Ning calming Baoer was so cute, I love my children 😭 I read somewhere (don’t know if it’s true) but they will be together when they grow up. It would be really cute to see a side story with them later. Qimin is a monster and kudos to the actor and the director to make us feel scared in his scenes just like the characters. He and his brother are completely delusional talking about having a family when both of them are completely disgusting. Dengkai and Kong Xueer have a great chemistry tho, I’d like to see them in another drama so I could happily shipp them together.

I can’t stand seeing my girl like this 😭 Luckily she’ll meet Ning soon and also our main couple will finally be reunited, although we’re still going to see some angst between them. It’s making me angry that Xie Zheng still is lying about his identity to Chang Yu. I know that he did this to be punished in her place but he could’ve told her later. She’ll find out alone and she’ll be rightfully angry. Also, in the calendar we see kissing emojis in EP25 but they showed us nothing in the teasers. Keeping the best for us to find in the episode right? 🤤
PS: I loved seeing Chang Yu becoming a strength and a symbol of power to woman in the cities, our badass itgirl!!! I think this kind of representation is really important! I just love seeing girls helping girls!

CRYING SCREAMING THROWING UP OMG EP18-19 WERE INSANE!!! Chang Yu best female character of the year like I’m obsessed!!!!! She’s so badass, so righteous. Her fighting scene in the fire was soooo good and I cried along with her seeing the deaths of the ones she cheered. Xiwei is doing an amazing job here, especially in emotional scenes, I’m so proud of her.
Yuan Qing and Qimin are both psychopaths. Now I understand why people talked about Qimin, it’s impossible to shipp him with Qian Qian. But kudos to DengKai, what a great performance!
Xie Zheng saving Chang Yu and helping with her circulation system was an insane moment omg I’m glad to know that the censorship didn’t cut this 😂 Xiwei and Linghe have an amazing chemistry even when both of them are silent and in a divorced era like….I won’t survive when the dating era begins between them. I’m mad she doesn’t know he saved her tho 😪

Just discovered that Xiwei said in a interview that Chang Yu blush being super red in today’s episode is because the character never wore makeup (probably never had a chance to learn from her mother) so she applied the blush in a messy way and ended up putting too much. I almost thought it was a mistake of the makeup team of the drama but it’s actually a detail of the character. I loved!
Chang Yu literally with a knife in Yuan Qing throat, slapping him in the face and boy got turned on and wanted her to be his concubine? I know our girl is pretty but talk about a masochist lol

Personally I feel that he can be very angry and uncontrollable with things envolving Chang Yu, we already saw that in the episode he almost killed the butcher because he drugged her. He’s sweet and calm but can also be possessive and explode easily.
In EP17, he got angry when Yuan Qian talked about touching and kissing her and then he got even more angry and jealous about the possibility of her being with someone else but him. Both of them could have spoke their mind better in this episode, their miscommunication and Xie Zheng’s possessive attitude made things bad.
