God made Ha Jong Woo’s lips and threw away the mold. They’re so magnificently distracting I have no idea what’s happening most of the time. Or maybe it’s the poor editing, but it’s fine. I’m here for the lips.
Yes, I also enjoy it. I feel a bit sad because I think this is unfairly judged by all the BL fans.
They really got the right balance. Even the main couple’s story has improved. All the couples are interesting, the humor is on target, and that BL triangle really works. The only flaw in episode 8 was that Paul and Nice are barely in it — but they are worth every second in the background. It’s one of those rare series in which they manage to improve things and keep everybody’s stories fresh. It’s not a masterpiece but it set itself to be great silly fun and they nailed it. I didn’t expect to have this much fun.
Very rich people: travel abroad all the time. Very rich people in a BL series: A YEAR?!? YOU CAN’T BE AWAY FOR A YEAR!!!! WE SHALL NEVER BE APART!!! IT’S OVER!!! (Cries and exits scene)
So all Name’s friends went to college and he sits around at home doing nothing? I assume his home-schooling…
This all brings us back to the main problem with the series: LOTS of characters with LOTS of plots with LOTS of potential that the show runners don't seem to be able to juggle. It's episode 8 already and there's this feeling the series is still starting. From all the comments I read here, Name and Em were favorites but their storyline has been mangled so much. Name was reduced to his trauma and Em became an arsehole. Champ's story is been stretched beyond the breaking point and Gun's hidden identity storyline is getting to the point of boring. The least interesting character, Nan, has got the more interesting storyline with Chompu now but I personally find the chemistry between the two actors lacking. The parents, who were so interesting, have all been put aside with the exception of Champ's grandpa. And you said it yourself: it's a 2-hour bus ride and three years, there's absolutely NO excuse for this! And it has nothing to do with the actors. Someone has noticed they're tossing drama at the audience from all sides just to make us FEEL but it's been so erratic that it's getting us NOT to feel.
Haha. You must have written this comment before watching episode 7. 🫤
Lol. Yes! But I still stand by my comment. It was your typical love-triangle-with-a-ghost and I was really kinda expecting that because that character came and went away too quickly. And... no gay panic. There was a hell of a kiss right before that.
I'm wondering this too. I homeschooled a traumatized child and had to balance the needs for absolute down time,…
Yes, and that chat with the Mysterious Friend was really disturbing: Name made excuses for everything the guy suggested. That's depression right there. I really hope it's not a 'bitter medicine' subplot but it seems to be heading that way.
So all Name’s friends went to college and he sits around at home doing nothing? I assume his home-schooling period is over because his friends have been at college for a while now. Besides, he doesn’t seem to be studying anyway. Is that it? Have I missed something?
What I really enjoy about this series is how quickly it establishes Pluem and Kevin as a couple and then it’s not an issue anymore. They’re just comfortable with each other and let’s move on with the drama.
That hose rain is the moment the series derailed into a hot mess. It’s one of those cases you can clearly see the writers are so eager to get from A to B they’re willing to sacrifice the plot, character development, even logic just to get there. Let us hope it’s just a hiccup because episode 5 came damn close to 2gether The Series finale in WTF levels.
Save what, darling? This ship sailed long ago.
Dudes, your sponsor put KinnPorsche to sell stuff during the breaks!
