So did the actual plot move forward in ep 7,8?
Not really, I don't think so... could have been conveyed in 5 minutes and all the other 145 minutes lacked magic and charm.

Atp, i just cant defend the fans who come here to bring kjh down just because people criticism im soo hyang's…
I just came here to say the same thing and your comment summed it up exactly. The only reason I'm still watching is for both actors, they're doing a stellar job, they're clearly both too good for it and it's dragging on them - the writing and direction are just not good enough. There's no wit to it, there's not enough material and what there is is monotonous, and the writer/director have no sense of romance, none whatsoever. For a supernatural drama to be this unimaginative is a crime. The costumes and hair are also diabolical.

Slight weakness in the narrative, all of a sudden he's unhinged
Yes, I agree. (It's not a drama I could watch again... but) he's demonstrably unhinged now, whereas before, he just sulked when he didn't get his way. Is Ms Nam's presence enough to tip him over the edge enough to give himself away? I guess we'll have to learn his motive, but since he's been with Mr Choi for years, seems time wasn't of the essence. That's why I think it's a narrative weakness, narrative-driven actions instead of action-driven narrative.

Poor choice of female lead. Made her look like a scruffy piece of rag. It's quite disturbing to see the way they…
She's around 50. The character's late 30s. It's a top quality production, but seems Studio Dragon has reached such a lofty position it believes it can get away with anything it wants.

The scene between Young Joo from the deli and Jae Woo was awkward. Delighted to see the drama tackling the embarrassing side to loneliness in a true to life way. Jae Woo's portrayal of autism is the best I've seen, the way he latches on to Mr Choi is spot on - and endearing, really clever k-drama magic.

I notice critism of MDL for publishing too much gossip. Personally I appreciate MDL offering us links to articles…
I agree with you. Those people that criticise are a little self important, they pompously act like the guardians of MDL and feel hostility towards the site being shared and enjoyed by 'lesser' folks - typical narcissists overstepping their and others' boundaries.

Lol. The story about PMY's dating scandal was pulled down last year. And here it is again, masquerading as "news"…
Err... but... you yourself just engaged with this kind of content, snowflake, you just added to the hit count, this page is a total winner.

There's more vitriolic discourse on comments for dramas, especially Netflix dramas, and I think they're pretty interesting to read. This page is quite civilised - only the PMY fan club is getting a bit heated, but it's still pretty interesting - although it's getting repetitive now. And the advertisers on this page have got their money's worth so will probably continue to invest.

Here's a final thought... it seems to me that the artists of Hook Entertainment have the most proactive, defensive and vitriolic fans. Only Han So-hee's fans come anywhere near them (I'd like to see a pitch battle between the two 🥊). Coincidence? Hook bots? Fraudsters?
