For me, GMP. Epic story with epic acting by him. I feel he is very natural which makes him able to be versatile in smoothly changing moods and consequently fysionomie. Consistently credible for the audience. Have a look at Truth too (another of his drama s). When you think he is only 26, with his acting school background and track record, if he chooses scripts well, he can end up being a solid actor for years to come. To me, incomparable to some currently very popular male actors. Perhaps like Zheng Ye Cheng. Or Chen Xiao. Not going for the big fame but for the good performance. Just my opinion.
The little details in their first encounter are killing me. Like when she is prepared to shove him to the ābad guyā and he says: donāt be afraid, Iāll protect you. That was the moment she fell in love with him. Right? Still swooning over all of it.

I wandered off to iQiyi and suddenly realized that amongst the zillion pictures on this site, there is one of CXX as Mei Q in the preferred color scheme of iQiyi productions. God he looks even better there, if that is possible. Actually one more, of him also as LaMu. Also gorgeous. You know the drill, The mysterious greenish dark one of LBFAD and other dramas. Was thinking, how would TSL look and feel like in that color scheme ? What do you think?
