so far, I am on episode 29 of Novoland eagle flag, and I am really enjoying this drama. I know I have several episodes to go, but at the moment I don’t want it to end. The story and actors are excellent.
I gave up after 2nd episode... Liu Haoran performance, let's just say, lack lustre .. They should have picked…
But I loved Tribes and Empires! I really wish there was a way to do a sequel. I did not care for the Queen, the part was slow, but every other part was so unique and fascinating. I really want to see more of this type of drama, but they are very hard to find.
I watch this, not long after it first came out, and I remember really liking it. I am going to re-watch and see if I still feel the same way, but right now I have very positive memories.
What would you expect from a series starring in that era the age gap was never a rare thing back then nd I think…

This is a little off the topic, but if you want to watch a really good historical era drama (actually some of my favorite dramas), you should watch “Mr. Queen.” It is so hilarious and so good that I couldn’t stop watching it. See what you think— especially if you like drama and comedy together. Take care.

I know, it really ruins it doesn’t it. Sometimes I am afraid to read the comments about a drama that I want to watch—because I have had several dramas ruined when people gave away things in the drama that I didn’t want to know about ahead of time.

I agree. I’m also waiting for the sequel to Tribes and Empires (so good!) as well as Princess Agents. I don’t think it’s ever going to happen though— so disappointing!! I suppose the real question is how do you avoid it? 🙃 How long do you have to wait in the film industry to pick up someone else’s drama and make a final season?

I think they just wanted to portray her as being very young and holding a grudge. I am going to guess that in the next season, they will portray her as being more mature. (:

The charactors are interesting and the actors perfect. “Sword Snow Stride” had unique humor, captivating story, scenery and good music. I am really hoping there will be an amazing sequel to this with more of the energetic and assertive females (and males).. Does anyone know anything about season two? Thanks.
Excellent drama. Great storyline. Loved every actor — perfect for their role (and the smart female leads!). The only disappointment was the filming. Quite often the backgrounds were out of focus and felt “fake.” But I highly recommend to watch it and rated it 9.5 out of 10.
