On We Best Love: No. 1 For You Feb 5, 2021
Everyone don't forget to mark the series as completed when finished watching and rate it.
I'm an emotional mess over this finale, but my fragile heart still has to be strong for their live lol

i'm curious... is there a difference between VIP and non-VIP accounts when watching WBL on WeTV? Like cut scenes…
No difference at all. Vips just get one episode earlier. So for vips it's episode 6 now and for non vips episode 5.

They should do a series "Sam and Yu flirting". They are really good at it. While I feel Yu is carrying the series,…
They're the ideal team!

I feel like if YU would tell Sam he likes him, Sam would think about that for a looooong time. But YU won't say…
I meant more in him enjoying being praised by Sam, not in the sense of being weak minded or needing approval to feel good about himself. I also feel that Yu has clear boundaries and wouldn't follow others around or care much what others think. I feel that strength in him too and I really like it. Yu is a very intriguing person. I think his mysterious aura makes him even more appealing. Also he seems to have this very interesting duality between being very cute and giggly sometimes and others more serious, mysterious and "ethereal" or even inaccessible, I don't know how to explain, there's just something very captivating and intriguing about him haha

Mame had plenty of time. Somehow a few days before filming and while the workshops were still taking place, she…
I think Mame knew that if she used the contents in the books all hell would break lose because once again she wrote very problematic plots involving non consent, threat of a g*ng r*pe for revenge and even implying of r*pe that wouldn't translate well on the visual medium and the fans would tear the series down if she just copypasted the novel into the script, specially now that TharnType is internationally famous. Also apparently the novel didn't have content for 12 episodes, it was short. So not only did she have to make the story much less problematic, but also fill 12 episodes when there wasn't enough content for it in the novel. What she should have done was just do a 5 episode short series just focused on Tharn and Type (with better direction, cinematography and editing) or take her time and write a proper script where things make sense and dive deeper into these characters, even coming up with new storylines totally outside of the novel realm.

I feel like if YU would tell Sam he likes him, Sam would think about that for a looooong time. But YU won't say…
I feel that Yu has a strong admiration for Sam, but he's very shy and reserved, so he doesn't express himself as much as Sam. I think Yu craves for Sam's approval and likes that Sam takes the lead and a kind of "mentor" role. I've seen Yu on interviews or variety shows with other people and he doesn't laugh and giggle like that, he's usually pretty serious in some of them. He's so happy when he's around Sam and his goofiness. It's a night and day difference from when he is in other settings. Sam said on an interview or bts that he tried to make Yu laugh and express himself more because he's more reserved and also to make him relax on set, since Yu was very nervous due to it being his first acting role in a series. Sam also said that he himself is quiet and reserved but since Yu is too (even more), he felt like he had to take the initiative to try and take Yu more of his shell and for them to get to know each other better. And I also love how Sam is so cute explaining Yu words he doesn't understand due to Mandarin being his second language. On the other hand Sam gets very shy when he looks at their intimate or kissing scenes while Yu is more calm and collected, despite being the inexperienced one lol Their dynamic is so cute and they seem to fit very well together. I love it lol

I just saw the last episode :) I will not throw mud at this series but I do have to give my opinion and some constructive…
Mame had plenty of time. Somehow a few days before filming and while the workshops were still taking place, she hadn't finished writing the script yet. Everything was lazily written and in a rush because it was left to the last minute. Maybe that's why the directing was chaos, because things weren't prepared and planned in advance due to the huge delay in the conclusion of the script.

Sam would be a mess if Yu was as direct as Shu Yi haha

does anyone know about how the "watch episode 6 with Sam and YU" is going to work? they said they will give out…
I think it's a watch party where we'll see them react but the episode itself we'll see on wetv like usual? I have no idea how this works either but now I'm curious. I'll be at work as usually so.I will only be able to watch the episode home as usual and try to catch some highlights on twitter of the live when I'm home.
