I remember the passionate crushes I had when I was a kid. I was mental 🤣
True! I wish I was as wise as those kids when I was that age, their chat over the ttekbokki was awesome! Maybe if I'd watched K-dramas I'd have learnt to be smart like they were.
grandpa needs his own show...lol he's the only character I like
He's great, so kind and wise - I like them all though. He's in Delicious Proposal from 25 years ago, he looks fantastic, nice to see he's still sprightly!
Any comments like "Korea this", "Koreans that"... are written by supremacists. It's the thinking way of a supremacist and the talking way of a supremacist - a narrow view that stems from ignorance. Congratulations, and fk off.
OMG, Korea is pissing me off so bad. They're really out there driving their actors to the corner and possibly…
Obnoxious much? Korea gave you these actors, it can take them away again. Who do you think you are? It's nothing to do with you. You have no say in the matter. Learn your place.
He did - bearing in mind that the script was a turd, narrative was a turd, stage direction was a turd and character was a turd. Both he and Im Soo-hyang did exceptionally well, but the ship sank like a stone despite their efforts.
Thanks LA, this looks very appealing, the whole cast is pleasing - for me Yoon Se-ah is the one I'll tune in to watch, she's versatile. The synopsis also looks good, the truth beneath, secrets and double lives - hopefully if won't be too stressful!!
Im Soohyang's return to weekend dramas was inevitable lol she's consistently been in flops...
I like her, Woori the Virgin was such fun. I feel a little sad when she gets criticised because she's so bright and cheery that it feels unkind, like kicking a cute cat!
Looks like Kokdu wasn't good for either of the leads
It was a turd. One of the worst I've seen. He was in no position to bail, so he buckled down and honoured his contract - no actor could have saved it... but saying that, actors with healthier star power wouldn't have accepted in the first place, I'm pretty sure the red flags were all over it. This KBS weekender could be just what he's looking for.
I'm a fan of his, even though it's a marathon I'll give it a try. The synopsis "the conflict and affection between family members in our modern society" is standard for the KBS weekend drama. But every so often they produce a real gem.
I like both of these actors but I can't really see a woman Shin Hyun Been's age realistically date a 23 year old…
Let's see, I heard about this a while ago and thought it sounded tired and awkward - but quite often when I expect nothing a fantastic drama shows up. Like you say, she's great, I've started to feel like watching it.
He didn’t say it himself , the production company Studio Dragon denied the rumours and other industry insiders…
That's a paradox right there, Al. You read the article and comments and even replied to one. Bet you can't explain why without making it your business.
Dearest LA, can I just say that drama ratings for Saturday are compared to the previous Saturday and Sunday to the previous Sunday. That's how to measure the trend. You can't compare Saturday to the previous Sunday, because Sunday gathers a larger live audience. There's a rise, not a drop.

That's so funny. Why did they even bother to respond to the rumour? All publicity is good publicity, whatever he's getting he's worth every Won. And So is Ji-won... worth every Won 😆. They're both absolutely incredible, that scene at the start of e5 or 6 where she forced herself to explain why she got lost, a little humiliated to reveal her weakness, top quality. Is he Park Ji-eun's man? Quite a history, I'm always curious how such prominent friendships arise - he's definitely in her wavelength in understanding his character, as he was in the previous two works. Every actor would kill (or start rumours) to be in his shoes? But no, seriously, it looks like a story used as a pretext to humbly bring up the real story about under-charging.
Finally got round to watching and decided to drop. The ML and FL aren't ML and FL material, for me. I need at least one to be imposing. Writing was good. Whoever was in charge of casting must have had some issues - why did Choi Soo-young's brother bear all the same physical characteristics as the ML?
I don't think I've seen Kim Sang-ho playing a cop before 🤠Hwaiting. Looks like jtbc going back to its forte, classy drama. Good cast, story seems plain from the synopsis but will probably be more interesting than it sounds. I haven't watched the BBC version, naturally.
There's a rise, not a drop.
