Today’s episode was so good!!!! Our main couple is so cute together 😭 Xie Zheng showing the capital to Chang Yu because he remembers her saying she wanted to see like this man does absolutely everything for her! And him saying she’s his jade awn <3 Chang Yu being a badass with the emperor was so good and so funny at the same time, actually most scenes with the emperor is so funny like he’s the worst emperor ever but at least is giving me some laughs. Xie Zheng was SO HOT in that scene with Song Yan omg I LOVEEEED seeing Song Yan’s face realizing how badass Xie Zheng is and that he’s a marques (him passing out is literally me seeing Xie Zheng gorgeous face). But then it was so cute seeing Xie Zheng jealous of the emperor and side eyeing Chang Yu thinking she didn’t said she was married 😂

Qimin being a completely lunatic once again oh gosh. Dengkai is slaying in this character but #FREEQIANQIAN

I saw some clips on Twitter and to me it was the opposite. He was chatting and smiling with them

It’s a pity that now that I feel that the political part is really progressing the drama will end 😪 EP34 was once again good! The emperor is SO pathetic. I think the most pathetic I’ve ever seen. And own our lead couple is so cute together <3 love them

I also don’t understand why people continues to watch something that they clearly doesn’t like anymore. If there’s more negative points than positive points, why are you still investing your time?

Probably will drop. I’ll be satisfied with a 8.9/9.0 tho. Actually any rating above 8.6 I’ll like it.

While I agree about the comments referring to Xie Zheng (and I think people have the rights to complain) it’s a little funny to see THAT much of complaints because I don’t see the same energy when male leads have much more power, visibility and screentime than everyone in the drama, especially the female lead….Usually some will just accept and say the female lead is boring or annoying lol

Yeah…I feel like the director wants to create an aesthetic and sensual vibe between Qimin and Qian Qian, perhaps because the couple has this forbidden love vibe and it's a relationship that revolves more around hate. While with Chang Yu and Xie Zheng he likes to do things more loveble, artistic and subtle. It was a good scene, I like it, but watching the leaks we could’ve had a much more better scene.

Wow Yuan Qing and Qimin scene was really good, good acting from both actors! Chang Yu and Xie Zheng kiss was a bit nerfed to me because where’s the hand on Chang Yu’s neck? 😔 but I still screamed anyway. The chemistry between them is amazing and both tearing through a window…they were hornyyyyy.

Personally I’m still liking and I think most people too. It’s just that some episodes were more flat than others and some things were kind messy

I enjoyed EP32! Finally we saw Xie Zheng acting more like a ruthless and cold Marquis. He was also really firm with Chang Yu showing her that no matter what he already chose her to be by his side, nothing will make him abandon this woman. “I belong to Fan Chang Yu. In this life, my heart is only yours.” *SCREAMING*

Yuan Qing is really like a dog just following everyone lol He believed so fast that Qimin isn’t his real brother.

Yeah, it’s difficult to maintain 9.2 anyway so I’m already expecting. I think it will drop to 8.6/8.7/8.8

Don’t know if you watched but EP32 he acted more like a Marquis of Wu’An

I don’t think it will really tarnish them but there’s a lot of fanwars in most of these actors and actresses fandoms 😭 for some, Zhuyu will be remembered as a drama with manipulated data and now with leaked episodes and I didn’t want this kind of image for the actors. But well let the haters hate

I’m still liking this drama but I gotta say some things. EP29-30 were a bit rushed. I don’t know if 40 episodes is too little for the drama or if the production team wasted too much time in the beginning but it was noticeable. Also, I saw some comments saying they nerfed Xie Zheng and I have to agree. I think he shines in his scenes but every time he’s with Chang Yu, he kind ends up being in the shadows. I don’t find this particularly bad as I love good female leads and female centric dramas but I want to see both of them fighting together and slaying. Maybe we will see this later? Talking about Chang Yu, her fighting scenes was once again, AMAZING!!! I love this character so much!

Qimin and Qian Qian moments..I don’t want that. Why are they giving us a couple with hot and aesthetic scenes when it’s completely one-sided and problematic? I know they’re probably following the novel but ugh it doesn’t make sense to me to give us a couple that most people won’t care or shipp. Qimin is an interesting character so it would’ve been better to focus on him and his political schemes. And to be completely honest here, Gongsun and the princess are good characters but as a couple? Not that appealing for me 😭

PS: I’m so angry about the leaked episodes. There must be someone who hates one of the producers or someone in the cast because this drama has faced too many problems since the beginning, it’s not normal. And unfortunately I don’t think Xiwei and Linghe will collaborate together ever again but I hope their images won’t be tarnished.
