Cnetz are saying the end game couples are Min Gee x Seung Il, Heesun x Subeen, Goeun x Sungmin and I’m not hungry for this Goeun x Sungmin theory like I hope it’s fake. Also, don’t know if I really want Subeen with Heesun after the recent episodes.
I’m seeing some comments about Igeon and he does give a vibe that he’s not looking for a serious relationship there but in general I feel like Singles Inferno isn't exactly a reality show that creates many lasting couples. I feel like after 5 seasons, it’s obvious that many go there for visibility and buzz and we don’t really know for sure if the ones that we’re shipping together are really looking for a relationship.
For example, most viewers want Goeun with Hyeon Woo (I want that too) but in the end we don’t know her intentions nor Hyeon Woo’s. In general I don’t hate Igeon and I won’t hate Goeun’s choice regardless what she choose. Hyeon Woo is more sweet and caring and it will be definitely sad if she doesn’t choose him but she also has great chemistry with Igeon so I’ll won’t complain much.
OMG HYEON WOO IS SO CUTE 😭 I know Goeun isn’t obligated to choose him in the end but I think I’ll be devasted for him because he’s just so cute and lovely. And he’s literally her type: manly, gentle and left handed haha I need to see both of them going to Paradise soon to see if they’ll feel something more. But omg Goeun and Igeon had a really good chemistry too…I was smiling through their whole date, for me it was the best date until now. Their vibes just matched perfectly and it was comfortable and cute to watch both of them. It didn’t feel forced. In general I think Igeon will be a great rival for Hyeon Woo and Goeun final decision will probably be between them two. I will be devasted if she doesn’t choose Hyeon Woo but I’ll understand if she choose Igeon. They really got me…they match. I think poor Sungmin already lost.
Mina and Subeen…both of them annoys me. I don’t understand why she got mad at the possibility of him showing interest in Heesun when she said she also wanted to get to know other guys. And if he was really interested in Heesun and lost interest in her, it would be a consequence of their decision to meet other people. To me it seems like SHE wants to meet new people to see if something happens but at the same time she likes Subeen and she wants him to choose her in the end regardless. He being mad at her made more sense because in the game he chose her while she chose different guys in all questions. But he’s also so immature. After their talk, he ignored her later and acted all petty in front of everyone, making her feel embarrassed. If he was THAT mad and angry with her he should’ve just ended things completely. He said he’s interested in Heesun but it’s so clear to me that she’s his 2nd option and he’s only after her because he was angry with Mina. After EP7 he cleared things with her and Heesun will probably continue to be his 2nd option. I hope she choose another guy.
I like Min Gee and Seung Il together but Min Gee is waaaay more invested in him like she almost cried because he choose her? I don’t know how to feel about this. I don’t think it’s wrong for him to feel curious about Mina tho but I hope he can go to paradise with her asap and decide things.
The reshoot thing it’s interesting because now the participants can really rethink their choices, their actions and also try new dynamics. But I wonder if they'll be able to become interested in the people they already know in the house. They had a week to get close to whoever they wanted... if it didn't work on the first try, will they move on to someone else or keep trying? Hangyeol seems popular right now (probably because he’s a new face in the house so they’re interested) but it seems like he and Taichi will be a couple really fast. I like them, they’re cute. I don’t think anyone will be able to break their closeness.
Hangyeol saying Hyunjun is dull was kind on point lol It was so awkward seeing Yunjae trying to break the ice many times and Hyunjun was just…there. I know he’s introvert but it was hard to watch. I hope they get close and I hope to see Hyunjun also trying things. I think something good can grow from there…they could be really cute together.
I liked Sun wook and Sumin! Don’t know if they will match as couple tho but I liked them as a person. Hyeokjin is really cute! Visually, him and Taichi were the most charming for me. Oh, Yunjae too! I was speechless seeing he’s 28 because he looks way more younger.

I was rewatching the trailer and we can already see that Hyeon Woo and Goeun will go together to paradise because there’s a scene with a shot hair girl in the pool and it’s clearly her as she's the only one with short hair on the show and the boy is wearing a black accessory on his wrist, just like Hyeon Woo lol. In the trailer we also see a man with the same accessory standing in front of a girl (probably Goeun because the legs is really similar) and another men (I’m assuming it’s either Seung Il, SuBeen or the new guy because the man is a little tan). We don’t see Sungmin so I’m wondering if the camera didn’t show him or he’ll give up on her later.
I think Hyeon Woo and her can match and I’m excited to see both of them.

Oh, about the couples: I liked Min Gee chemistry with Seung Il but she’s way more invested on him than he on her so I’m a little worried. Also, why he’s calling Mina “bro”? 😂 I like Sung Min, idk why but he reminds me a little of EXO’s Baekhyun and I think he’s the type to make you feel comfortable. I liked Seung Il too. Just finished EP1 and I really enjoyed! Both main actors are good at acting so everything feels nature and their chemistry also feels nature. But I’m not happy seeing the bad reviews 😭 Will continue to watch nevertheless
So, just finished all 6 episodes and omg is this a gay version of Transit Love? So many of them already knew each other before and even went out together lol Also, what was that conversation about cheating? I already knew about the japan perspective on the subject but it still shocks me to see how distorted their thoughts are.
Hiroya….just as usual, a thoughtful and sincere guy who will probably end up alone. He deserved to be with someone :/ Huwei and Bomi are cute together but I think Huwei is confused with his feelings simply because Bomi it’s not his type. He said he likes pretty boys (Shun and Taeheon were his favorite from last season and none of them look like Bomi in personality or visual) so I think he’s not feeling attracted yet.
William and Izaya…they’re complicated. William will probably get a lot of hate. I think they match together but right now I’m confused if this is going to work or not. First, they had different memories of their past and it made me think that what they had it was more special for Izaya and not so much for William. I was also confused by William’s thought of feeling unwanted by Azaya cuz you ghosted him and wanted him to send a message to you? But ok, he said he didn’t feel like Azaya liked him at that time so now Izaya is doing everything he can to show William that he’s sincere and that he likes him.
Things went well and William is also beginning to like him. They had cute scenes in ep6 BUT he’s also insecure towards Izaya’s affection and love after his past traumatic relationship and although I think is super valid to feel that way, If it were me, I don’t know how I would feel if a person I like it’s almost all the time questioning my love for him. It’s kind giving Dai-Shun all over again, although it seemed like they are already a “couple”. William is giving me a few red flags too but if they really want to be together I hope they work everything out. Also, a PS: I really hope William showed some comfort for Azaya after his scene talking about his mom death because omg..? the episode ended in a weird way.
Kazuyuki is sweet but I’m afraid he will leave the house soon. He has 0 love connections so I don’t think he will stay until the end. Ryuki is cute but I wonder if someone will show interest in him…he’s a little awkward on the show.
Oh I liked this a lot! I understand now why everybody recommends it. The couples are really good and we had a lot of cute scenes between them! I’m also happy to know that some couples are still together! The bond and friendship between the guys and the girls were cute too! The panelists were also sooo fun to watch, I loved them! Also omg the love triangles here made me insaaaaane!!! I usually don’t enjoy love triangles but here I got say it was pretty entertaining.
Hou Siyi is so cute and a fun person to be with, she was my favorite in the house, but I don’t know if the show was for her. I think her moments with Sun JingJun were pretty cute too but I got a feeling that she wasn’t 100% connected with him idk. Sometimes it seemed like everything was just fun for her. I know she have a pretty fun personality in general but in the last episodes I felt like she wasn’t sure about him and that made me feel a little bit confused, especially because she was giving way more signs towards him than Hou Ge. Don’t get me wrong I do think she liked JingJun but I felt like she wasn’t sure if she REALLY wanted to try things with him outside the show. To me it seemed like she got scared and unsure about her own feelings when she realized that things weren’t funsies anymore and she needed to think more seriously. But I liked the couple :) They had cute moments!
I’m sooo happy that Zhang Jin and Zeng Zhaohao got together in the end! Zhaohao really deserved to be with someone and Zhang Jin also deserved to be with someone who truly liked her. They were so cute together and I’m really happy to know they will marry!
William and Yilan were so cute in the show too omg! William is so my type, I’d probably fall for him too lol Hou Ge and Yang Ruqing were cute too! I’m not gonna lie, him and Huo Siyi had an amazing chemistry together and I was sooo rooting for them but when I saw that Siyi was way more inclined towards JingJun, I hoped that someone would be with Hou Ge because he didn’t deserve to be alone and I’m glad he and Ruqing felt in love! I think he really matched with her.
One thing I didn’t enjoyed that much was the amount of AD. The show is supposed to make us feel like it’s genuine and real but the amount of AD’s between the participants were a little odd. But yeah in general I enjoyed a lot :) I watched the korean version and although I liked it, this chinese version is waaay better. I’m going to watch S2 now because I saw a lot of people recommending as well!

Chansol and Dahye were soooo cute together 😭 I liked them most of the time and Chansol ended being my favorite man in the house along with Bareum. Dahye is so fun to watch and I do like her but I think she sound a little snobby and out of touch sometimes. I’m happy that Chansol talked with her about her attitude with the bag in the last episode. She was unnecessary.
Bareum and Seulbi: I wanted to like this couple more because Bareum deserved so much to be with someone but I didn’t feel like she really liked him romantically 😭 to me it was clear that she was more attracted and liked Hangyeol more but chose Bareum because he gave her stability and also seemed like a good and responsible person. Well at least he didn’t end up alone, it would be too much for my heart.
Oh, I liked this a lot! Interesting concept, a cute couple, a looot of drama and good chemistry between all of them. I didn’t feel like the relationship between the cast were scripted, they seemed pretty natural and I liked the bond between the boys and the girls.
I do agree with some comments here about the secrets because they were so unbalanced. Hanui’s secret, for example, was the most serious one to a point that in the last episode I was completely anxious and worried just like her, thinking about what could be their reactions when they found out. Like, even knowing that the korean society is very judgmental, some secrets here (Dahye, Daon, Seulbi) weren’t that serious to match the propose of the show, in my opinion.
Although, in the end, we have to take into consideration that it’s a korean program and that it will obviously be a reflection of korean society and the prejudices THEY have.
So yeah although wasn’t perfect, in general I enjoyed a lot and wish we could’ve a season 2 😭 I’ll talk more about the final couples below because I can’t spoiler:
Hak Do and Chae Rin are one of the most ANNOYING second male and second female lead I’ve ever seen omg I’m stressed!!! Hak Do is totally crazy and predatory. His relationship with Chun Hyang is basically grooming and I didn’t get why he was so obsessed with her. I actually think Chun Hyang went too easy on him because he made her life and Mong Ryong’s life a nightmare, she should’ve been more angry towards him. Chae Rin is also annoying omg, she’s a bitch literally.
Fortunately, the main leads are really good together and the best thing here! There’s a lot of communication problems with them and it gets annoying in some moments but their chemistry is so good! I loved Mong Ryong’s character too, he was my favorite here! When he understood his feelings he did EVERYTHING to be with Chun Hyang. Mong Rong’s dad was also a good character. So funny and likeable. Another good point is the OST, super good!
