Just the same as some, I placed this drama on hold for quite awhile and decided to pick it up back. Aside from…
Yeah I’m at ep 20 and geel the same. Though the brother and the girl with the two brothers, I at least saw there mutual respect and kindness towards each other. With the ML and FL it feels more one sided.
On Fight for Love 12 days ago
I’m just halfway through episode 20, and the FL is kind of pissing me off. At this point I absolutely believe ML fell head over heels in love with FL, his emotions were sometimes so painful to see, but with this FL I don’t really see it. She at times is so stiff, maybe it’s the chemistry between FL and ML that I find lacking, maybe it’s because I feel only the ML is really trying. I’m only half way and I’m wondering what more is coming, I’m not looking forwards seeing 20 episodes of this FL trying to push the ML away and her being a bit selfish towards ML. Hopefully this break up period will be short, because I can’t stand couples who do this (speaking for in series).
On For My Dearest Feb 16, 2026
Finished it, it was okay. At some point it gets a bit boring. Wish the FL would actually open her mouth during kissing or show some kind of enthusiasm while kissing the ML. Most of the time she had those lips locket and looked like she didn’t want to be kissed at all, it’s fine during the moments where she actually doesnt want to be kissed. But at some point they are kissing each other for consent, etc, and she is still giving off that she doesn’t want to be kissed. It made it hard to watch and it didn’t make the love between the two characters convincing at all.
On Divorce Mission Feb 3, 2026
Honesyly I hated the ending of this one. FL was selfish and only cared for herself and her “mission” meanwhile ML was devoted to her. He went through a lot to make her happy, he hurt himself for her time and time again. To the point of actually dying. FL couldve been happy in the other world, so many people liked her, and after SFL was dealt with, she could’ve lived happily, carefree with ML. Instead she died or faked her death, ML died because of that and left his mother alone. So FL gets her mother back but ML goes to a world where he has and knows absolutely nobody except FL. I helt out hope that FL realizing she actually loved ML, she would change her mind and stay there. For me they kind of ruined the series with those last 2 episodes.

To My Shore's Director new RedNote update!

- The artist have been working non-stop to clear their schedule, to the point where their eyes are bloodshot, just to have time to come out for this shoot. To shake off sasaeng (ss) followers, they took a "red-eye" flight, heading to the airport at 2:30 AM, but they were still followed!

The entire team of over 20 people has been moving between locations non-stop, carrying large bags, small bags, and equipment.

Everywhere we go, we are followed. This has resulted in us being unable to complete the filming. If we truly have no way to finish this shoot, we would like to apologize in advance.
At the same time, we sincerely request that everyone across all platforms refrain from paying attention to or spreading any photos and videos of us abroad! I want to ask for the help of all our fan friends; we very much hope to complete this shoot, so we hope everyone will join us in protecting the artist and the work.

So if we don’t get the those extra episodes, we can all blame those crazy sasaengs.

Just wondering, how many people actually listened to the warning others gave before this series started airing, those who read the novel and said this series is not for the faint of hearts. Did you took a moment to think maybe I shouldn’t start this series?

For crying out loud I just explained it to you, stop thinking you know all. Listen to the people who actually…
I saw, but honestly if they want to believe so badly that they are related, fine by me. I’m pretty sure they’ll keep that scene with the PI in the series, so if they indeed show it, it’s going to be a nice surprise for them. Personally I didn’t care when I read the webtoon nor watching this series if they are actually cousins, they can’t reproduce. They didn’t really grow up together, even if the series changed that. I watched The Unknown (it’s one of my favorite series) and there is also the whole step/adopted brother genre, also didnt care. But I know a friend of mine won’t watch it. It’s their choice really, I just don’t like that this person above is giving out misinformation, even after being told differently multiple times. Synopsis on MDL have been wrong before, just look at the synopsis of Abo Desire, it’s a mess. Also why would they give away the biggest plot twist of the story in the synopsis?

Jesus Christ you all. Read the synopsis. Jeong in and il Jo are HALF brothers. Not step brothers. That means they…
For crying out loud I just explained it to you, stop thinking you know all. Listen to the people who actually read the original source or read the manhwa or novel yourself! Il Jo’s mother was a woman in her 20s abandoned by the father and couldn’t handle being a single mother. So she left Il Jo at a church and the nuns of said church brought him to an orphanage, where when Il Jo was around 6 years old, he was adopted by the uncle. Nobody in the family knows this, except for the aunt who didnt agree with the formal adoption. The aunt is dead, which Jeong In blames Il Jo for. Everybody in the family thinks Il Jo is an illegitimate child from an affair the uncle had, which isn’t true. There is no familial connection at all between Il Jo and Jeonghan or anybody else from that family. Jeonghan only finds out the truth around chapter 60 of the manhwa, so again can you stop giving out false information you have no clue about!

Here you have the chapter again, you can read it for yourself

they aren't blood related cousins they are cousins through marriage. You'd also have to double check the cultural…
Again, stop saying things like you know stuff when you clearly don’t know anything, nobody in the family knows Il Jo is adopted, they all think he’s an illegitimate child out of an affair the uncle had, thats why Jeonghan thinks they are cousins, thats why everybody thinks he’s a family member.

Go read the manhwa, better yet I’ll send you the exact chapter Jeonghan finds out Il Jo is adopted, then you can stop talking about misinformation.

Half way through the page, Jeonghan hired a PI to find Il Jo and the PI discovered that Il Jo is an orphan.

Who is the one having delusions, pretty sure you are. A lot of us (including me) read the original source and the manhwa! The aunt didnt agree to the formal adoption, so the uncle couldn’t formally adopt him! He’s an orphan, who meets his biological mother later in the manhwa, which didnt go how he hoped it went. Quite while you are behind! Stop trying to sound smart when you have no idea what you are talking about!

He isn’t used to people willing to give up things for him. Jeonghan is ready to give everything up for him,…
Oh yeah he definitely stands up to his dad, made it clear that he was homosexual, that he should give up on ever having grandkids, he vowed to spend eternity with a man, that the father should note that down. In turn the father swung one of his golf clubs at him, leaving him bruised and fracturing his arm. Afterwards the father tried to restrict his personal life and he received orders for overseas assignment. Jeonghan didnt really think that impulsive decision through, so he did that without discussing it with Il Jo. The ending was a bit rushed and open even though they have a happy ending.

iljo is starting to irritate me. like why are we acting scared of everything?
He isn’t used to people willing to give up things for him. Jeonghan is ready to give everything up for him, to come out as homosexual, he is ready to give up his work, friends, family etc. Il Jo is scared of the consequences for Jeonghan. And honestly the father of Jeonghan is a major asshole. Il Jo has had a bad relationship that left him kind of traumatized. Though in the manga he was worse and it frustrated me to no end, especially because Jeonghan was so ready to be committed to Il Jo, he changed so much (which they barely show in the series). Il Jo also feels indebted to Jeonghan, he feels inequal to Jeonghan because he never finished school.

Can you stop saying this, Il Jo is not part of the family, he is an orphan, his mother dropped him off at a church when she was 20 and the father had run off. The nuns brought him to an orphanage. The uncle “adopted” Il Jo when he was 6 because nobody wanted him at that age. They do not have the same grandparents!

Skimmed the last chapter of the webtoon and that ends happily at least.
The webtoon I read has both “seasons”, part one or season 1 was the ending of episode 4, where Jeonghan says let’s date. Episode 5 and 6 are events that happen in part 2 of season 2. And they have a happy ending.
