Is it just me or is the plot just an improvement of uncontrollably fond?
That's the same kind of sickness, and the same dialogue the doctor has said after. If anything, it's already pointing to So Hoo will die in this drama too. Uncontrollably fond was a fucking mess though, and this one is looking like a really solid melodrama. It's a fast paced melodrama. Cant believe im even uttering those words in a single phrase. It's looking solid
I'm confused, is this a serious melodrama with some dashes of legal drama in it, or is this like something else..... Was impressed with Kwon Nara's last 2 roles, so I want to give a try for her only
Finally! Lee Sang Yeob deserves more main roles to be honest. He's too good to just be a supporting character every time.
Also, might be unrelated but I wish the female lead ends up with him, rather than the titular character. Jung So Min and Lee Sang Yeob are made for each other
I like this drama, but it's just really too much plot twists for me. It's like "Ha! I deceived you!" But it's actually "Oh no you didn't bitchhhh i knew all along" followed by "You really think i wouldn't know? wahahaha"
I swear it doesn't even feel like a story about robots anymore. It feels like it's a story about who knows what, and who's working/conspiring with who, and waiting for the right moment to do a dramatic reveal. I liked the simplicity of the story at first. I loved the first plot twist, but damn it's just becoming way too many now. They're over-complicating things.
Idk.... It's definitely giving me Goblin vibes, but to put it bluntly, I think there are so many things going on per episode, and per scene. They're giving us god-like cinematography (like Goblin), but they're doing so at a really fast pace that I couldn't focus properly on the important dialogues since I'm busy admiring the cinematography. I'm wondering why the pacing is this when they have 24 episodes to show; they could easily make it slower and it wouldn't affect the quality of the show. I'm not dropping this, I'm just saying my concern
any one can till me if this drama will be better ?i am in ep 6 and i feel there is some thing stupid in this drama
In a rom-com everything is stupid. I can assure you, multiple things from the following are sure to appear in rom-coms:
1.) It will always rain when the two leads are alone together = They will then run to shelter together while getting wet or they will kiss in the rain
2.) They are star crossed lovers = As kids, they already met, forgot each other, and will meet again when they grow up
3.) They don't like each other at the start. They hate each other in fact = Self explanatory
4.) The Guy is filthy fucking rich or is super smart as fuck, and the girl is either poor/average or super dumb = Need I say more?
5.) The first kiss is super awkward = as in always. Without fail. Someone always has their eyes open or, it hilariously gets stopped
There are a lot more cliches that are really stupid, but are always found in rom--coms so if you feel like there is something stupid in this drama, that's because there is hahahahaha
I love romcoms, but that doesnt mean they cant be clever about it and make it all cheesy or cliche. I dont know…
Yeah I get your point. Actually a good way to put it. I dont like some stuff too from wsk (flashbacks) but what I found refreshing is the office romance (first good office romance for me) and the use of the supporting cast.
Wfkbj was one of my faves, but the thing i dint like about it is that they took agonizingly long with the plot of Bok Joo liking the doctor.
Waikiki is another good one, but they had a lot of scenes where it just seems too unlikely and too unreal that instead of laughing, you're just cringing and feeling awkward.
I just realized now that the lead character isn't Park Dong Hoon, but Lee Ji An. It's called my mister (ajhussi in korean) because after knowing her dark past, and her shitty current situation, that "mister" is still the first person to accept her, understand her, and defend her from everyone else who throws shit to her.
It's like Sherlock Holmes. The main character is Sherlock, but it's told through the eyes of Dr. Watson. Like this drama, it showed us how Lee Ji An slowly melted her cold heart for someone who was so good to her without him knowing.
Anyway, all of you probably realized that while watching it sorry i was so stupid hahahahaha back to watching Are You Human Too
I just want to reiterate it again, or those who haven't watched it yet: this is a rom-com. You can't go here expecting it to be as painfully soothing as My Mister or as Emotion-wrenching like Goblin or as Mysteriously thrilling like Signal. It's a rom-com. It's for sure filled with cliches like every other rom-com.
Take it rather as a chill, giggly show like Weightlifting fairy, Trouble in Waikiki and the like.
Maybe I'm the only one to think this way, but I don'f feel chemistry between the lead couple. Honestly, I remember…
I mean we're all entitled to our own opinion, but really?
I feel their chemistry, especially when he's acting like a narcissist and she's acting like an ultra punctual secretary. And though I like this show, I have to say, those flashbacks are totally unnecessary
Might be an unpopular opinion to many, but I wouldn't mind watching a drama with Pyo Ye Jin and/or Kang Ki Young as the lead(s).
In my opinion, they always overdo their supporting roles so much that I start wanting the show to give them more screen time even though their characters aren't that important. Both of them are on the list of my favorite supporting actors/actresses. All time fave would still be Kim Won Hae, but these 2 follow immediately.
Hello! Sorry to be slightly off topic here but could you recommend me some legal dramas (preferably with a romance…
Yeah. I'd say the romance is exactly like Suspicious Partner. I like this drama better though. The romance seems more natural rather than suspicious partner where it seemed like it was a tad too rushed and forced.
The opening episode is better than My Mister and Come Hug me, and that speaks volumes of how Impressed I am because those 2 are my favorite melodramas

I think it's because shows like this were created purely for fluffy moments
It ruins it for those who will watch it late
Also, might be unrelated but I wish the female lead ends up with him, rather than the titular character. Jung So Min and Lee Sang Yeob are made for each other

The title shouldn't be "Are you Human too?"
it should be "Do you know the latest buzz?"

Nevertheless, i enjoyed the first ep

It's really all about preference

"....everyone I hate seems to succeed...."
"Will you hate me mister? Hate me, and I will hate you fully"
Damn so powerful
