The director of this drama is sooooo good!! He knows exactly how to build tension and how to create great climaxes in the romance scenes.
I'm completely in love with Xiwei. I already liked her but gosh sheās perfect here. She's one of the actresses with the most beautiful and cute faces I've ever seen, and her acting is so natural...it's impossible not to fall in love with her in every episode. Hopefully sheāll grow even more in the industry. Chang Yu is already one of the best female characters of the year for me! And Xie Zheng is so perfect...definitely one of Lingheās best role.
Now the drama is really going to move towards a more dramatic plot, especially for the couple, because the separation is coming š It will be difficult to see them separated for so long but Iām excited for this arc because weāre going to see the development of the story and the characters relationship! Also, excited for more fighting scenes!
Oh godā¦.I already saw a lot of mutuals on Twitter talking about Qi Min being a red flag and we can definitely see how obsessed he is with Qian Qian but nglā¦heās hot, I screamed lol I got invested in their storyline. Iām weak for man with gray hair in historical dramas šµāš« itās going to be hard to ignore this man. Also I kind liked that we got a green flag main lead and a red flag secondary character.
In general I enjoyed EP12 & EP13 and the story are progressing well. I really like the relationship between Chang Yu and Qian Qian! Chang Yuās sister and Qian Qianās son playing together was so cute too. And Chang Yu and Xie Zhengās scenes continues to make me giggle and fall in love with both of them.
Xie Zheng almost killing that butcher who drugged Chang Yu was hot af. I love a man who gets crazy when his wifey is in dangerous. Iām loving this couple so so much. They shine together as a couple and individually too, which is awesome. And now Iām starting to understand the main story a little bit more. Excited to see the secondary couples and storyās as well!

Iām fucking screaming omg EP7 fighting scene was š„!! Linghe is doing amazing in this role and heās so so handsome like I didnāt know he could be even more handsome. I think Xie Zheng will be one of his best role. And Xiwei is so cute, pretty & badass, Iām also so in love with her character here. Theyāre both nailing and really balanced to each other. The cinematography and direction is also chief kiss. Two episodes per day is not enough for me please I need 5 at least š
Just watched all 5 episodes and omg give me more RIGHT NOW!!! Iām in love with the scenery, the setting, and Xiwei and Linghe chemistry are so goodā¦ theyāre just SO beautiful together, Iām in love with both of them. Iām also loving the characters and the acting. To me, Xiwei is always good, her acting is just on point and sheās always natural. And Linghe is also super natural in his character here. I think both of them were perfect choices for this work.
Excited for the next episodes! I think it will be a great journey and the main couple will be the death of us

Igeon. Personality-wise heās he the one who attracted me the most. He knows how to have simple, funny and deep conversations. Iād feel really comfortable with him, heās also really hot. Iād find Hyeon Woo cute but after that date, too cringe. Sungminā¦.donāt know exactly because we almost donāt see him with her and the scenes we saw I found him boring. He definitely gives you security but I need the spark and I canāt feel the spark with Sungmin. Igeon is the type of guy that you canāt forget once you talk with him and itās clear that Goeun also feels a chemistry with him.
If I was her, Iād prefer to choose someone who make my heart beat faster and who I have the most chemistry with. Even if Iām a little uncertain by him. Also, this is Singleās Inferno. How many couples really end up together outside the show? lol The time they spend there is too little to really know someone anyway and if things doesnāt end up well outside the show, at least I chose the handsome and interesting one lol also Goeun is pretty, sheāll have a lot of boys wanting her outside the show too.

Me lol I liked Min Gee and Seung Il but they lost spark. I liked Goeun and Hyeonwoo but they didnāt have that much chemistry together. I like Geon and Igeon but she wonāt choose him šµāš« I donāt even know if Iāll watch the last episodes, probably will search for spoilers only and decide later.
Maybe an unpopular opinion but Igeon is the best chemistry Goeun has in this show. I know most people root for Hyeon Woo because heās cute and sincere but to me she doesnāt have the same chemistry with him. With Igeon sheās playful, cute, flirty and they also have deep conversations. All their scenes are so natural to watch. Heās also super hot, literally the Dex of the season. Acting or not, heās the only one doing right with her.
Goeun and Hyeon Woo could be a good match but he doesnāt really know how to flirt and he calling Geon cute 300 times was not good, just cringe. I saw a comment saying he thinks heās on Transit Love EP15 and is so accurate lol I still feel sorry for him tho because he literally gave up on Paradise as for him thereās not point going without her.
Sungmin is literally a dog always chasing Goeun and not giving her space like as soon as she came back to the island he doesnāt even let her speak to others like come on you canāt even wait a few hours? I know heās desperate but itās so annoying. And my main problem is that how can we root for them when the show isnāt showing much of them? Thereās not deep conversations, not funny conversationsā¦nothing. She likes him for exactly what? We canāt see. Rumors are saying she will choose him but Iām hoping she wonāt.
I donāt understand why Mina said Seung Il still is her option when they had the most boring date ever like she talked a lot about Subeen and Sung Hun there but ok. I think itās pretty funny that the two guys Mina is interested, likes Heesun now lol How ironic is that.
Heesun and Subeen had a cute date. Jaejin and Jooyoung are already like a couple, if cameras wasnāt there I bet Jaejin wouldāve kissed her and I screamed a little at the moment, not gonna lie. Min Gee is clearly annoyed by Mina like is SO clear. She didnāt even try to hide. Talking about her, I felt not spark watching her date with Subeen and sheāll probably choose Seung Il anyway.
For the finale, I think it will be: Subeen and Heesun. Jaejin and Jooyoung. Min Gee and Seung Il. Goeun and Sungmin. No one will choose Mina. Iāll accept everything but Goeun and Sungmin, I think not even the panelists want them together lol
Minseong date was SO awkward. I think Taichi was counting the minutes to go home in his head because he was definitely uncomfortable and I canāt blame him lol
Hyunjun and Yunjaeā¦like I said before I can see a potential but for now itās just blend. Iām gonna be honest about Hyunjun: I think heās handsome but Iām still not feeling him right now. And how exactly heāll show that he likes someone? Iām curious to see that. I know he called Yunjae but this is the dynamic of the show, I need to see his own actions. Yunjae, for example, is also quiet and shy but we can see that heās pushing himself and we can definitely see heās feeling conflicted because Hyunjun is not showing much. As this is only the beginning Iām hoping to see more of Hyunjun and actually see him trying things. I donāt know if they will match later thoā¦
Sunwook is also interested in Hyunjun and Iām not gonna lie, I think they could match too. But the ideia of Sunwook and Sumin is also enjoyable, both of them really match each other. I really liked Sunwook and Sumin seems so sweetā¦I just donāt know if both of them will feel things more romantically.
Hangyeol and Taichi are really good together, hope they choose each other in the end! Jaeha and Hyeongjun..donāt know what I feel about them. I understand Jaehaās intentions but at the same time I wonder if it was really necessary to return to the show. I think Iāll need to see more because things are just complicated between them right now.
