Gaga and Viki translation teams! 𤨠we need to talk....which one of you made it correct "return my jacket!"…
Viki tends to have the better translations. If i have series on multiple streaming platforms, i tend to go for Viki, not just because of the translations.
I was interested in this series since the first trailer came out, then the cast started changing, since the last trailer came out Iāve felt kind of disappointed by it. Now watching the first episode that disappointment is still there, Iām really trying to like it.
But itās just lacking, the storyline, the acting, the editing, the kissing scene between Mild and Knight, Mild touching his lips, but then with the flashback we see Knight not even kissing Mild his lips, but more on the cheeks, side of the mouth.
Iām being more interested in Per and Kan, and even there itās strange, whatās with the jumping in to the swimming pool, splashing with water, fake laughter and then minutes later acting all cold again?
I honestly wouldnāt mind if for once a guy would actually confront his cheating gf, instead of taking the blame and getting slapped.
The series is giving 2020 vibes, when bad BLās were a norm, but standard are higher now. I donāt want to sound harsh because I know itās Arm his first series, but i kind of wished they had given Long-Lee a more experienced acting partner. It feels like Long-Lee is doing the heavy lifting so to speak. Iām really hoping itās gets better, but in the slew of really good, interesting and outstanding series we have had in 2025, this one falls flat so far.
no way haters are gathered to down vote it on IMDb too , it went down from 9.1 to 8.2 in just one day . shame…
Iām pretty sure itās homophobic people, same thing happened to TopForm, was a 9.2 went down to a 8,9, then back to 9.0. Revenged Love was a 9.2 on IMDb reported on social media, within hours it was down to a 9.0 .
UM NO. I am a fan of Omegaverse and I despise this series because it isn't capturing the essence of Omegaverse.…
How to gate-keep omegaverse, go back to your novels if you don't like the series. You expect Chinese actors to portray in sexual scenes? Even though we all know there is a ban on anything homosexual in that country! Yes, the series isn't being aired in Mainland China, but the actors could still face consequences back home. So it's going to be censored. Revenged Love is the same, censored, but we are already getting more than what most expect! And to even give Pitbabe as an example or to compare Desire to is hilarious. Maybe be a bit more thankful that there is even a show that is an omegaverse, seeing as most companies do not even want to touch the subject! What exactly are you expecting? Multiple orgies? Scenes where alphas go at it constantly? You won't be seeing that even in Thai series, if a company ever decides to make an omegaverse series. Hell, not even Pitbabe is like that, not in season 1 and not in (the messiness that is) Pitbabe 2. The fact that characters are mentioning having fulfilled his apha urges, should be enough! I would recommend you stop watching this series if you are watching it, you are only going to be disappointed if this is your opinion after only 4 episodes!
Too bad that it's only one ep per week though š¬ I know people are probably tired of hearing it but I'm afraid…
Can somebody explain this ālosing interestā? If you watch a series and you find it good, having only one episode per week, shouldnāt be a reason to stop watching a series. Itās not as if there arenāt hundreds other BLās series to watch in the mean time, do we not have the patience to wait anymore?
Maybe Iām a bit old school, but before there were any streaming services, you could only watch kabel/TV, if you missed an episode, there was no way to watch it back, you had to wait months until episodes got repeated.
I really am curious what kind of series you have been watching if you expect more episodes then one a week, Thai, Taiwanese, Japanese and Korean BL series are almost all one episode a week. More episodes per week is more of an exception.
I'm liking the second couple more and I see that many people do too. Gao Tu is a character you feel empathy. He…
Letās get something right, Gao isnt harming himself to get closer to Shen, Gao has been harming himself for far longer, long before Shen came into the picture! Heās been doing it since the moment his mother started giving him the suppressors and drilling into him that he was a Beta. This is learned behavior, behavior that Gao wouldāve showed with or without Shen in his life! Gao has serious mental issues, he cannot accept who he is. And he will need a lot of therapy to let go of that learned behavior. This is not something that Shen can fix, even if Shen had no problems with Omegas, Gao still has had drilled into him by his mother, that he cannot tell nor show to anybody that he is in fact an omega. Gao deserves the empathy, he had an absolutely terrible childhood, but Shen is not at fault for Gao hurting himself, that lies far deeper than that.
āāI'm usually super picky when it comes to watching BL dramas, but this one completely got me hooked from…
Agreed, I adore the main couple. They are interesting, fresh, quirky, Iām kind of done with the whole damsel in distress who need big strong men to save them kind of storylines. Itās not the series, but more me having seen to many of those shows. I honestly cannot wait until we see Hua lose the Omega act and show his true Enigma āformā, let show us that power he has.
Finally finished this one, when it still was airing I stopped after episode 6, because of the dads abuse. But I need to empty my watching list so watched this one today, hated the ending, even if it was a happy one, I was left wondering about so many things. The last episode was rushed, so rushed. It was a good series, probably not a series I will watch again but thatās mostly because of the abuse Qi Lu goes through.
You know I can somewhat understand Akira, at some point of your life, you start to feel pressure from people around you, family and society. Itās how you deal with the pressure that matters. Im 34, single, live alone, no kids, never married. And honestly Iām so happy with my life, who cares what the people around me want, I get to life only ones. Why would I want to give up my life for the boxes of others?
Iām disappointed and a bit mad at Akira, itās not even wanting to live a normal life, I can somehow understand that. For me itās the part, where he relentlessly persuit Yuuki, lived happily together, but then stopped trying, stopped communicating, just stopped putting effort into all of it. Long term relationships go through a rut sometimes, itās at those moments, you keep trying and communicating about it.
I honestly wanted to skip the moments Akira was with the woman having his ānormalā life, while he absolutely broke Yuukiās heart. I also cannot understand how he could go on with that woman, while living in the apartment he shared with Yuuki. Did he just pretend to not see memories of them everywhere?
If I was Yuuki I wouldnāt have forgiven him (even if I can understand it) much less got back together with Akira, he traded Yuuki in like it was nothing, the guy who went digging late at night to find Akira favorite lighter in the sand. Akira had a diamond and he took that diamond for granted.
Itās a really good series, it shows how the pressure formed (unintentionally) by society, family, colleagues and friends can destroy lives. The series showed, how hard it can be to step outside of ānormalā expectations of society. It also showed how hard long term relationships are.
Maybe a bit of an unpopular opinion, but people need to stop complaining about there only being one episode airing per week. We have had longer BL series (for example: Perfect 10 Liners, Fourever You, etc), which also only aired one episode per week! And with how fast time is going, before we know it, it's October and we will be watching the last episode and saying we don't want the series to end! We will just have to accept it, it's not like the streaming services are going to change the airing schedules! There is always the option of waiting until the series has completely aired.
SW & GT have known each other for over a decade. From GT ās perspective itās clear that he likes SW a lot…
Im sorry but that somehow should make it up for the absolute emotional abuse Shen puts Gao through? He doesnt just speak rudely and has a foul mouth, he is abusive and all because of jealousy, give me a freaking break!
He's possessive, domineering and a sadist (he gains pleasure from hurting his sexual partner-- think Christian…
Please donāt use Christian Grey as an example. Most people in the BDSM community despice him and the movies. He is not a good nor healthy example for a Dom or Sadist.
I smell angst is coming... it is a foreshadow here šššš
Yes the break up is coming, everything in the series is hinting at it. Iām hoping it will be ep 13, then 14 have them make up. And not let it be 14 break up and 15 make up, otherwise we need to wait another week.
Yeah, the kiss scene really didn't meet my expectations, it was still too messy and didn't give a feeling of emotion.…
Wtf the kissing scene didnt meet expectations? It was one of the better kissing scenes out there! What more do you want? To have them stiff kissing? It was full of passion and emotions! I swear some people are never satisfied!
But itās just lacking, the storyline, the acting, the editing, the kissing scene between Mild and Knight, Mild touching his lips, but then with the flashback we see Knight not even kissing Mild his lips, but more on the cheeks, side of the mouth.
