I also hope he doesn't do that sacrifice if in fact Aew doesn't reciprocate his feelings. I want Aew to also fall in love with Teh (I know they're not going for easy and cliche but I can't take the pain of unrequited love here lol) but at this point he seems too into Bas and only sees Teh as a friend. It's as if it's only Teh who will have to suffer with this inner turmoil of unrequited feelings and having to settle for friendship.
BKPP are becoming one of my favorite pairings along with OffGun and MewGulf. The chemistry they have with each…
They definitely bring the best of each other. They've been close friends since high school in real life I think. They were also on another series before and the director loved them so much that wanted to work with them again and so wrote this story specially for them.
I just found out that they are supposed to be childhood best friends. It's like Nadao took all my favourite tropes,…
For interfans it's on vimeo (paid). I would prefer it on official free links but fell so much in love with the first episode that I paid to watch. But I'm sure there are fan uploads out there. I definitely recommend.
The way I see it going down is that Oh Aew won’t pass the test and Teh will give up his spot for him (we know…
I hope this doesn't happen but kind of fits that the audition scene could be a year later and Teh trying to get in the university again... and he knows that Aew is already there, therefor "this is the only way to see him" because Aew is in that university at that time. It would be an open ending then. I'm crying.
I also thought about it ending up with Teh realizing he actually loves Aew romantically too late and at that time Aew is in an actual relationship with Bas and happy. Teh swallows his feelings and decides to be there for Aew as a friend. He smiles trying to pretend he's alright and his eyes express all the "what could have been" feelings. Why do I do this to myself?
After watching the 1st ep it kind of made it clear in my head that the ending will be sad or at least bittersweet.…
You're right... I need them to end up together but somehow I feel like they'll go for a ending like Call Me By Your Name or something where they have to learn to live as friends while Aew ends up with Bas and Teh with Tan trying to move on from the feelings he finally gets to translate (allusion to the second OST song) but too late. Please tell me I'm wrong. I'm so invested in them that bittersweet or open endings will devastate me lol
So I'm watching the documentaries and I'm blown away with the work that and attention to detail that went into this show. The director talks about these characters in such depth and details and he has a clear vision of what he wants them to be. The director wanted to write this specifically for Billiin and TT because he wanted to work with them again. He also agrees that they were made for these roles. The adorable kid versions of Aew and Teh had to learn how to copy their grown version's mannerisms so that the public could believe that they're the same persons. Billkin had to have Chinese classes and Chinese opera classes to nail that first scene, they also had to learn Southern Thai dialect, there were intensive workshops to make Billkin and PP act and feel like the age of their character who are younger and more immature than their real selves. In the apology scene the director had shot the scenes and thought it was alright but when he went to edit and see them again he thought that they still didn't capture what he wanted to capture, so he got them into more workshops with the acting coaches and went back to reshoot the scene all over again. In several BTS the director is seen explaining the actors how the characters feel and directing them exemplary to get the best out of them. In the BTS interviews of the documentaries, we can see that both Billkin and PP really understand their characters. The cast and crew also seems to get along so well and also so professional. I'm just overwhelmed by the love, thought and hard work put in this project.
My opinion about Teh: Some people say he is selfish and childish. Well, I like the character. I won't lie that…
Thank you for this analysis of Teh character! I couldn't have said it better. I totally agree and now that you put this into words I'm getting emotional again over this. The way they could portray all this in such a short time through their acting and small details is a testimony to how great this show is.

Love your analysis. I also feel that the ending will be sad or open ending. Maybe they'll end up together but just as friends or open ending or something like that. And now reading that the director and actors seem to be preparing the public for a sad or open ending, I just want to cry. However, something that gives me some hope is that in the 2 videoclips for the two OST songs, though the lyrics are somehow sad and seem to talk about an impossible love and a love that they cannot understand, in the end of both videos, they end up together. My delusional self is trying to convince herself that this can be a hope that they end up together. Thoughts?
I was just about to post this comment....my anxiety is kicking in >.< Can someone say sth positive, pls? Literally,…
I have something somehow positive: I feel sad ending vibes, but int he 2 OST though the lyrics seem sad, in both videoclips they end up together. Could it be a clue that after the drama that will happen between them, they'll be together? My question is, will they be together as friends or as lovers in the end?
omg i agree!! i was watching the latest episode and he is literally the one instigating the fights and whatnot.…
I think he's just an immature boy facing feelings he never felt before, which is very confusing for a 17/18 year inexperienced boy. He doesn't know how to deal with these confusing feelings that he doesn't even know what they are, and so he lashes out. I somehow feel empathy for him and want him to sort out his feelings.
$5.99 is fine for me, but at least let us own each episode instead of renting...
True. I bought today's episode because I want to support the people involved in this wonderful series, but I'd love to have it available to rewatch everything when I want and not just 30 days after.
Yes yes yes! This was the surprise of the year for me. It looked like a beautiful film. Everything was perfection…
Yes, they deserve all the support. Plus by supporting we send the message that this is the type of shows we want to watch and so maybe they'll produce more with this quality.
I have always known this will be the best produced series of 2020 but THIS WENT BEYOND AND ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS.…
Yes yes yes! This was the surprise of the year for me. It looked like a beautiful film. Everything was perfection and we could see a clear vision and style from the director. This was what I've been asking all along. I can feel in my bones that this will be one of the best Thai BLs of the year and possible of the past years. There is something incredibly special about this production. I've watched the first episode illegally but I loved it so much and saw so much effort from the team in giving us such a beautiful art piece that I'm going to buy the episodes instead.
