Can we give a big applause to how well this break up was build up! It was coming for weeks, multiple episodes, starting with very realistic misunderstandings and insecurities, followed by no communication. I’m just so impressed by how good this storyline is, finally we have a series where a break up is actually understandble, even with how heartbreaking it is. Compared to so many other series (I won’t name names) where we have a unnecessary break up in the second to last episode. This series is just so well done, these sort of series are raising our standards, hope we get more BL series from this director and screenwriter!

Doesnt that count for all these ex’s we have seen in BL series? They show up after so many years, expecting to somehow still have a place in the other persons heart, but then act all mad, angry, sad and surprised, if it turns out that the other person moved on long ago. Dear god, I said it during the airing of 10 Liners, that I hoped New wouldn’t botch Revamp as he has done 10 Liners, but it seems he has. I really hope it’s just the trailer, but I’m not going to lie, the pilot trailer looked so much better, so much mystery and darkness. This is giving My Golden Blood vibes and I did not like that series at all, it felt so mediocre. I’ll watch it for BoumPrem but I need to adjust my expectations, my fault for thinking GmmTV can pull of a stunning quality series, the quality that was Not Me, Gmmtv hasn’t hit in years. Honestly even though I really like Wei his mother, I hate it when parents pull these stunts. Mama Wei is trying to not have Wei hurt, but he will be hurting so much more after he finds out. He will wonder why his mother didn’t tell him, he will question why CC didn’t tell him, he will have all this doubt. He could have had so many beautiful moments with his mother, maling memories, she took that away from him. And to boot, she asked CC to keep it a secret, as a partner this is such up fucked up thing to do, because everything inside you screams to just tell and explain everything! This caused such a misunderstanding between them, it’s sad really. I found this decision of Wei his mother quite selfish.
Not trying to start a fight, but have those who hate CC because he “supposedly” still has feelings for WS, never had a relationship? I still love parts of my ex with who I was for 11 years and haven’t seen in 7 years. Our relationship had good moments and I do treasure them, I might not be in love with my ex but I do love him.

CC is one of the most complicated and realistic characters we have seen in a long time, yes he will give WS an answer, it isnt now, but it will be soon! CC is a good person, look at all the things he did and is doing for WSW. CC is a character who you can’t judge on what is shown on the surface, you actually need to look further then that! He’s dealing with a lot and he is only human! Give the man a break for gods sake!

It’s sad really, denying and not accepting what you really are. I get Omegas have a tougher life but to just hide what you are, I couldn’t do it, even if my mother pushed it on to me (but then again I’m the rebel of the family 😂). I honestly curse the mother for talking it on and into him, even if it was for safety. Doing things with good intentions can still harm people tremendously.
I love the fact that Hua is ready to do anything for Sheng, I love his mindset of I want it, I’ll get it. There is something very endearing about Hua, even with all his manipulations and lying. I’m so ready to see badass enigma Hua get in protective mode to protect Sheng, I hope the series shows it right (assuming from what the trailer shows, I think they have done it justice). I kind of liked the little flinch (or whatever that was) when Hua wanted to touch Shen his collar, just before leaving.

Agreed! I do watch Gao Tu and Shen, but I’m honestly a bit over the weak damsel who needs a big strong man to save them. And that’s not the fault of ths series, but thats just me, having seen and read to many of those story’s to be excited about them. And you are right that the A/O storyline is very predictable and typical. I crave strong couples, always have, and honestly Hua alone is a powerhouse, but I do think together they will be top tier. I got to say, I had a grin on my face during the scenes with Hua and Sheng, they make me want to watch.

I think Shen has taken things as face valua all this time, why would he not, Gao hasn’t done anything that makes Shen question it. And I do agree that Gao Tu has had many opportunities to come clean, but I don’t think he even wants to come clean, I feel like he will keep him being an omega, a secret for as long as he can. Clearly Gao has become fixated on Shen, that would at least explain why he accepts that abhorrent behavior of Shen, I honestly find it just so sad to see. I wish he had more self respect, I have a hard time seeing him so weak and pitiful.
