Americans can't make dramas as good as this one, at least not recent american creators.
I definitely agree with that (good god just look at riverdale)
But I watch kdramas to give me a break from western (specifically american shows). Kdramas should stick to the Korean formula and innovate it, not copy the formula of other cultures. Parasite was an original take on Korean culture and it succeeded globally. Tv shows can get to that level too
Excluding the criticism of the super weird and fiddly plot
Is it just me or is Yoo Seung Ho in a slump? All his recent acting stints have been mediocre if not bad. I can't tell yet if this drama is going to be good, but one thing is for certain: he is as average as a lead can come
Nothing's keeping me hooked to it. I never liked historical dramas, and I'm still watching more of it in the hopes of eventually watching a show that will make me like it. So far tho, mehhh the mood they're giving us is messy. It's like Hwayugi all over
I really hope this drama isn't stereotypical like any other historical Kdrama. The only thing worse than a cliche Rich Guy-Poor Gal drama is another politically-driven-with-lots-of-deaths-historical drama
Han Hyo Joo and Park Min Young in for Jung Ryeo Won and Ryu Hwa Young. Also, I forgot her name, but she's the ex-gf of Ji Soo in Strong Woman. That face was really pretty.
I think he had problems before the drama even started. He wasn't looking well at press conferences; you can see that he's stressed out like a college student. We'll never know if he's dealing with physical problems, mental problems, or personal problems, but there is at least one present for sure before the drama even premiered. The sole fact that he continued to work up until this point while undergoing anxiety and stress speaks about his character as a person. All while excluding the fact that he's killing it in his role here.
I wish you all the best and hoping to see you in the small screen soon
It's such a shame though. Really. This melodrama has been a revelation so far; at the halfway mark already but still being unique and strong. I don't know how they'll make this work without Jung Hyun. He's been carrying a big load of the quality of the show and it looks kinda obvious that his character will be killed off (well at least a lot earlier than what we are expecting)
Have yet to watch the show, but can anyone give me a quick summary of what has happened without really apoiling the important details (if that makes sense)
Just when I thought she couldn't be paired with a taller guy (after Park Hyung Sik), here we have an even bigger height difference which is really cute.
I know Park Bo Young said she wanted people to stop looking her as 'cute' and 'quirky' when she's acting but damn we really can't help it. Your genetics is made for cuteness
I don't why I feel that the main female is killing the character, I would have preferred another best actress…
I don't think her acting is bad. It's just really average. It feels like pre-While You were Sleeping Suzy.
I've only watched one other drama of Kim Jung Hyun (which is Waikiki) so I didn't really have a basis of how good his true acting skills are but damn. He's killing it here
1. It was so easy to find NS3, they can use divers searching team as well as the new machines they use to get…
Have you watched the (american) movie titled "her"?
A movie where he fell in love with a computer operating system, and the robot (the os) was only treatin him the way he wanted to.
If you're telling me people are not the same and they can do whatever they want, that's what So Bong wants not Nam shin 3. He just grants whatever so bong wants right? It's a science fictional drama and I'm answering based on the scope of the details of the drama and you're already telling me there are people in real live who live together but dont blah blah blah =))

NUMber 1 seemed a bit off, but ok.
Number 2 is crying, but it’s not out of emotion but rather reaction which i get too.
With number 3, when you have sex with a robot, it’s not sex. IT’S assisted masturbation. Like using a dildo. Also, how is it called love when the human loves the other unconditionally and the other one just treats her based on reactions? That’s doesnt sound like love to me.
Also, you didnt answer who’s going to be chairman :D
If I were to summarize how I feel about this show after watching it, I'm giving it a standing ovation while clapping but I'm not smiling at all. Not even a little bit.
How the hell did he find him in the ocean? Who will now be the chairman? I thought he didnt have emotions??? Why the hell did he cry??? They just played everything and didn't even bother to close the plot properly. For a moment there, it looked like a better version of the great tempter.
All of that is excluding the biggest one of all, how you gonna bang her (how will you 2 do in a relationship)?
A good, unique concept that had so much potential, turned out to be one with too many plot holes. I'd say it's like Why Secretary Kim; It's a good drama, but it's very far form being placed with the best

Staying because of that adorable husky
