Yes I agree he's not much of a 2nd Ml, but his character isn't unnecessary. Even the conversation he had with Samdal after their walk in episode 8 , how he tried to comfort her. It wasn't the kind of conversation the other 2 friends or Yong Pil could have had with her (more than friends but not lovers kind of conversation). If you look closely he has his own story to tell as well.

Him staying single isn't something unrealistic or unimaginable, he had loved Samdal since he was a kid. She had been kind to him from childhood (as shown in the flashbacks).
He was poor since childhood, had a lot of debt because of his brothers, had to work really hard to be where he is now. He didn't leave Jeju even once unlike his friends. While living his life the way he did I don't think he had the time or the opportunity to date someone or to move on.

People are saying they are getting annoyed with Boo Sang Do for third wheeling and for trying to pursue the Fl..
But he isn't annoying at all, and it's the first time I'm not annoyed by the 2nd Ml. He hesitates to make a move, feels guilty towards Young Pil for having those feelings, doesn't cross the line. He's been in love with Samdal all his life but didn't do anything about it out of respect towards their friendship. It's completely natural for someone to develop feelings for someone you have known all your life and one shouldn't be condemned for it.

I don't think he will even confess his feelings towards Samdal. And even if he does, he will simply do so for the sake of it and then move on without expecting anything in return (much like Han So Joon in True beauty)

His character isn't unnecessary at all he's a really good friend who's always there when you need him.

I think He already knows... That's why when his father saw him with Samdal he asked Yong Pil if he was back together with Samdal... He asked his father "Do you still hate her?"

Ji Chang Wook's character description said that... He used to work for some criminal organisation as a 'Fixer' and then due to some unknown reason he decides to join forces with the Police and the Prosecution to bring the organisation down.

And Bibi's character here is said to be a singer.

I think Bibi's character will be the reason for Ji Chang Wook to change sides and work with the Prosecution and Police.

I think so too, the chances for Ha So Hee are even less than 50%. Hyo Joo doesn't do a lot of projects anyway, she's very selective. But I would love to see the pairings in any project.

Go Yoon Jung is definitely the best choice she's currently on the rise and is giving hits after hits.
She's definitely one of the top choices for any director.

I am not the one writing posts here based on my presumptions as if they were facts. Your posts indicate that either you wrote the drama or have watched the end.

You act like you know everything about the show..

1. ML supposedly dumps FL because she wants to move to city
2. ML who supposedly dumped her keeps his purity intact and supposedly waits for FL
3. The day her office issues are resolved, she is gone and is never seeing the ML face again
4. She simply does not give crap about being with the ML. He is not even in the top 100 priorities of her life.
5. It's not like she has openly announced she will stay there for rest of her life.
6. ML left FL because she chose to put herself and her goals over ML.
Has something changed now? NO.
FL if her issues are settled would not even give ML a look before going back and doing her own thing. She simply does not give a shit about being with ML.
7. It's not like ML does not know this. He knows because that's the reason he dumped her.
Nothing has changed. He is not convinced she is back permanently. She has not given an indication that she is remotely interested in ML.
So, why would ML who got hurt before would ever try to win her back simply for her to go away and do her own things....AGAIN?
8. Oh our 40 year old virgin ML is pure as well.
He has not even eyed another woman in his life.

9.The writer wanted a cool modern FL who has many relationships and has men worshiping the ground she walks on. And the man, the ML who ends up this modern woman is pure 40 year old virgin who loved this FL since he was a sperm and never looked at other woman in his life. Throw in few other handsome men in the mix and create harem for the cool woman.
To achieve all this, writer sent logic and storyline to dogs.
10. Just when you hope the writers would give ML a little bit of dignity back..they just make him more and more disgusting wimp. (You want a 10 year old kid to be dignified when you yourself are here abusing fictional characters.)

Stop acting like a know it all and spoiling the watching experience for others if you don't like the drama 'don't watch'.

Again, It's okay to express your views on the drama (negative and positive). But don't you think once or twice is enough, they're dropping it anyway.
But even after they have dropped the drama they are still here writing negative comments, when they are not even watching. Every single individual writing multiple comments and repeating the same shit is definitely hate towards the drama. Some of these guys are spam accounts too.

Go a little further down and might see what I'm talking about.

It is hate if you have already dropped the drama but are here every week just to write down, how the drama has let you down , how you don't like the characters(it's has become like a hobby of sorts for some people).

It's okay if you don't like a drama, you simply have different tastes. But it becomes a problem when there are new potential viewers asking if the drama's worth watching. And some guy who's long since dropped the drama, tells him "it's a waste of time, don't watch it"

Some of these people are not even watching the drama but are still here everyday just to write the same shit over and over again...

If you don't like the drama, write your views and move on instead of lurking around just to spread hate and gaslighting others into not watching it.
