Ok I’m obsessed. AE is so beautiful, I understand Chiaki’s obsession lol The actor is doing a good job too, he’s completely different when he’s Enaga and when he’s AE. Chiaki’s actor acting is a little cringe sometimes but still watchable.

Princess Xi Yang was annoying most of the time and the only scenes I liked her was when she was with Jing Yan. They were surprisingly a good match and I’m not gonna lie, I kind shipped them together. And I think it was funny that she said to Sui Ge that she could change Jing Shi but instead she kind changed Jing Yan. Of course he’s indeed crazy and not a good person in general but with her he showed a little more of empathy and care. He was obsessive with her but obsessively in love. Just like she wished Jing Shi would be.
Talking about Jing Shi and her, I was annoyed that she blamed him for everything and ok, he definitely could’ve shown more care for her but since the beginning he was clear that he didn’t like her and that he wasn’t interested in her. He even gave her a chance to run away with Sui Ge but she chose to be with him instead. Yes, he was cold with her but he never gave her a different impression. She basically made wrong choices after wrong choices and I’m surprised she didn’t die in the end lol
Wow! Just finished and it was so good, probably one of the best I’ve watch this year! The plot was good, the enemies to lovers trope was so well done and both main and female lead are strong, smart and likeable. I LOVED Yi Xiao, for sure one of the best female characters this year and the same for Sui Ge as male character. The fights scenes were well made too, the OST was good and most of the episodes were interesting and it didn’t drag. Last episode was a bit rushed to me tho but in general it was a nice closure. Definitely recommend!
Awn I really enjoyed this one! I like these types of romances with genderless characters or characters who break stereotypes and here we have that with both main leads. Hikaru likes crossdressing, makeup and have more like a “feminine” trait, while Haruka knows basically nothing about makeup and has more like a tomboyish look. Most characters here are so cute too, even when you think one of them might annoy you, they end up being nice too.
I loved how confident Hikaru was and how he helped Haruka to be more confident about herself too. But a thing I also enjoyed is that although Hikaru is confident, sometimes, like any other person, he has his doubts and he is also still learning about himself and finding more things about himself. After all, we are always learning something about ourselves every day and this is the path.
Hikaru and Haruka romantic scenes were also cute, and the ending was satisfying! My only complaint is that we see Hikaru crossdressing for much part of the drama, but when he confesses to Haruka and they start dating, he kind stop crossdressing. We do have that scene where he introduce himself to Haruka’s mom and Haruka herself says she likes Hikaru in all his styles, but that's it. It was kind odd to see the character who crossdressed 98% of the drama stopping doing that in the moment he was dating but yeah. Still really enjoyed this one!
Just finished and I really enjoyed! Byung Tae’s development was really good, the pacing was well done and he stayed true to his character until the very end. I loved his friends too, especially Jiyoung and Hosuk! I was hoping for Byung Tae and Gyeong Tae bromance tho so is unfortunate that we couldn’t see that. Gyeong Tae was a TRULY asshole and piece of shit.
Talking about him…what happened to Gyeong Tae in the end? They left us with 0 explanation. I saw that a S2 will be released so he will appear there? Let’s see
Just binged all episodes and I’m really liking so far!!! Great story and the visuals are 10/10! Xiwei is perfect in this role, she really look like a cat. I like her character as well. Her chemistry with Xukai is good too, they’re cute together.
Ngl, I thought this one would be more impactful in the beginning just like The Double and The Glory was but I’m liking so far! Sometimes I feel like something is missing but both main leads are good and their chemistry is sooooo on point. I am in love with Cheng Lei face and acting and Zhou Ye is so natural at acting. The fight scenes are really good too! In general it’s a good watch and I believe will be even better later when the story unfold more!

Wow I enjoyed the episodes more than a thought, I think it will be an interesting series to watch! I liked the characters and their chemistry so far. Hua Yong is sooooo beautiful I can’t help but stare at his face all the time
Just finished EP1 & EP2 and good start! Fast paced, intriguing and I liked the characters right away! Female lead is really likeable, she has a straightforward personality and it’s really confident and I also liked Yue Ning! Male lead looks good too, he seems to be smart but not too arrogant, cautious and an observant person. I think he will be the type to be a simp for female lead 😂 Li Landi is beautiful here and Ao Ruipeng although not beautifully majestic as he was in Moonlight Mystique, still is handsome as always!
How can a drama that I was super involved in at the beginning make me lose so much interest later? I don’t know whether should I drop it or continue but from the reviews, it seems like I'll be even more disappointed.
