I agree with you about the whole banter scene in the pharmacy; it really demonstrates why they are a stronger couple. I noticed the frumpiness and feel it is a deliberate choice by the director to shed light on her as a character. Both sisters are fashionable not frumpy, and I'm willing to bet her fashion sense changes if she decides to pursue a relationship with Ji ho.
I really, really like the progression we see. Jazzed to see RL on the screen, and Jung Hae In is a genius in conveying and capturing emotion. (It also doesn't hurt that Ann Pan seok directs.)
I really love the progression we're seeing in episode 5 in the relationships of the roomates. I especially love how Terada Aki has gone from being extraneous to becoming the glue that holds them all together. Her soft people skills appear to be rare in younger society (for ex- look at Kuritani Akari's lack of understanding about the fundamentals of dating) and the roommates all value her for this. ...extra points to Taichi Hase for recognizing this and trying to marry her asap.

Here thought I was the only one chasing this down!! It looks like there has been a pause in translating to english...there are many more chapters but still in the original language. Anyone know of links out there to the untranslated chapters?

Thank you for this excellent summation. I agree and would only add this; my culture greatly underestimates the power of relations, sexual as well as emotional, and the effect it can have on our psyche. Tread lightly is not a bad motto to have.
