Title Haechi Spoiler
One of the most intriguing dramas I've watched. This drama definitely deserved better ratings and recognition. Although the last 10 episodes felt a bit draggy. It could have finished after Yeoning got crowned but they gave us a arc afterwards too. Which was in my personal opinion unnecessary. Still I loved the whole story . The only thing I've got to say is I felt like I've seen Jung Il Woo in such characters way too much that he didn't leave a huge impact on me.

They liked it more than you probably because its their history. I find it epic, even thought, based on wikipedia,…
I agree. It was epic. There aren't "better movies" that manage to capture the people's hearts.

Wow. What a movie! People who are here saying that there were better movies and that this isn't much for the best selling movie in Korea clearly do not know how it is to be proud of one's culture and history. If I was a Korean myself I can't believe how much proud I would have been if I'm already feeling so overwhelmed by being a non-Korean watching this.

Just amazing. This wasn't just a movie with a good cast, this was representation of one nation.

Does the book have a happy cute ending ?
The ending is super cute and definitely happy. Also plus point it's based on a true story :)

I'm rereading the book in prep for the drama and just reached that scene, and can confirm for you that you are…
When I meant melancholic what I actually wanted to say was that some scenes which were funny in the novel took a more serious tone here. Mostly I guess cuz they add the instrumental of the ending song at those places. Still I love love love the ending song so much.

Also about Guan Chao and Wu Yi surprisingly I'm shipping them hard. They would make a cute couple. Hope their love line is fulfilled.

Likewise, Janice Wu is just adorable. Even her Instagram is so quirky I love checking her updates XD I can't believe we are getting only 3 days a week. Why can't they show the whole week? At least 5 days??? What am I supposed to do for 4 days now???

Mind letting me know if it’s a happy ending or sad ending?? :3
I loved how the novel connected everything. Although the drama tries to take the same route I rather they took the route of like A Love so Beautiful. Even in that the novel started from the present and went back but the drama took a more linear fashion which was better.
I feel like the directors had a near perfect novel and amazing casting but seemed to have missed that little thing to make the drama great.

This article is one of the best and most detailed article I've seen here. I want to take a little time to tell the author of this article "Very Well Done" Amazing article!!!
It was visually creative, informative and got everything done in a simple manner. Once again great article!

Well as a hardcore fan of the book I'm quite satisfied that they are sticking the book for 98% of the story and the characters are pretty well casted but got a smaaaaaaaaaal grievance about this though. The whole feel of the drama. I hate the fact that they've mad it more melancholic than happy. This is supposed to be a feel good drama but I feel like I'm watching an incoming tragedy drama. The book itself was light hearted and easy to read and still I go back to it when I'm feeling down cuz the relationship between Mr. F and the author are adorable. I wish the editors and directors made it more light hearted. After all the actors have also shown that they are amazing comic actors in their previous work..

This is based on the author’s own story? Does that mean it’s based on a true story?
Yep it's based on a true story. Highly recommend the book. It literally gives you fluffies inside XD

Oh yeah. I remember the horrible disaster of a confession scene of Mr. F XD Also I do not know maybe cuz of the trailer it looks more melancholic than the fun nature of the book. Then again casting Janice Wu as Joey is one of the best in the series. Not so sure of Mr. F though. Still I have never seen him acting but I know Janice Wu can do a perfect job as Joey, that is if they stay true to the book. Also in the book Guan Chao's romance isn't shown right? But here they have a love line going with him and the best friend? anyway I am so excited for tomorrow's start :)

I hope the story is cute cuz I simply love the two leads but the summary just sound too stereotypical :/
Lately I feel like Korean dramas are taking the same old route. Maybe they should branch out a bit more. The only drama I've been satisfied recently has been The Fiery Priest.

IT IS FINALLY GONNA AIR! and it seems pretty accurate to the book too except the whole she couldn't go to England part. Mr. F never asked her to go to England with her as I remember.

Why does the synopsis sliiiiightly remind me of Tientsin Mystic? Returning from a foreign country? Joining hands with a person from native country and female journalist joining in?
Only missing is the magic and our cute female lead XD

Title From Survivor to Healer Spoiler
3 episodes in and I'm simply loving it. I went in (like many here) cuz of Shawn Dou but I love how every character have their own story going on and how everyone equally contributes to the story. It's supposed to be romance but I love the general lac of it also. It took the main couple two episodes to meet and as romantic enthusiast I wasn't much bummed cuz I was so invested in the story. Love the pacing of it so far and how they've managed to add psychology in subtly. In just few episodes I feel so connected with all the hospital staff already.

Also love how so many cameos were made by the Tribes and Prophecies cast. Also the main point, WE SEE SHAWN DOU ON THE SCREEN AGAIN> WE WAITED TOO LONG
