What an amazing overall drama characterization as shallow , after just seeing 1 ep, probably not all, even that…
The most hilarious thing is they feel the need to come on the comments section and write essays about why they came straight to XZ's dramas to "start their c-drama journey" so they can have a reason to drop and downrate straight from the first episode, like, dude, we were not born yesterday and who tf cares.πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

I fail to see where I've been rude? Only by pointing out that you only mentioned the downsides and left out the good side means being rude? Me saying you show your colors was rude? Indeed just look at the war you unleashed here just because of a mere comment, shows that I was right. LOL, SMH.

Dramas airing on National CCTV cannot ever be "spicier". When you enter a drama, set your expectations right first.

Which are the 3 predominant words in most of the comments?? Uncle, hockey couple πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Super annoying characters…
You somewhat picked the most 3 convenient you wanted to pick, forgetting to mention the: best hot couple in a chinese drama, best noona romance, best chemistry on screen, best slice of life drama this year, and I could go on.
Don't force yourself too much, your colors are in full display, everyone can see them.

OMMG are they for real? I'm so furious like WATAFAK! More than half episode I FFW because of the hockey cp and useless uncle, IQIYI screw you, trash producer!

So in the end, JB got the award, SY only got her crumbs, and they didn't even got to kiss, when everyone else did except them... I'm so mad and speechless, because I loved this drama so much, I had high expectations on the ending and they screwed it. I mean, Xiao Zhan got screwed really bad with this script, UGH! 😫

Two more hours to go, I'm so hyped, can't wait to watch, but also I'm so sad that is the last episode, what I'm gonna do after this drama ends? I don't want it to end 😭

Critical Review of Chinese Drama Sunshine by My Sidehttps://www.imdb.com/title/tt28115920/?ref_=tt_urvSunshine…
TL;DR: total BS. The drama didn't ended yet, the last episode didn't aired even in China, figure overseas. Haters should put the same effort into going outside and touching some grass, they lost the grasp with reality, their brains has become mouldy and stinks, I can even feel it through the PC screen, in the same way as they could see the inexistent drama ending through they magic blob. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚

I had to go back and rewatch some scenes, too good Sheng Yang coaxing his father-in-law with the food and the bath scrub, had me in stitches. πŸ˜‚ I also want to have a Sheng Yang like this, where can I get one?!

guys thingking to start this . i like when plot is intersting and romance is there. how is it?
The drama is great. I loved it from beginning to end. It has its own fair share of annoying side characters, but which drama doesn't?! I'd say give it a try, for me it's worth it absolutely.

Ep. 34-35 were so wholesome! I cried twice, once with Sheng dad and once with Jiang dad. Lots of emotions developed more deeply in these two episodes, loved it.
Although I can understand where Sheng mom was coming from, I didn't really approved of her going to Jian Bing's home for that talk. Sheng Yang is 26 adult after all, not a kid to be worried about. Let him have his life experiences, whether is about love, work, family, he must be responsible for his own choices without his mom interfering. I absolutely adored the dad's pep talk though, that's how a father should give his wisdom and support to his son, not by pushing himself into his son's life with force. Made me cry like a baby, their relationship is so awesome.
I don't want this drama to end, unknowingly I fell into the pit, now I'm gonna have drama withdrawal. Halp! πŸ₯Ί

As we are from different countries and cultures here, I have a questions : is it common for asian families that…
I've been traveling a lot around the world and I had the opportunity to have a glimpse on what the various cultures in various countries are seeing as "patriarcal" or "mom is wearing the pants". To give some examples, in Italy, most of the times regarding the boys is always the mom deciding if he should move out or living with the parents, and almost most of the times the boy will still live in the mom's house even up to his 40's. Not the same goes for girls though. In Romania the ones deciding can be either the mom or the dad, I have several friends around there and mostly is the mom deciding how the home and the kids should be managed, the mom is a more stronger figure than the dad in general when it comes to household. In France usually they are quite on par, I have seen predominant men but also more predominant women, but in general they are more open minded and the grown up kids get to decide alone if they move out or stay even if the parents doesn't always agree. In Hungary, the decisions almost always is taken by the father with few exceptions, at least from what I've seen. In Tunisia, the men gets to decide everything like in all arab countries, even if they are a more open minded society compared to other middle-east ones. Same as Turkey. In China, usually is the mother to decide when the kids must have a blind date, when they must move out, get married, etc., even if the one "wearing the pants" is the dad. When it comes to children, asian moms have the last word usually. Again, this is all from my personal experience.

A tag needs to be added "slight romance" and probably "tortuous slow af burn". Already at 32nd episode out 36th…
No real chemistry? Dude please... I laughed hard at your poor attempt tbh. πŸ˜‚
You can say everything you want, no kisses, no skinship, whatever, but the chemistry is not based on sexual gestures and theirs is burning hot without the need of clichΓ© romance.

Honestly, I love the parents. The mom had a great talk with ML. I liked that she didnt hate the FL. She was just…
To me, the mom wanted more to avoid the embarrassment, both for herself and JB, as she pushed the "sisters" friendship between them too much without noticing that her son was head over heels for the "auntie", also she wanted to avoid the embarrassment for JB and SY on starting dating, as coming home together would have been too awkward for all of them and she loves her son too much, she probably wanted to make sure they had their private space. Mom has been considerate for the entire family and has had the entire picture in mind when she asked SY to move out.

The dad thinking Sheng Yang was watching an adult movie made me laugh. 'do it in moderation' πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
The hockey sister asking her new bf to entertain her saying she knows boys have "that kind of stuff" on their phones, meanwhile the dude puts up a mobile game, when she intended something similar to what SY's dad was thinking, had me cracking up so hard... ahahah!

I absolutely adored these two last episodes, 30 and 31. I can say with a strong certainty, Xiao Zhan is such a stellar actor, he managed to make me have butterflies in my stomach just by looking at his glances, his adoring face when looking at JB, the small gestures and cute little details he manages to pull out, I never thought that such a soft and platonic scene could make me blush more than a sexy one, but these two have such an explosive chemistry that I couldn't stop giggling the entire time like a fool.
I love this drama so much! Easily one of my fav romance c-dramas so far in spite of the rando annoying side characters, I don't even mind them anymore, and I'm not gonna lie, I don't know how but Xiao Zhan is becoming more and more hot and skilled as times goes by. He is just too good, he deserves all the praises he gets.

Person Xiao Zhan
Why everyone is pointing his script choice?Does his part has any lackings? Does the story is bad or cringy? It’s…
You won't find this kind of scrutiny on other actors' pages or in discussions about their dramas. People have these unrealistic expectations of Xiao Zhan, as if he's solely there to meet their outlandish demands. They're constantly criticizing every facet of his work, whether it's the plot of his dramas, his co-stars, or even the OST's, like who the fk they think they are?! Because he's a top-tier actor in the Chinese ent, anything less than perfection from him apparently warrants low ratings and heavy criticism. Then, ironically, these same people claim to be his 'fans.' Honestly, sometimes reading the comments drains me, and I can't help but feel second-hand embarrassment for these folks.

Oh my gosh these two are the perfect couple I swear! I can't stop smiling like a fool looking at them giving a chemistry lesson on screen. Gaaahhh! 😍
