I think I was kind of afraid of there potentially being a connection between Jae Jin and Ha Eun when she brought up her background and how she was a dancer because I thought oh here we go, the show is going to try and link these two together with that commonality that they have for dance.
The funny thing though is if you go back and you watch Joo Young's bio introduction she had on ballet clothing and ballet slippers and yet you know I'm really surprised that they didn't show us that conversation between the two of them because she could have said that she does ballet especially with him being a contemporary dancer but of course for some strange reason they did NOT spend too much time highlighting their conversations but the fact remains that once again there's something that Jae Jin and Joo Young have in common. Yes, remember when they were discussing their ages and how close they are (she being 26 and he being 28) they went on to discuss their jobs and I found it interesting that Jae Jin asked her IF she liked what she was doing right now for work. I thought that was a really thoughtful question. He was interested enough to ask that rather than the typical question being, "What do you do for a living?" I think he could gauge from her answer that she really enjoyed what she did rather than her job being just something that she was doing without heart, does that make sense?
So after Joo Young told Jae Jin that she was a craft artist, and then he told her that he was a contemporary dancer she excitedly said, "We would have been in the same department in school". I think her realization was that she was referring to where each of them grew up, SO had they grown up in the same town/place, they surely would have been in the same department and met sooner. Again, there is that FATE circling in on them.
I didn't see any chemistry with Ye Jin and Jae Jin and they knew it as well. I'm really pleased that she didn't try to take another go at him again like most gals probably would have. And kudos to Jae Jin as well, once he took Joo Young to Paradise and their interaction began, he had something to compare their differences to. He definitely felt a connection with Joo Young and her with him as well. You could see how he looked at her and how their conversation flowed, he felt like things were clicking and falling into place. FATE.
People should also take note that yes, he went to Paradise with Ha Eun but it was only because she picked him when she first arrived halfway through the show. Although he seemed jovial with her, I think he was just trying to make the best of a situation that he knew was not going to progress any further from his side. I love how Jae Jin still took the time to take a picture of those flowers for Joo Young so she was on his mind even though she was in Inferno and he was there with someone else.
And after Hyun Jae won that challenge and picked Joo Young, Jae Jin could have picked Ha Eun just for the sake of going to Paradise instead of being stuck in Inferno BUT he didn't. That's how you know that Jae Jin is not a player. He found his person. She even asked him if he was interested in anyone or something to that effect and he told her that he believes that he found someone who is best suited for him. Very loyal. He obviously had to let Joo Young go through the process of picking between him and Hyun Jae because Hyun Jae made his feelings known to everyone during the campfire truth session. So Jae Jin played it cool and let FATE do it's magic. We even saw that Ha Eun wanted to go to Paradise again and wrote down Jae Jin's name for a Paradise match up but he didn't bite. Jae Jin knew what he had with Joo Young was in his words, "Precious" ❤️
P.S. Just to note Joo Young went to Sangmyung University in Seoul and Jae Jin went to Hanyang University in Seoul and the driving distance between the two campuses is approximately 12–13 km. Wow, so close
At the 18:25 marker of episode 16, if you look into the mirror when android Nam and So Bong's drunk dad are in the boxing ring you can clearly see the cameraman dragging or pulling the camera with its light on as it swings around 😜😜😜 And in episode 23 you can see the guy holding the big boom microphone through the reflection on the door panel of the car towards the end of the episode 😮😮

Well,I'm thinking that IF she picks Sunghun instead of Subeen, would the hosts really be that shocked? No.I mean considering that we saw how they seemed to have a lot in common besides both being brains, if she ends up picking him, then in actuality, it wouldn't really be that weird. Yes, even though she was following Subeen around quite a bit before that., to me it would just be more shocking if she wound up not picking either one of them... I'm kind of wondering if maybe she recognized Sunghun but didn't tell anyone. There are rumors online that he is the grandson of one of the former Presidents of Korea, plus apparently he had dated somebody famous or well known and there was a scandal so maybe she knew or was aware of it and couple that with the fact that she apparently gets very upset when she finds out that Minjee and Subeen slept in the same bed even though nothing went on, the fact that she had to find out from someone else she might just feel like she has no choice but to avoid both of them because she's hurtbut in any case I guess we'll find out soon...

No,I mean just pretend you're going to start watching from the very beginning like you haven't watched season 5 yet so go back to the very beginning of season 5 and you'll hear the narrator of the show or more specifically on the subtitles she is labelled as "Master" so she is basically giving us a preview and telling us what we'll be seeing in this new season. And at 00.59 that's when Jae Jin can be heard asking when did you fall in love with me? So we're barely a minute into the first episode of season 5 and he says that so it's basically a preview of what will be said in the show at some point.
When I first begin watching it, I'll turn on the English subtitles even though I've got the English audio on and I do that just because I want to make sure I'm catching what everybody says because their names are listed and then I get used to their voices and who they are. and then after I've seen it a few times cuz I tend to rewatch certain parts of it 😂😂😂 them I'll watch it in little snippets with the Korean because I want to hear what they actually sound like I was so curious to hear what Jae Jin sounded like. and then after I've seen it a million times I just shut the subtitles off and let the English audio flow😂😂😂

OMG, I just discovered something 😮 You have literally got to check out at the VERY beginning when they're doing voiceovers and kind of introducing the show and you hear all these new voices with the new cast and at about the 00.59 mark, with the English subtitle and English audio on you can clearly hear that it's Jae Jin's voice and we know that because it's so noticeable since we now know what each one of them sounds like or should I say the people dubbing their voices throughout the show, we can distinguish which contestant it is that's speaking but anyhow you can clearly see the subtitles and hear Jae Jin on the audio say [man 3] So when did you fall in love with me? 😮 And then we hear audio of a woman talking and I'm pretty sure it's Joo Young and the subtitle reads along with the audio [woman 4] It wasn't obvious? 😉 Well it's so funny that I didn't pick up on that but at that time it's the first part of the show and we haven't heard any of the contestants speaking so that's a total fluke finding that 🥰🥰🥰🥰

You know it only stands to reason that Jae Jin and Joo Young would wind up together because they're both in the Arts. I bet you when they finally got out of Inferno and were able to use the internet, she saw his video and probably swooned. I bet he couldn't wait to kiss her 💋❤️❤️❤️ I would also bet that he treats her just like gold and vice versa. He seemed quite overwhelmed with his happiness. I think he was pinching himself for finding his person. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with Hyun Jae and I would bet if he had a girlfriend, he would treat her really well but as far as Joo Young and Hyun Jae go, they just weren't suited for each other.

Seriously IF this show had anyone who was smart at marketing, they would be highlighting every moment they could of Jae Jin and Joo Young's romance!!!!!In fact, it would actually make the show credible.😜😜😜 Actually, it might have been on YouTube that I saw it under unreleased footage or it might have been actually shown in an episode we'll see if I can find it, but there was actually ONE helicopter scene when Jae Jin and Joo Young went on their first Paradise date and he was sitting right next to the window and even though she was sitting on the other side of him the sun was still quite hot and kind of beating down on her and he noticed it right away and how much discomfort she had so he moved in a way to block the sun so it wouldn't bother her and even the hosts actually commented how caring and considerate he was. This couple was brought together by Fate for sure ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Did you see how long they spent showing Go Eun's date which finally wound up in the pool? I just looked at the time stamp and it was about 23 minutes long. I call bull$hit on the producers for shaving off or better yet, cutting out all of that time that we could have seen Joo Young and Jae Jin on one of their dates 😮😮😮 I really feel bad for Joo Young And Jae Jin because I'm sure it would have meant a lot to both of them (and their families who are also no doubt watching the show) to see how their love story began. I just love how he looks at her ❤️ We've all seen how delicate he is with her and how wonderfully he treats her from their conversations/interactions (stroking her hair and face 🥰) since that was something we've actually been able to witness (just imagine what we've missed 😳) and therefore I am sure their time on the show would have been quite precious to them for something that they would be able to look back on, but alas they've been robbed 😭😭😭😭😭
