Oh I really enjoyed this one! PerthSanta really made me understand why they are so loved. The chemistry and acting was just on point from both of them. Santa had a more difficult task as he had to portray practically two characters, but I didn’t feel that Perth was behind him — on the contrary. After all, the one who is closest to Solar is Pobmek, and the dramatic weight that the character carries is big. I loved the OST too! Very cute.
The support, care, patience and love that we see among the characters here is very beautiful. It’s exactly what a person who’s suffering with any type of mental health need. I was scared seeing the sinopse but they did the age regression thing respectfully and with a lot of care. The flashbacks from the main lead's pasts was a nice move too. It makes us understand their actions more and it also connects perfectly to the present and gives more depth to their present moments. They felt meaningful and not only random scenes. I love it!
Despite the praises, I have to say that the characters completely ignoring therapy for Solar bothered me a bit. I know it's fiction but seeing the characters do everything to help Solar get better, do all sorts of crazy things—except taking him to therapy sessions—was a bit hard for me to a certain point. I asked myself “Why are they ignoring that?” but eventually I accepted. There were a few other points that I had to close an eye too but well…fiction I guess.
Overall, it was a very cute and beautiful serie. I got emotional, I smiled, cried, and loved following the story of love, friendship, and companionship between our main leads. It’s not a perfect BL but I think there’s some good points here that deserves more attention.
I'm glad the "kiss" was a misunderstanding because I thought it was a little too fast for them and it wasn’t matching the pacing of the characters. But in a way it seems like Ko Neug is starting to realize how special Ko Song is for him
Achi and Augar scenes are so cute 😭 Achi makes me giggle everytime, definitely one of the cutiest characters of the year. The competition scene when all of them were cheering for each other was cute too, I love their friendship.
It's the opposite for me, kind of. I think JossGawin have crazy good chemistry, it's just their characters got…
Omg I loved Rome 😂 for me he was the best character along with Dean. And yeah maybe my problem with JossGawin were the characters and their dynamic…I felt it was way weaker compared to the others.
JossGawin didn’t captivated me, I couldn’t buy them as a couple and I don’t know exactly why. Don’t know if the characters were the problem or them. EarthMix were good as always! Good chemistry and acting, especially from Mix, he was the best among all actors. But tbh I only finished this season for AuoBoom. RomeRaffy was EVERYTHING, their dynamic was the best for me. Their chemistry is insane too and wow, amazing NC scenes.
PS: One thing that I hated in this season was the lack of ship mixing because I mean, this was the strongest point in Only Friends. And it’s weird because we constantly feel like something might happen between the characters but it never actually does because they decided not to mix the ships. They even bring Boston into the season and still NOTHING happens. It was disappointing. Where is the bravery of S1? I hope they bring this back in case a S3 is made.
They don't want to admit that Lu Feng is a Sociopath so they're putting all the blame on the younger brother and…
Tbh both are crazy and dependent on each other. Yichen still is clearly traumatized but there’s some types of relationships that is difficult to escape from. Even when you know it’s bad.
The last scene of today’s episode is one of the most impactful I’ve ever seen like I ALMOST FORGOT HOW TO BREATH. What a masterpiece! Give all awards for Fourth right fucking now!!!!
OMG I LOVEEEEE THEM!!!! Love their friendship and this teenager love that is blooming between them. Achi is sooooo cute, I feel a very urgent need to protect him from everything. His scenes with Augar makes me giggle everytime, their chemistry is really natural. And same for Ko Neung ang Ko Song! Ko Neung’s smile has to be one of the cutest I’ve ever seen and his scenes with Ko Song just make me SO happy. Actually everytime a episode is released I feel happy while watching. This is really becoming my new addiction and I can’t wait for the next episodes!
PS: Last scene of EP4 surprised me. Did Ko Neung really kissed Ko Song or was only the position that August was that made him think that way? Seeing Ko Neung’s reaction later it seemed like he kissed him. (I know the actors didn’t kiss for real and personally I don’t care about that)
It was a good start! Gemini and Fourth’s acting is really natural and easily convincing. I already liked both main characters as well! Barth’s disbelief in God is understandable and Gemini did a great job portraying the burden, angry and loneliness that the character carry. Tanrak is a character whose constant discomfort is really visible. Which I liked. We can feel how bothered he is by his colleagues' attitudes, and we can also feel a certain fear too. When Barth arrives, his interest in him is very visible. I believe he’s a person who likes to help people but his interest in Barth is clearly beyond that. The last scene of the episode was SO IMPACTFUL and Fourth was amazing there.
My only complaint about the episode is that despite loving Aof as a director, I found some cuts from one scene to another a bit abrupt and I felt like they wanted to fit a lot of things in a short period of time. Don’t know if anyone felt the same. Maybe because it's a 6 episode serie? But he still has a very good artistic vision and there are some symbolic and beautiful shots here. That one where the crucifix falls and Barth and Tanrak both catch it at the same time, causing their first intimate contact and touch, was CINEMA!
Overall it was a good introduction episode! I’m really excited for the next! GMMTV is really producing good BL’s this year!
THIS WAS SO FREAKING CUTE 😭😭😭😭 I was surprised by how mature both couples were in most scenes, they know how to communicate.
I liked Kit and Shane, they were pretty cute, and I think their personal difficulties is really relatable when you’re in their ages. Both actors surprised me as well with their acting. But Kim and Mon stole the show a little bit for me. They were SO CUTE to a point that I had to pause their scenes every damn time to giggle and scream. Kim was soooo lovable, I loved him! And omg Mon has one of the sweetest and prettiest smile I’ve ever seen like it was insane watching them together. The chemistry was TOO GOOD. I’ll definitely stan ChokunAston after this! Tar and Per had a great chemistry too and deserved more 😭 the only thing I disliked about this serie was them not being a couple in the end.
Overall it was a pretty enjoyable and lighthearted serie. I definitely recommend this if you like youth theme BL’s with cute characters and couples. This one cured all my depression lol
OMG I loved this one!!! Cute, funny and easy to watch. All couples here are good too but my favorites were Faifa and Wine (JuniorMark), I just loved both characters and them as a couple was the best for me! Faifa was my favorite character of all of them too.
ForceBook scenes was so funny to watch, I think it was a good move to make them to be the first pair in the serie. PerthSanta is really good at acting. I didn’t enjoyed much Perth’s character tho but Santa was soooo cute..loved him.

I’M FUCKING SCREAMING!!!! And omg what was that wrist kiss? So hot and romantic. This is so peak romance omg romcom of the year!
