The Hunter Guild looks chaotic and mismatched, if you ask me. Furthermore, they lack a proper foundation as each has personal goals and means (sounds selfish but that's how it works). It reminds me of my school's group project where only one or two people do the work while the others sit around, chatter like bees, and of course pray for the best. If you have rooted yourself in TBOY universe, there won't be any trouble of memorizing names. I tend to forget some names too, but end up memorizing all of them. What you need is a good understanding of the OG source, then you'll be able to know all of them. As for relationship chart, I rarely look up to it since it's not that important for me.

And yes, while you're deceiving someone, it requires an over-the-top acting, which is no surprise for me. I've even prognosticated for that.
