Finally completed watching the last episode, which I feel to be too rushed, inconclusive with an abrupt ending. Still enjoying the drama mainly due to the superb acting performance of all the cast.
I am at episode 16 now. I am scared of blood so I stopped watching when Jeyi's dad refused to do the surgery on Seulgi's body and Jeyi said she would perform the surgery herself.
And I agree with some commenters here stating that the storyline is so confusing. I am not too sure if those are plotholes but some of the story just doesn't make sense.
what is Mr Han doing. he sees how black 🖤 his heart is with revenge. why does he keep deceiving him. That would…
Jiseok often come to the house nowadays after Hana's back, wondering why he hasn't cross path with Mr Han who lives in the house. It doesn't make sense, lol.
So the chairwoman manipulated the kid into staying ... what a great gal lol .... se yeong and her mom are not…
I don't think grandpa knows that it was his sister in law (Myeong Ji) who killed his daughter (Yujin). If he knew, he would've told the chairman to kick her out of the house.
His (and the chairwoman's) priority is always Eun Chong's safety. If he knows that Myeong Ji killed Yujin, he would've done something since having her in the house is a threat to Eun Chong's safety as well.
Everything could have been resolved if the Chairwoman had told Hana the truth, sincerely apologised and told her that she wanted to adopt her. Then Hana can adopt Eun Chong.
there's one thing that stuck with me after today's episode.. the part where Seyoung said Jiseok was only mad because…
Try to rewatch episode 3 or 4 (I forgot) when Hana got adopted by Jiseok's parents. You can see how little Jiseok adored little Hana, the way he looked at her.
I still don't understand why they still need to keep the "fake daughter" drama. Is it for Eun Chong's safety? But he's already safe living in the house already. It doesn't make sense.
If I were Chairman Shin, I would come clean -- to inform Hana that she's actually not her daughter, that the actual Yujin is actually Lee Duna, and that Eun Chong is her biological grandson.
Depending on how much she's fond of Hana, she can decide to adopt Hana as her daughter, and let Hana adopt Eunchong, so the grandmother-grandson relationship will be official.
Alternatively, if she doesn't want to adopt Hana as her daughter, she can always ask nicely for Eun Chong to be under her care as her official grandmother. She can still let Hana stay there to help in taking care of Eun Chong.
That's better than keeping the "fake daughter" scenario and all the lies surrounding it, it just doesn't make sense anymore.
She didn't have many dramas in 2024 -- only in the daily drama The Brave Yong Su-Jeong (which I didn't watch) and in The Atypical Family (very brief as the younger version of Bok I-na, portrayed by Park So-yi).
However, she started 2025 with a bang. Her acting in Love Scout is exceptional, everyone loves her. She will also be portraying a child psychopath (this is a first!) in a thriller movie Somebody, which will be released in March 2025.
Hoping for more roles for you moving forward, Soyu. I'm pretty sure you will become a great actress when you grow up!
Again, I experienced a typical and common issue affecting mostly good Korean dramas: enjoying every episode from the first to the penultimate and having high expectations for the final episode. When I watched the last episode, it was slightly below the expectations -- mainly it's because I felt it was a bit rushed, so I was a bit disappointed. But that doesn't mean that the whole drama is not good overall; it's still a great drama and I love it very much.
I felt the downfall of Kim Hye Jin the Career Way CEO was too rushed. Despite the one-year time skip, it is still not clear how the relationship between Jiyun and Eunho, as well as Jeonghun and Su-hyeon, ended up. Are they together, planning to get married, etc? And I am a bit disappointed that Byeol (and her interactions with Eunho and Jiyun) didn't get as much screen time compared to the earlier episodes.
Nevertheless, I still find this kind of drama to be very comforting and heartwarming. Love this drama to the moon and back!
It seems that the "fake daughter" scandal will be revealed soon. Agree with Tere that the chairwoman is starting to show her true colour, she's an evil who doesn't care about Hana at all.

Shall I continue watching?
Just speechless watching the last episode. So hectic.
Unlikely, they are the FL and ML of the drama. In K-dramas, both leads will usually end up together (well except certain dramas such as 2521, lol).

Now it's too late already.

And the Chu-ah character is indeed really childish.
"You managed to knock her up in one go?"
"My sperm must be potent."
LOL LOL.
And to see how Woosang's mom accepted her and asked them to get married. So lovely.

I really hope Hana finds the truth immediately.
