Oh by the way... changing the topic to drama again... if it wasn't for the alcohol we'd never have realised that PMY wasn't as accomplished in acting as PSJ... the drunk scene in Secretary Kim. It also shows us singular actors who take the art to a whole new level, it's in the eyes, Son Ye-jin.

I hear you, I shouldn't have said anything. I think I'm going mad, recently all I see are virtue-signalling posts about what other countries shouldn't do. Finger wagging. Not just the op but the reply that said "well [sic] have to wait [years] for them to realize how wrong that is". I'm thinking wtf?! It's neither portrayed as right or wrong, but there's always some dial tone nerd that states a supererogatory 'fact'.
Hopefully this won't be another drama glorifying alcohol ...
Name a *drama* that's ever glorified alcohol and how it was glorified. I'll disagree with you and say no it wasn't, it was used as a dramatic tool, and the drama itself was telling a story.

Right. It seems like there are two camps... the ones that regret their pasts, they own it, apologise from the heart and force themselves to overcome the shame. Then there are those that haven't changed at all... the stupid ones that cannot deal with the crises, can't accept any wrongdoing, attempt to threaten and harass their victims all over again, they go down in flames - they eventually burn all their bridges and I believe it's the industry that finally cancels them, which is why we see a 20 year gap - people like this think they can intimidate their way through their entire lives.
is it hard for the K-entertainment industry to filter the people they make into stars? Why each time one of them…
The wounded party sees the person that beat them up on TV, living it large. That's why it happens. School bullies are as thick as planks and/or so arrogant that they think it's all done with.

You see how self-important you are? You think actors care what you or I write on MDL? "Eh?" "Woah!" You're treating people who are better than you as if they're inferior. It's condescending - you mention a person's mistakes, being needy, hitting rock bottom - you think you're better. Wake up to the real world, you're not special.
Actually this has got me thinking, LA. Why not write/transpose an article that explains just what the appeal of this movie was? The exotic cast, the story, the wide demographic appeal? What's the average box office for horror movies? I'm also curious what the average cost of cinema tickets is in South Korea...

Thanks for the link, interesting results, and disappointing. It isn't an illness or a disease... It's only treated as such to facilitate using the health infrastructure. A heroin addict that switches to propofol, or whatever, can make it look like those schemes work, but it's a management system for places that are overwhelmed. It would be nice if the cost and the fallout of those schemes was born solely by people like you that support it.
Jtbc will have verified its source, only possibility it's false is a good forgery - but to what end? Why frame…
Ok thanks, I see what you mean. I was implying she had potential and I often wonder why it doesn't work out, I wasn't inferring that all actors that don't become leads are bullies. It's a bit like if I said all bears are animals therefore all animals are bears.
Fine, I'll keep taking the piss then 😆

The actors look as if the novelty's worn off a little from these publicity shots ðŸ¤
