but yoori is paired with shinjoo... what she has for lee rang is loyality...she is like what shin joo is to lee…
Frankly, I don't think that's going to be an entire spinoff series as we already know she was smuggled in from Russia to an exhibit and then later rescued by Rang (who brutally mutilated the zookeeper).
Originally I didn't mind much of Goblin's main couple but on retrospect, the age gap is really bothersome. Gotta watch it again though, it's a classic.
today's episode was also really good...i liked lee yeon's self-confidence and sassiness when he deals with the…
I'm also a bit peeved by Imoogi's casting. We'll have to see how he performs when he transitions into an actual evil monster but for now, he just looks like a very annoying and punchable face rather than a scary villain.
I'm guessing they made the connection based on the presence of mythical creatures. I initially thought this is a darker take on Goblin but I'm liking this much more.
If you mean the folded red carnation, it's just the broadcasting CEO showing Ji Ah that he has her parents in…
Ah you mean the cherry fruits. I don't think those fruits contain Ji Ah's parent's souls. From what is shown, all we know is that they use it to prolong their lives by taking from other people's lives. There is definitely a chance that the cherry fruit is siphoning from the parents but I doubt it.
Yeon isn't a mountain spirit but he's still a gumiho which would be why Imoogi wants the body.
Yeon still has powers as we can see him controlling the weather. I think when he says he was supposed to be the mountain spirit and have the girl as his bride, I'm thinking he's referring to taking over Yeon's body back in the Joseon era. Ah Eum was born as a sacrifice to him so maybe that's what he meant by bride.
The other commenter posted an interesting theory about Imoogi being Taluipa's son which could also explain this.
ep 10 was just woow !!!!! I thought "Lee Rang" will be the evil character but now I really love him and why they're…
From the preview, it seems Rang is going back to the bad side since he is bound by the deal to kill Yeon.
I also find Imoogi's casting very bothersome. The only other drama I've seen the guy in is "The Beauty Inside" where he was the secretary. I'm a guy so I don't find him cute but I for some reason find him very annoying. The hair and baby face don't really make him seem as intimidating (although I would think that they would make him turn more Imoogi like in future episodes). I was literally shouting and was pissed when he was trying to approach Ji Ah.
I certainly do agree with you! It is a torment having to wait a week for new episodes. It should've been quite…
It seems the deal is with Broadcasting CEO to save his life when the time comes. In this case, Rang would have to kill Yeon since Yeon is a threat to CEO.
so the red flowers are her parents? but the boy is her brother or not?
If you mean the folded red carnation, it's just the broadcasting CEO showing Ji Ah that he has her parents in his posession since during Ji Ah's dream sequence, it is shown that the dad carries it with him.
I don't know where you would've gotten that but no, the Imoogi is not Ji Ah's brother. We don't know what Ji Ah's parents did at the Imoogi island or why they went there yet. Imoogi is just a snake spirit that wants to take Yeon's body to become more powerful. The only thing he has to do with Ji Ah as of now is that he took over her body in her past life to try to get Yeon's body and in this life, he wants Ji Ah as his bride.

I just rewatched the preview. It seems Rang may have some sort of deal with the Broadcasting CEO since he used the creepy ass cherry fruit to help Rang (glowing rings form on two middle fingers as well).
I seems he's asking Taluipa to break the deal and she's saying it's not impossible and in order to do so, he would have to kill Yeon. I would guess that the deal has to do with something else (maybe killing Ji Ah?)
So I just tried Shazaming the track that played in E8 around the 25 minute mark (Yeon, Ji Ah, and Rang looking into the emptiness and feeling sad compliation).

This drama was really nicely filmed Some things I noticed were utilized: - Nice editing that can get creative in certain scenes - Use of color grading - A lot of bloom and lens flare
Episode 9 was one of the best one's out there. All of them were vulnerable and strong in different ways . The…

It should've been quite obvious to Rang that Yeon missed on purpose.
From the preview, it seems that Rang is asking Taluipa to break the contract that's going to make him kill Yeon to which Taluipa says no. It's not clear whether the contract is between Taluipa and Rang or Rang and Imoogi/Broadcasting CEO.
I think she's not necessarily evil but she's not a saint either. I think she basically either shortened Shin Joo's life or took away the possibility of reincarnation for the red cuffs.

Pichi couple was a definite showstealer.
From the way I interpreted it, I thought that killing yourself basically eradicates your soul permanantly rather than placing you in limbo.
