Yes, that's what I feel too. From this episode actually Ink has already given off that cupid vibe (starting from the time when she spoke to Pat and Pran just before the rugby match, saying that they are both having sweet moment together).
And yes, parents are the real obstacles. We'll see how that will be weaved into the story in the coming episodes.

It does feel a little bit off, but it ties in nicely in a way to Pat having a photoshoot earlier on (people commonly wear make up to hide imperfections I believe)
Actually I would even go a bit further and say that the director intended to use that as a lesson to address the common habit (or maybe even considered trope?) in many drama series to use heavy make-up to hide actors/actresses' imperfections. Of course, put in a bit of product placement at the same time (which is common - sponsors' time!).
At least, that's my take on it as I saw that segment. And Pat and Pran were so cute together in that scene!

This means that likely Pat himself already likes Pran, but he's still confused and in a way, still cannot get over that threshold yet (heteronormativity of relationship with a girl). On the contrary, as we all have seen, Pran obviously likes Pat, even since the high school time.
The conflict between Engineering and Architecture complicated matters, but at the same time, it kept bringing them closer and closer together. Pat simply cannot let go of Pran, and that is telling us big time that although he doesn't realise it yet, he actually has grown fond of Pran and liking him more and more (subconsciously).
Will we see Pat cross that threshold in EP 5? Admitting that he actually likes Pran and that he can be in a relationship with him? And how will Pran react? Will he overcome the hurt he experienced in this episode (EP 4) and in the past?
EP 5 is something that I am really looking forward to!

So Ink was Pat and Pran's high school friend, who actually maybe want to befriend Pran but she couldn't give that bracelet to him, and instead she gave it to Pat.
Pran saw Pat interacting with Ink and thought that Pat liked her. This is likely the reason why he held back his feelings all these while as he thought that Pat liked Ink, and he didn't want to experience that hurt again (which he experienced seeing Pat and Ink close together in high school).
In EP 4, Pran found out that Ink actually thought of both him and Pat as just friends. It means that in a way, Pran has misunderstood things all these while. But that is to be expected, since the relationship between Pat and Pran (and Ink) didn't allow them to communicate things clearly earlier on. In EP 4, we see them opening up to each other, revealing the truth more and more.
Then, as we saw in the last part of the episode, Pat actually liked Ink, and that hurt Pran a lot (kudos to Nanon for the excellent emotion). The part that we thought Pat would confess to Pran was actually him asking Pran if he was Ink, whether he will like him or not.
That's the part that hurt Pran. He certainly liked Pat a lot, but he's not Ink. All these emotions must have been terrible for him to endure.
