I last felt this intensity in terms of chemistry in W, with Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo. I'm not saying it's as good, but it's sure damn nearing that level. Why do I feel like they're secretly sipping coffee together behind the cameras?
Been a long-time fan of the original US aired show, and if I can say something about this remake is that so-far, so-good. Excellent casting choice. I hope they deviate a little bit from the original cause otherwise, it will become too bland already for me. For first time watchers of the Story of Suits though, watching this would not be a bad choice at all.
------------------SPOILER ---------- READ AT YOUR OWN RISK --------------- I really wish they didn't hint what was gonna happen in the end of this series (season if it gets a season 2 as well) on the very 1st episode though -_-
Started watching this because the subs for Something in the Rain and My Ajusshi are not yet fixed (cant understand whoever translated it in kissasian) so I started watching this show. I'm wondering why this hate is getting so much hate? All the leads are amazing, including Joy. People keep complaining about her acting so naive when it actually in fact is her character's persona in the story.
Also, if you're complaining that is a lot different from where it is based, the novel Les Liaisons dangereuses or the movie Dangerous Liaisons, as someone who has read and watched both of it, just so you know, the actual story involves a lot more killings, rape, inappropriate seduction and sex. Everyone dies except Cecile, but she also has a bad ending. So don't hope for this show to mimic where it was based off cause trust me, the original is tragically frustrating.
I took up My Ahjussi when the subs for Something in the Rain weren't coming out :/. I never planned on watching…
Hey man. Stop the hate. I was just looking for what others think about the two shows. I'm gonna watch both regardless anyway. No need to call the other show shit and the other a jewel. You're not a higher being who can tell us what's better or not. You're just an equal who is entitled to his opinion too.
(Kind of an off-topic here) I've recently been liking binge-watching melodramas, and now, I want to catch up with those that are currently on air. I'm torn between starting My Ajusshi or Something in the rain. A lot of people told me to watch it both, but I just don't want to cause I feel like it will ruin both of the shows for me. Any suggestions?

Not trying to be rude, or racist in any way. I just really have to say that Philippine cinematography sucks. As in big time. I love the country; the people, the beaches, the warm hospitality you get everywhere you go. But If you want to watch Kdrama remakes, I suggest you try watching Turkish or Chinese remakes
My third favorite actress of all time (behind Han Hyo Joo and Shin Min Ah). I felt the realness and the emotions in every character she played so far. Please Choi Tae Joon, we are begging you to give your lips to her 24/7 so she improves on kissing scenes during dramas
I've only watched Park Shin Hye in Doctors. The whole plot of that series was bland, but Park Shin Hye's acting was superb. Looking forward to watching Pinocchio, then this
