he's intrigued by her and is attracted to her too, there's no denying that. I just felt uncomfortable seeing her control him with that pill and all that just bc he said no. You can be attracted to someone and still disagree to sleep with them for whatever reason. idk she seducing him was okay but fighting with him to agree crossed the line. thats how i felt. i really didn't wanna say this but if the genders were reversed and the male lead gave that pill to the female lead and forced her to have a baby with him, no strings attached, i wonder how many people would be okay with that :/ that's how i thought about this at first.

I’m in ep 5/6 and I liked the drama till the scene where FL tries to force herself on the ML and kisses him without consent in the next ep. I like surprise kisses only when both the parties clearly like each other. Here, they’re still just getting to know each other.

Idk why the late empress just wanted her to have a child but that doesn’t justify FL’s actions. It feels like sexual harassment to me and the fact that it’s not being taken seriously even by ML’s friends makes me feel sad. This is my bottom line.

I just have a question. I haven’t read the novel so I don’t know what ML’s age is. FL is a senior in college so prolly 21/ 22 but ML said he’s in cardiac surgery (he said this in ep 7 ig). It takes 4 years of bachelors, 4 years of med school, 5 years in general surgery, and 2-3 years in cardiac surgery to become a cardiac surgeon in china. So, it will sound ridiculous if he’s still under 30. Is the age gap too much or is he not in cardiac surgery?? but still, being a specialized doctor under 30 and a famous voice artist, idk. If he’s still in his residency or smth why isn’t he studying lol

it is a thing between the fans. bai lu fans were worried xu kai's scandal with his ex gf would affect her reputation and their dramas since its bai lu's combined efforts too while xu kai's fans get angry at bai lu's fans for throwing shade at xu kai thus hyping up bai lu. its just bullshit fanwars. these fanwars and throwing shade seems to exist in here too.

if you see, cheng yi and yuan bingyan fans argue with each other, xu kai and bai lu's fans argue with each other. its been going on for a while now, these fans are like defensive keyboard warriors. if only they can enjoy a drama without throwing shade on actors/ actresses who they aren't a fan of

Falling into your smile faced backlash in china while it was airing and She and Her Perfect Husband got bad reviews due to the ending eps but views do make money despite the rating. That's why Xu Kai is a traffic star. I'm enjoying wonderland of love tho, its like a breath of fresh air

Having a PR team is not linked to your reputation. Word of mouth can help your reputation but not your market popularity. If she’s that busy and hardworking, it wouldn’t be possible to build a social media profile with so many followers. She’s on magazines and is in the entertainment field so having a PR team or a representative is a basic need.
