if i remember it properly i saw someone who read the novel saying that they are 6 years apart
Thank you for clarifying. That makes more sense. When he drove to Wuxi he already knew of her. She must have been very young. Her character doesn’t seem more than 25 as she approaches graduation. Can we say there is at least a 10 year gap between the two characters? Like for Boss & Me
why didn't the first shifu tell ZH about everything before he offed himself since both of them were in the know…
Both shifus owed their lives to him. The one left behind seemed to be have been a wanted man. He had some markings on his arm which may have made him an escaped prisoner possibly? The second one grew to really love ZH but he also owed his life to Bingwen Also I feel their ending was always known to them. That once their usefulness was passed, they would be eliminated. Seems inconceivable that they had no freewill to decide their own lives but such were their characters. They were beholden to Bingwen.
What does Mubee mean? I’m on episode 1 and the meaning of her name has value to the story as everyone but her thinks it’s lovely but it irks me that I keep guessing. Help!
Totally agree that the director blew this one away....and for more reasons than one. The ending was not just dissatisfying…
Now I know there is a reason I like the actor who played the ML from Legend of Shen Li. Committed to his character! Well, I know it’s allegedly. But still, props to him.
The state of Korean cinema isn’t good with movie attendance at one of its lowest points. This production has also been bugged with bad timing, covid and now the situation in SK. The production and Song Joong Ki are probably relieved Bogotá finally got released although disappointed by the adverse conditions. The movie makes it to Netflix in February which is unfortunately, where movies will probably get wider attention. When you think of the journey this movie has had, it is probably understandable why Song Joong Ki teared up. He is doing very well regardless of how this movie goes. But he must feel bad for the production and future of movie making in SK. But also relief that this hard journey to get the movie to the cinema is over. I for one will be watching when released on Netflix.
I have enjoyed several of her dramas and she had poise and gravitas in her roles.
Let’s go with that

have tried all the options above except Kocowo, which I am not subscribed to yet
