Someone said on twitter that there's a script for S2 already and that they'll produce it if this season gets good viewing results. So lets stream because I want to keep on this NottPun ship ride.

I think we should support the series in the official links because the cast and crew deserves being compensated for their work. That way we can even contribute to a possible 2nd season if they see the number of views are worth it. Watch here instead to support the show:
I love NottPun so much, I'm obsessed! I can't believe we have to say goodbye to them next week! Their scene was so aesthetically pleasing! I'm going to sue if they don't end up together!
I hope Arm finds happiness. On and Yuri seem to be a item now. The teaser seems to have angst next week, but I need so much NottPun happy love bliss moments... I hope they give us that.
Also once more Nott proves he's one of the most mature and sweetest characters in BL. He was honest and direct with Arm. And then he went to Pun immediately and told him about the conversation he had with Arm and confessed his feelings. No time for misunderstandings and miscommunications. It was beautiful.
And once again my praises to Talay for playing two completely different characters in My Engineer and YYY.
Is it just me or the series was supposed to have 10-12 episodes? :o Now it says 6 episodes???
It said 12 before. I think they usually say it's 12 because it's standard. I think it happened also with UWMA and other shows who ended up being more than 12 episodes. But just 6??? I want more! This is not enough.
There is season 2 confirmed so finale for this season might be bittersweet. Main couple might hav happy ending…
They seemed to be teasing a BohnDuen kiss and the scene hasn't come up yet, so it's definitely on the finale. It even looks like Duen is initiating the kiss. But they can be trolling us. On the intro credits or some other teaser, I can't remember, Bohn and Duen have the same outfits and Duen seems to be stopping a kiss with his hands (as usual lol). I only believe when I see lol
Is it possible that My Engineer will go down in history as one of the few BL dramas where a girl actually succeeds…
I don't know, but I don't think the girl will succeed in breaking them up, but they'll need to find an excuse for Ryan not being on season 2. They either going to make Mek go study abroad or something, or replace him with another actor on season 2, or break up the couple but give Boss another male love interest in season 2. I head season 2 will be mostly about TharaFrong and KingRam, so probably BossRam and their issues won't probably be featured too much.
And I agree with what you said about BohnDuen, The cheating narrative is not true here, Bohn didn't cheat. He was harrassed and kissed against his will. Not saying that he was acting maturely with Duen afterwards, not at all, but still, this is all a misunderstanding and it's not Bohn's fault that that kid harrassed him, even after he clearly told him to stop.
I'm sure if Duen was the one who was forcibly kissed everyone would want to protect him but when it happens to…
I agree. I don't know why a narrative of "Bohn cheated" is being pulled when what happened is that Bohn was harrassed and kissed against his will. Sure, he lacks communication skills and maturity in a relationship, but so does Duen. They both need to learn how to communicate. But in no way I think Bohn is the bad guy here. None of them are.
You totally expressed how I feel about this series! I agree with everything.
And let me tell you, you made me laugh at the idea of the production team brainstorming how to to produce the biggest FU to the BL fans in the last episode and coming up with the now iconic high five hahaha And while you were joking, the theory seems very plausible because in no other way does that high five make sense if not to troll the audience lmao
well even if the show is for everyone, the expectations were diferent, i didnt expect anything when i began watching…
For me it's an average show. Not terrible, but not spectacular. It started very well and ended not very good. But opinions are subjective.
I think the negative reviews might steam from many people hyping up the show and saying it was the best BL ever, specially new watchers of BL, so some people came into this with big expectations that weren't met, specially "BL veterans". Also it didn't help that Bright and Win hyped up that there was lots of romance, romantic scenes that made them very shy, etc etc and scenes like that were nowhere to be seen. I think the very low negative reviews might be because of these big expectations that were put on people and then not met.
As I said, for me it was average. It wasn't at all the best BL or drama in general I've watched, but I can understand why it's so appealing to many people and it had its quality, specially in the first half. It was a good Friday entertainment.
There is no season 2. The author originally wanted to make a season 2, and that is probably why season 1 ends…
If their chemistry is already off the charts in the scenes that have no kisses or physical intimacy, I think my soul will leave my body if I ever see those intimate scenes haha
I don't think you are reading too much. Pun definitely has a thing for boys and it's honestly like a breathe of…
Yes, it's such a breath of fresh air to go away from that cliche. Not saying that it's not possible to happen, but it's not the reality in most cases. Just because Pun is falling for Nott, it doesn't take away the attraction he feels for men in general.
I was rewatching Nott/Pun scenes from last episode and it only contributed to love them more, specially Nott. Besides the whole consent conversation last episode, other things I like:
- By episode 4 the pair is already communicating, when the staple of BL is usually misunderstandings and lack of communication until the last episode
- Nott respected Pun's boundaries of not wanting to speak, though it made him so sad. But when Pun was ready to speak, he listened and validated Pun's feeling. Pun thought his feelings were silly but still honestly communicated what he was feeling, and Nott said it was ok and that his feelings about the situation weren't silly and were valid
- Pun gets nervous and tense about physical intimacy, but when Nott begins to advance, Nott doesn't stop because Pun stops him. Pun doesn't stop him. It's Nott who sees Pun's tense bodylanguage and stops himself.
I know this is just a show, and a comedy one at that, but Nott's emotional maturity is years of light above almost any character I've seen in a BL before.
Yea Its called Mew Suppasit Studio, so far got an IG and Twitter account.
The IG is fake. They didn't create IG for the MS studio and then a day after they noticed someone had created a fake IG and issued a message in their twitter confirming they only have a twitter account, website and email. Everything else is fake.
