This was a fun read! I didn't initially consider pairing him with LYX but now it makes so much sense. I also think he would look good with Li Landi - she's such a great actor and her recent performance in Love of Nirvana blew me away. Plus visuals wise they would match well

I also think they already consummated by now, it's just that they're leaving it as subtext. I thought it was in that one scene when he picked her up and said "I have important matters to do" but now your comment made me think it's probably earlier. Ngl I'm a tad disappointed they're keeping it so chaste bc ZYC is great at kissing scenes, but at least we got one 😆

I love how realistic the drama is about fixing the future. FL cannot make big changes at the start, making unfortunate events like certain character deaths unavoidable. BUT she can prepare herself well for what's to come by gaining more knowledge and power to make a bigger 'ripple'.

the episodes keep ending on absolutely diabolical cliffhangers 😭

right?? this director's dramas always have good chemistry for the main CP. A Familiar Stranger is my fav example of this

Omg I have I absolutely adore her. She’s pretty AND she’s got acting chops. I liked her in Blossoms of Adversity too. Based on all the previews it looks like she’s gonna play a more darker role in Reborn which I’m excited for

I really want to watch Love’s Ambition! Also Reborn - the release date keeps getting pushed back

yes and same with the dark and gloomy aesthetics of ep 1 compared to rest of eps

maybe the monk started to gain memory of his first life which is why he approached FL and chose a new path in this life
