC SURGEONS AND SUICIDES PER CAPITA! It's the only way to be PERFECT, and barring NOT being PERFECT, the only other solution is DEATH.

Good job, Koreans. You should be really proud of ridding yourselves of PRODUCTIVE ADULTS who may or MAY NOT have been bullies in middle school. PROBLEM SOLVED.

The accuser said that Park Hye Soo had a boy beat her up to the point she was blooded. I want to know that boy's name, and what the victim is doing to publicly accuse him of assault and when she's going to bring civil charges against him.

The victim attended the private all girl's school Eunkwang Girls' High School along with Park Hye Soo located in Gangnam, Seoul. I suspect that this guy lives in the area, and along with the 20 other students, comes from a well-off family and is a person that all of them are well aware of his identity. Wondering why he's not a party to this situation. Is it only rich celebrities, with their names and faces in the public eye that get called out, not those merely from wealthy families with no celebrities? Wonder why that is...and why the victim would want a man who beats up women on the behest of others to run free.

i can't believe people feel sorry for the cast the MOST. your first thought when you hear about a bullying case…
As her agency said, '...if you have a case, and you have the evidence you say you have, take it to the authorities along with everyone's statement and pursue it through *legal* channels..'

Trying this in the court of public opinion doesn't make her case accurate or a victim. We have a "He said, She Said" matter here with the ONLY facts that **I** can confirm from all of this is that 4 years ago, and now, instead of seeking a legal civil action, and monetary compensation through law and the courts, this particular person directly contacts her agency and asks, "...What are you going to do about this..."

To me the message is clear, give me a big settlement or I'll destroy her career. Just like with all the cases of sexual assault, and guys like Park Yoo Chun, who lost to 1 of the 4 victims in CIVIL COURT and was ordered to pay her $56 million KRW and is now free to act in dramas and be supported, why should this person be any different? Because she's FEMALE? Hmmm... I suspect sexual assault is worse, and as far as I know, there's never been any evidence or statement provided to the authorities. If there are so many corroborating witnesses, and photo evidence, as this person purports to have, then it should be quite easy... and then they can sue for physical assault in civil court and get their payday that way, and Park Hye Soo can be blackballed from entertainment and live off her rich family.

Why can't I believe them when they simply post random stuff on forums while people say, "...why do you support CELEBRITIES first, and those who come from RICH families..."?? Well, I'll start with 1 basic fact:

Park Hye Soo attended Eunkwang Girls' High School. The accuser states the first case happened when she was 16 and Park was 17, and they were classmates. This is a All-Girls, Private, Christian Liberal Arts & Science school located in GANGNAM-GU, SEOUL. The accuser who attended that school isn't some random poor chick. She must also come from a wealthy family. But she never went to her parents, or authorities, there's no record of such a thing. This isn't a public school, and all the students come from well off families quite frankly. So, no, frankly, this situation isn't the standard fare public school bullying case. And with her wealthy family, she should be able to take this to CIVIL court quite easily. And just like Park Hye Soo's agency, I have to wonder why, as an individual, her first action in this regard is to contact the agency and say "...what will you do about this..." and I have to wonder about this.

I also have to wonder about the victims personal statement, "...However, my comment was published in the media, and I was stunned since this is the first time something like this has happened to me. However, since it ended up like this I thought gathering the victims together and publicizing the matter would be the right thing to do..." And through THIS how she managed to get an "interview with the news outlet Sports World"??? What CONNECTIONS does she have to get picked out of everyone, and interviewed on hearsay allegations with NONE of the other VICTIMS participating, only her????

Nepotism in South Korea is an interesting thing, and it cuts both ways. What's going on behind the scenes, no one can pretend to know. Because of that, until she sues Park in CIVIL court and puts up her case, I don't give a care about He Said, She Said. All this stuff cuts both ways. I'm not going to ACCUSE someone WITHOUT actual evidence NOR am I going to SUPPORT someone WITHOUT evidence. As they both cancel each other out, I'm of no need to see Park Hye Soo's financial career flushed down the drain on a story WITHOUT EVIDENCE. PERIOD.

He was acquitted of all charges and his accusers spent jail time for blackmail.
I'm utterly confused to how you come up with the person that sued him for sexual assault was a man. It was the 2nd female accuser who sued him and who he paid $56 million KRW to for civil case. I'm hard pressed to know of any man who sued him. Maybe you could explain it, but I think you're seriously confused, ma'am.
Replying to Angie Feb 21, 2021
He was acquitted of all charges and his accusers spent jail time for blackmail.
No man sued him for sexual assault. Simply because google translated as a male doesn't mean at thing.

The 2nd female accuser who came forward was sued for false accusations by Park Yoo Chun, who ALSO ended up in prison like the original 1st female & the other males. THE 2ND FEMALE was eventually acquitted of the charges, along with the Supreme Court indicating that her accusations "were not groundless", i.e. that there was a case to be made that Park Yoo Chun sexually assaulted her. When ALL Park Yoo Chun's appeals were REJECTED up to the South Korean Supreme Court that FINALLY ruled that HE COULD NOT APPEAL and her ACQUITTAL would remain and since the prosecutor was unable to get a conviction, SHE SUED HIM IN CIVIL COURT FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT. There is absolutely no man who sued Park Yoo Chun for sexual assault. It was the 2nd female period.

If you require the veracity of whether the 2nd women was indeed the person who SUED HIM for SEXUAL ASSAULT, then I'll provide someone else's translation that you can deem reputable but please don't accuse me of misrepresenting facts and lying.

PLEASE READ, AND NOTICE THE HEADLINE.

The ENGLISH TRANSLATION is here:

Again I will note her statement...

All I can say is that to say that he was innocent is to say that because prosecutors didn't win their case he is innocent. A court found that he was financially liable for an illegal sexual assault, thus, not criminally guilty but civilly guilty. Either way he lost 2 out of 3 cases against the 2nd female and she won 2 of the 3 cases.

You can disagree with the Supreme Court's ruling in her case that said there were merits to her accusations and acquitted her, and the mediation court that agreed with that assessment. That's what I'm saying. I'm not passing judgement of what he did was bad or good or in between.

You can believe he paid his debt to society and, thus, deserves a second chance, and I, again, am NOT arguing anyone's right to feel this way.

What bothers me is that his fans continue to act like this SECOND CASE never happened or that since the prosecution were unable to prove their case against him that means he had no fault. Again, YOU CAN DISAGREE WITH THE RULINGS, but please DO NOT LIE that he was never found guilty of an illegal sexual assault in CIVIL COURT and required to pay his VICTIM $56 MILLION KRW for the offense.

That's it, end of discussion.

Now, watch or don't watch his dramas, because it doesn't really matter to me... Just maintain the proper FACTS about his case.

Stop doubling down on this stupidity.
[Edit: The link above you provide is regarding his on-going disregard of apologizing and not paying his debt to her. She took him to Debtors Court back in April, 2020, & after he met with the city’s mayor where the hearing was taking place, they ruled that he was “meeting his obligations” even though he failed to compensate her since he indicated he had no money to his name past paying rent, etc.. The information in this link is regarding her lawyer threatening to take him to CRIMINAL court in October, 2020 for non-payment of debt. Interestingly enough, Park Yoo Chun THEN decided to make arrangements to apologize and PAY her, and made a payment to her in December, 2020, and completing the payment with interest on January 31, 2021, with her lawyers finalizing the issue with him on February 3, 2021 and issuing a statement to the public on their clients behalf.]

https://kisskh.at/article/park-yoo-chun-will-reportedly-return-to-acting-with-devoted-to-evil#comment-5326627

The accuser was put in jail. While she was imprisoned her case went all the way up to the Supreme Court where she was acquitted of all charges not of slander but false accusations.

The accusations she made was that he sexually assaulted her. In the final ruling the SK Supreme Court stated that her case "HAD MERIT", meaning that, yes, in fact, it was highly likely that Yoo Chun sexually assaulted her. Park Yoo Chun was acquitted previously because prosecutors couldn’t prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. They *equally* ruled there was enough evidence to prove that 1 of his accusers had a valid claim of sexual assault. With 2 acquittals canceling each other out, and paving the way for her to file a civil illegal action for “sexual assault”, the mediation court ruled IN HER FAVOR, based in large part to the Supreme Courts ruling that her case “was NOT groundless”. They ordered him to pay her $56 million KRW. Park Yoo Chun paid this sum of money, thus, acknowledging the wrongdoing of sexual assault.

Let me also point out that, if she slander him it was to say he sexually assaulted her. If she won the slander case, that means that, the fact she said he sexually assaulted her was verified. So, I'm not sure what you are trying to say by making this distinction. Either way, it's erroneous information.

Per the article that I linked above, I will note to you that the very FIRST sentence of the article states:

"...Singer and actor Park Yoo Chun implemented a ruling in compensation of 56 million won for Ms. A, who sued him for sexual assault..."

There is no wiggle room here. He paid in full at the end of January, 2021, thus, acknowledging his wrongdoing, PERIOD.

[Edit]Also, you seem to be purposefully trying to mix up the information. The woman he was ordered to pay filed her civil charges in December, 2018. He wasn’t in any drug-related situation, nor in a detention center at the time. “...The woman accused Park of sexually assaulting her in December of 2015, but claims that she waited to file her lawsuit because she wanted Park to apologize. Since she says he has not, she decided to file her lawsuit...” The following March, 2019, when Park Yoo Chun was not in detention, the courts accepted her case, and “...ordered Park Yoochun and “A” to settle the damages suit through a mandatory mediation...” The idea he didn’t know or couldn’t defend himself is ridiculous. If he didn’t respond, he had a legal reason, likely because he didn’t want to have to PROVE this case, and was willing to accept paying her off to get it over with. The insinuation that she’s a liar who only won because he couldn’t defend himself is slander against her and the facts of the case on your part.

As to the 2 week grace period situation, that not accurate either. Park Yoo Chun was released from the Detention Center on July 2, 2019. “The Mediation Center of Seoul Court decided on July 15 on a damage suit filed against the 32-year-old Park by one of the four, identified only as A, the officials said.” Further, “ The court's mandatory mediation was delivered to Park on Aug. 27 before taking effect last Wednesday after a two-week grace period, they said, noting the amount of court-recommended compensation is close to 100 million won (US$84,300).” In actuality, there was a 30-day “non-disclosure” ruling where victim A was not allowed to tell how much money she was awarded. It turned out the amount was $56 million KRW.

Additionally, there is the information the she took him back to Debtors Court in April, 2020 for not paying her....Per the news:
“.. In the April 22 trial, the Uijeongbu District Court ruled that Park Yoochun would not be punished. When a detention judgment trial hands down a ruling of “non-punishment,” it usually means that the punishment is unfair or that the debtor proved that he was meeting his obligations by the date of the trial.

On April 23, it was reported that Park Yoochun had a face-to-face meeting with the Uijeongbu mayor, Ahn Byung Yong. A source from Uijeongbu City Hall told Xportsnews, “We are aware that Park Yoochun visited us this morning. It seems that it was not a very long meeting. We do not know why they met nor what they talked about. It seems as though it was not a planned meeting....”

Forward to February, 2021, and Park Yoo Chun has FINALLY paid the compensation the victim was entitled to based on court proceedings.

it's actually amazing how male actors get away with so much Park Yoo Chun -> toilet fetishLee Byung Hun -> Mr.…
Question 1: Was he or was he not ordered to pay compensation to 1 of the 4 women who accused him?

Question 2: Did he complete his final payment of financial compensation to the victim ordered by mediation court on Feb. 3, 2021?

Question 3: Did the SK Supreme Court rule that the victim's accusations had merit, thus, instigating the mediation court's ruling in her favor & ordering Park Yoo Chun to pay her $50m KRW?

I'll posit what her lawyer said with regards to his fans and Park Yoo Chun finally completing paying his debt to her, and her views on the whole process and him:

"...For the sexual assault damage that the prosecution did not prosecute..and victim A's case, all the jury members who watched directly found that victim A was not guilty, and all the courts of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd courts who looked at the verdict and investigation records also acknowledged the unfairness of victim A...

..It was fortunate that victim A was finally cleared of the defendant status, but the pain she suffered in the meantime was unspeakable. At the time, the prosecution made an unreasonable prosecution against victim A and requested an arrest warrant. She had to be locked up in a detention center for the first time in her life. After that, victim A was tried while imprisoned, and during this entire time the victim had to live as the accused, not the victim. From preparation to trial, courts were always full of people. In the courtroom filled with dozens of Park Yoo Chun fans, victim A had to feel a sense of anxiety and pressure different from the resentment and anxiety that led to her living as the accused, not the victim...those uneasy days resulted in secondary abuse with the victim's personal information that continues to be damaged and insulted online.. And even now, the victim is not free from such secondary damage...

For that reason, victim A filed a civil suit against Park Yoo Chun. The court did not have the opportunity to judge victim A's damage as a crime, but at least recognized it as a civil illegal act. And Park Yoo Chun also accepted this. Since that time, Mr. Park Yoo Chun was unable to repay due to various circumstances, but fortunately, both debt & interest were finally repaid on December 31, 2020 and January 31, 2021.

To inform those who are still continuing the second offense against victim A. It is true that Park Yoo Chun made a big mistake to victim A, but now he apologized and compensated for this..

++MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE STATEMENT BELOW++

"...Apologizing and reparations does not mean that Park Yoo Chun's fault or victim A's pain will not disappear. However, victim A, who overcomes the pain, is currently living as a culture artist and a sincere and healthy youth. What Victim A really wants is to get out of this case. There were a lot of people who volunteered for Park Yoo Chun's fans and committed the second offense, and some of them continue to do so even today. However, Park Yoo Chun admits and reflects on the wrongdoing and even compensated. So, if you're a true fan of him, I hope that you will look back on your mistakes in the past and stop yourselves from now on. The true fan spirit is not to distort the mistakes made by the stars, but to support them so that they can move forward without repeating those mistakes. At that time, even the victim will be able to completely escape from this incident and return to their full life."
!!!

Please stop with the false information and respect the wishes of the victim. The victim is willing to move on and requests that you people do as well....but that doesn't mean FALSELY claiming he had no guilt and that she isn't innocent. That's not the facts laid out in court over these last 3 years. If you're willing to forgive him as having paid his debt to society, that's up to you. BUT, it's a completely different thing than claiming he has absolutely no guilt or fault, as recorded in court records. That just false.

I'd plead with you people to understand and have compassion to the victim who you continue to smear with these lies and find it in your heart to let it go and stop the cruelty she continues to endure.

He was acquitted of all charges and his accusers spent jail time for blackmail.
?? Source material? Park Yoo Chun didn't just have 1 accuser, he had 4.

Yoo Chun was ordered to pay 1 of his victims and he completed his final payment to her Feb. 3, 2021, which now allows him the ability to commence working again.

As to the victim he was ordered to pay, SK Supreme Court ruled that her accusations had merit regardless of whether or not the prosecutors had enough evidence to convict Yoo Chun or not.

Let's not spread false information, please.

Thank you! These are some much-needed reported information (there are probably more) that people should know before…
I'm not here to give an opinion or judge at all. I keep those personal thoughts to my Friends Feed & private conversations. All that matters to me is that people not provide false information. I also think that people not a party to this man or his drama should be left out of the discussion no matter how similar you think they are.

I think conveying the idea that Park Yoo Chun is innocent is false. It doesn't at all fit the facts of the story. The SK Supreme Court ruled that the 1 woman who accused him had merits in her accusations. Mediation court ordered Yoo Chun to pay her a sum of money as his victim. Park completed paying her the court ordered amount on Feb. 3, 2021, thus, resolving his legal obligation to her for his illegal conduct, period. That he has paid his fees, resolved his issues with his victims, & completed his probationary period due to his drug related charges, he is afforded the ability to come out of "retirement" and commence his work.

How you FEEL about it and whether you support that he paid his dues, or not and whether or not that will affect whether you watch anything he will be related to in the future is purely each individuals personal decisions, and, in that, there is no right or wrong, just a difference of opinion. But we should be making those decisions based in FACTS not fabrications of story.

Okay. There really is a lot of disinformation here. There are people who are claiming the situation for Park Shi Hoo was worse and that Park Yoo Chun was acquitted of assault charges and “the” woman who “accused” him went to jail. I think there are a LOT of people mixing up stories etc. here.

First off, I don’t know why you need to drag other people into this story but in the case of Park Shi Hoo, he sued his former agency’s CEO, his accuser, & her friend of blackmail. The accuser dropped the charges after he did this. He left his agency, end of story. One of our MDLers wrote a synposis of what went down at the early part so you can read that for the real time info to clear your minds:

In Park Yoo Chun’s case, he was accused of sexually assaulting women in the bathroom of a gentlemen’s club. There were 4 women in total that accused him. It was said at the time that the police would acquit him of the charges, and I think that’s where most people dropped caring about it. In fact, on this matter, in 2016 the accusers claimed there were incidents dating back from 2014, as well as the 2016 incident, regarding the assaults. The court ordered him to pay $56m KRW or the equivalent of $50K USD to 1 of the assault victims.

[Edit: As to those saying the court has jailed or charged any of his victims with false statements, etc., if you read the article below from Yonhap News Agency it is noted that "...Park lodged a false accusation complaint against A but the Supreme Court acquitted her last year saying her claim was not groundless..." So, anyone making any other statement contradicting this is providing you FALSE information.]

Park Yoo Chun would not be able to return to entertainment until he paid her completely, which he made his final payments to her on Feb 3rd, 2021. He took a long time due to his issues with drugs and I assume his rich family did not want to cover for him or something like that. But this is part of the reason why he is able to resume. Which is totally different than Park Shi Hoo who never “retired” working like Yoo Chun did, he just went to China until public sentiment blew over.

In addition to this, Park Yoo Chun was accused of drug abuse during the Burning Sun scandal by his then girlfriend and she was the one who dragged Yoo Chun into the fray by making accusations towards his abuse. He was later ordered to submit to drug testing in which he failed. He was given probation and a fine

For me, on the drug charges, I think it was the best thing to ever happen to him. His meth addiction was classically horrible. I remember seeing pics of him at a animal shelter fundraising event caring for animals and he was in shorts. The sores etc on his legs were festering and, being an American who grew up in Long Beach, CA, I was well aware the classic indications of a meth addict trying to find a good vein to inject. Without help for his addiction, who knows where he’d be now. He was obviously not in a physically good state so these charges could very well have saved his life.

Maybe the pressure of being out of work and the assault cases got to him, but he had a severe problem and even now, with only a few years of sobriety, if he’s even been sober, I wonder his ability to handle the pressure of entertainment again so early.

I’m not passing judgment on either of these men. The courts are the ones to do that. I’m just giving you the facts so you can all be clear what you’re complaining about.

Thank you for this details! Really appreciate! But could you hide this as a spoiler? Thanks!!
Ummm. NO. I’m not gonna hide it as a *spoiler*. I haven’t even watched the movie, so how could THIS be a spoiler? I don’t know how much of the truth of what happened is told in this movie. The movie is based on a true story. THIS IS THE TRUE STORY. The movie itself may or may not represent *exactly* the irl story in this movie. The names of the main characters involved in the irl story are not even the same as the movie. I don’t have a clue since, again, I haven’t seen it. But since it’s BASED ON A TRUE STORY, this isn’t a spoiler because anyone watching this already should know this & should know what happened irl.

So, again, I appreciate the sentiment of not wanting your surprise or shock about what happens in the movie to be *spoilt* but what I wrote doesn’t have a thing to do with the movie. It’s the end result of what happened irl. So, thank you too.
