True. Bad Buddy is like once in a decade kind of phenomenon. I hope I don't have to wait for years before I see something of this level again (especially among the Thai BL series).

That's part of a reason why I really want a beautiful ending. Since this story is obviously inspired by Romeo and Juliet, and we know how tragic that one ended (reminded me of UWMA too), I hope Bad Buddy can amaze us with how they end this series.

And for Ohm and Nanon, under good hands, we have seen what they could accomplish. I'm sure they'll amaze us even more in the next 5 episodes.

The main reason why I somehow hope for a second season (or at least a special episode) is because I have read the novel, and although I do not want the angst to go to the level of the novel, but I do hope to see the beautiful ending of the novel. I am not sure if they can complete that by EP 12 (just a guess of course).

(I know that the series follows a very different path from the novel, but it does retain a lot of elements from it at the same time)

Just in case you haven't read the novel yet, won't spoil you too much, but it involves them becoming life partners, aka a future wedding (not shown by the ending of the novel). If some like TharnType can give us wedding scene for the leads, then I hope they can get something similar too... (or something really beautiful as a wonderful ending for their story - happily ever after kind)

I definitely won't rule out Ohm and Nanon pairing together again as the main leads of another BL series. Most likely 2023 if not later. They are still so young anyway!

Yes, a whole lot. Without the pandemic, it might have just a small fraction of what it gained, and considering the way the series developed and ended, without the pandemic, it might have garnered less views than 1000 Stars and Bad Buddy.

Of course that's not what happened.

I would say they deserve at least a special episode, a bonus episode, or something that makes Bad Buddy more memorable.

And if they somehow does a second season, just as Bad Buddy and P'Aof had proven that GMMTV can make a quality series like this, I trust in Ohm, Nanon, P'Aof and others to make it a second season like no other.

(I always consider any sequel as a series on their own, and they have to earn their merit and not just simply attaching to the popularity of the first season, so if the second season somehow disappoints, then it's the second season problem and not the first.)

And I feel that it is quite unlikely that Ohm and Nanon, P'Aof and others will make a disastrous or mediocre second season, if they actually do a season 2 in my opinion.

Most importantly, please end this series (whether it has sequel or not) well!!

That is what I feel as well. Ohm and Nanon (and Jennie) are just pretending as if they don't know anything.

Considering the success of this series so far, I won't be surprised that a season 2 can be planned.

In terms of the story, if they are to put in parents' as obstacles to their relationships. it may be a bit rushed to put everything into just 3 or 4 episodes.
