This series is my serotonin series. Such a feel good good and warm series. The script might not be very original but the execution is perfect and everything flows together perfectly.

As to TTTS s2 I already gave up on it a few episodes ago, which is sad because I was a fan of s1. TonhonChonlatee I never watched but from what I saw on twitter it looks like a mess. Plus I'd have preferred a SunMork spinoff to this lol

Does Shu Yi speak Japanese the whole time? I thought he also spoke some Chinese. (I don't know any of the languages, so I might be totally off lol )

I don't know mandarin at all, but I thought that the "talk back a lot" and "spread it" didn't make much sense given the context of the conversations when I was watching it, and now you're saying that those specific sentences weren't translated accurately which confirms it. Thanks. I hope they eventually translate it better. I don't know if this is a WeTV issue, but I also didn't like their subtitles for Cherry Magic and preferred the fansub one.

I don't know what happened in the book, just that in the series Kla was a creep and an awful person, and Techno's brother too. Techno deserved better.

Where can I watch this?

I just watched it. It was such a cute film and it warmed my heart.

I watched it on a fansub so maybe the upload cut some parts of the image up and down. I would love to watch it without it, but nevertheless I really liked it. And can we talk about how etherial beautiful Mitsuomi/ Furukawa Yuuki is?

Yeah, lets not forget that Kla drunk r*ped Techno but even before that he was bribing Techno's own brother to take pics of Techno without his consent, Kla was always downright awful to Techno. I wish they had paired Techno with Champ like they seemed to be doing at the end of s1.

If you want a feel good series with good acting and some comedy try "We best love" (Taiwanese BL). It has been my serotonin series after Cherry Magic ended. As to Thai BL currently airing Manner of Death is a breath of fresh air. Not perfect but at least it has a good plot. I've given up on ttts s2 and have been watching these series.

Someone said that they thought season 2 would have a time jump. Maybe season 2 will take off after Shi De returns (if he's really leaving) and they reunite. Though I'd want them to get together in season 2. I don't know if they want to finish their arc in season 1 and season 2 more focused on the other couples or if they still want to focus on them and continue the arc in season 2.

As to the dialogues yes, I love how dramatic Shu Yi is, it's hilarious! I think it's also the actor that says these dramatic lines in such a natural and cute way. He's such a good actor. Another dramatic moment I loved was when he started running after watching the girl and his friend getting together and dropped his bag on the middle of the floor of the university and then went to the pool and jumped in with his clothes on and everything. He's such a drama king and I love it hahaha

I still don't know if the doctor just wants to makeShu Yi possessive of Shi De to help him or maybe just see how Shu Yi reacts? Or maybe he just wants to protect his cousin because he sees that he's one side loving Shu Yi for so many years? Though at the same time the doctor seems kind of an asshole lol They also hinted at some sort of back story for the doctor, but I didn't quite understand what it was.

Me too. I love these tropes (when executed well) as much cliche as it can be. Somehow this series uses these tropes in a natural and smooth way. I love the music, the actors are great, everything flows smoothly and the series has the right balance of comedy and sweetness for me.

I haven't watched but Twitter was on fire today complaining about the camera work when Tharn was crying. Apparently they weren't focusing on him nor showing his face properly. Was it that bad?

I loved this episode so much! The backstory was so cute. Zhow Shu Yi is really the most clueless idiot! It's so hilarious. When he asked if Gao Shi De had a crush on the doctor I just wanted to get into the screen and shake him! hahaha

And the final scene of Zhou Shu Yi saying their friends (big progress!) and them smiling and eating together warmed my heart so much. It made me smile and giggle like an idiot.

This series has some of my favorite tropes: enemies to lovers, one of them slowly warming up to the other and clueless idiots (in this case Zhou Shu Yi) lol

I love them so much! And yes Yu/Shu Yi is so cute and expressive. Also I love it how the character might act all tough but he has a good heart. And yes, even though at this point it's kind of a one sided love and nothing romantic has happened yet, their chemistry is amazing. Shi de might be calmer and more introverted but the way he looks at Shu Yi can melt any heart. I love the actor's micro expressions and he can really pull of the "heart eyes" haha

Omg this episode was so cute! I loved the backstory and I loved seeing Zhou Shu Yi warming up to Gao Shi De. Zhou Shu Yi is such a clueless dummy haha

I haven't read anything about the novel nor anything so I have absolutely no idea where this story is going.

I read someone saying that the second arc (second season?) will be 5 years later because in the novel there is also a time jump of 5 years, so this could mean that they only end up together in season 2, but I have no idea what will happen. I'm nervous lol

Will it be about the same main couple of part 1? If it premieres in March already, it means they have already filmed it or almost finished.
