Well, I think that the system is FZ's will in the grand scheme of things. Many thing from the game were not in the original novel. The novel was written by a kid after all. It is implied in the end, when he was thinking about his surgery, should he do it, that he went to his school and remembered all the main life details, and was pretty sad/pessimistic. When he decided to do it he probably published his old novel as his last piece, cause he tought he was gonna die. After all they said he had not publish anything in a long time. And then at the evening of his surgery he made 3 wishes and miao miao got pulled into the game. Hence the game has "system" that helped them heal and is different than the novel. To me it is sort of implied that something magical happened, higher force that gave him chance in the end and connected them in a magical way real life events could not. Probably due to that and censorship they could not show him in the end. Cause everything about his ordea is magical. Regarding LMM it is said that she forgot, she think of that game as a dream and does not remember his name or face. Then we clearly see her said, longing and that she remembers bamboos. I would guess that is why only she was shown in the end and not him. But sucks.

Since all the characters are part of his adventure within himself and involve his family, parents, friends - I mean we even saw little bamboo and his granpa at the end - none of the characters were there "just because". So, I was wondering what is the importance of Mu Yao and Liu Fuyi. 2 righteous characters, and "sister" he cared about a lot. They did not show them in the end but they cannot be there for nothing, just NPC. I mean they connected even smaller pieces of story than that, to have them have no meaning whatsoever.
Following DYX since 2020 ROTAR. And in some ways Han Shuo was similar to Mu Sheng. For me he is the best actor for black lotus type of roles. He is wonderful in these roles. The cunning, the scheeming, complex and not too righteous white characters, give him enough room to play his mimics and quirks. He should always play characters that start out bad but have a change of heart, or are essentially good but are on vedetta or are good but are not saints and do not shy from cunning ideas or smtg like that. Gray characters make him sexy 🤭. Plain good or plain bad characters are waist of his talent.
The only thing I didn't get from the ending is: if she wrote the hater comment for "catching monsters" novel by Fu Zhou and apparently did not send it (or she did) and then got pulled into the game. When they showed Fu Zou reading her comments in real life, they were all positive. Did she ever send that hater comment for his first novel, cause he later rewrote it into another book YYXH and we never saw him reading her hater comment. I even thought that that comment would have crushed his spirit, if she sent it, so she got pulled inside before she ruins everything to save him. But it is a long strech. What do you guys think?

OMG the drama is superb. We could have gotten more irl scenes of them two and a kiss but besides that just WOW. The casting was really good. The plot is so toughtful and connected. I could analyse it for days. DYX nailed this and this role was written for him 😍. I want him more gray, sexy, complex, 3D roles like ZiQi. Also nobody could play LMM better than YSX⭐️. This was such overshadowing, Fu Zhou own parents, met fell in love, separated amicably/divoced, his mother became resentful but loved him, his father was never there even during marriage and forgot him in the end, also he has a younger brother peobably from his father's second marriage, the brother he envies a lot. Most importanly he never wrote these things into the original novel, just a bad ending for ZiQi. In the rewritten novel we get all these new characters and whole ZiQi background story arc. I would say he faced his deep fear and healed his inner child.

I believe that she was inspiration for his first novel, but she was not in it except as Mu Qing Shi, as there was no connection between Lin Yu and the first savior in the first novel. Only after it is rewritten does Miao Miao appears a second time as a saviour taking the role from Lin Yu. And in this rewritten novel it says thar she saved his world twice. Also he mentioned that his every novel was dedicated to her, of course porbablyaccording to his age. So, in his original novel "catching monsters" she is a saviour not love interest as he was a kid.

Agree, I follow his works since 2020 and he is pretty smart, charming without trying to be and knows what, when and how. If you have watched his interview for heart signal back then you would see that he has not changed a lot since then in his public demeanor and attitude. He did gain some self confidence though. I gueass he is authentic to himself and I wish him to stay that way despite the impending fame. 🥰
