Nobody knows. Normally it is always stated in which agency they are. However, it is not disclosed who his management agency is if any.

I think the casting is done great, and script is good. No one is overly filtered, and skin smooting is not over the top, the lighting is not making everyone pale as ghost - they look natural.
To me DYX is just dominating any scene he appears in, and also fighting scenes are done well. I even find Miles Wei and Ren Min suitable for the roles as I really got quickly into their characters.
Really enjoyable.

It is still short drama but they were shooting longer than usual, for a full month. It is not yet disclosed how many episodes it will have and what the duration of each episode will be, but expectations are that it will be better production, longer episodes (people are hoping 20mins) and overall better quality, especially due to this FL being connected to this project.
We'll wait and see.

I also think people are watching her dramas because of him. And yet she says on SM that she is sick of him. I do not know who taught her PR, but someone thake the phone away from this lady!! 😂

I find drama really good, the story is interesting, I am enjoying this friendship group (reminds me of my days living in a dorm) also the story has a good flow, not obvious plotholes and acting is good especially from DYX. He looks so different here than any of his previous characters and is funny enough, serious enough, emotional enough and nothing is over the top. Also he is growing up, maturing and it fits his face a lot, as he does not look like a boy anymore and is as more fit for grown up characters. CGI, this and that are all just bonuses that are related to some other factors but the main checkboxes for an entertaining show are checked off for me. Will continue watching 🥸

Yeah, her character was ~ but I kind of accept it as their wish to end it BE but if I knew her irl she would annoy me so much. I'll be switching to my other fav actor now DYX and wish him well with his new drama 😄

Techincally speaking the ML is dubbed too, but with his own voice. For the rest I do not know, but DYX always does a good job when dubbing, I like his voice.

Yeah, his fans now think like you, are mad he did not shoot any new works and are starting to speculate waht is going on between the company, director Zhou madwoman and his gigs.

Now you get why his fans are mad at director Zhou and are saying he is being the hostage of her company, because he fits their hot ML image, they are milking for their dramas. Idk what is true, what not, but there are some things that are so unreasonable from director's side, that she "blames the audience for not understanding her work, or how hard they tried for that extra scene etc" Basically no need to explain your work with the words if you are a good director - you have camera. If so many people do not like it or do not get your ending than it must be you. Simple. No need to beg for pity for her and actors effort. It is just plain annoying.

Yup, director Zhou said. Li Fei drove 10hrs from Wuhan on Chinese New Year's Eve to get ready and they shot the scene in the next day-two. As she said they did not have the good lighting, and equipment, and she used her phone to shoot, so the clip is a bit bad and shaky. Then they sent it for a fast review before it could be released.
What was the point of all that I wonder. The actors must come, but for what?

These extra scenes are a mess. Behind the scene is a mess. PR is a mess.

Idk, especially when you think they shot it around the time the drama premiered on Tencent. Like do it well or do not do it at all. This did nothing.

That bath scene was so out of the context I have no words. It is insulting my intelligence explaining it like that. Better if there was no that scene at all than puting some sugar at random for "fan pleasing". They just want to ride the wave while they can I suppose.

According to the information I could find and understand, in their live today they just kinda explained their reasoning behind the ending so there are no more scenes or alternative ending. (Someone correct me if I am wrong).

No info about Cheng'er but we can assume that he is alive since he is a kid, right. And he either came back later to the throne since everyone else is dead, even the rebels. But it was never about him and his life, he was not even important to his own mother, he is just a tool to drive the plot conflict, both in novel and in drama 😄

If you want to omit the arc when it goes south for our ML, I suggest watching till ep 13 and imagine that the last scenes of ep 13 are HE.
