i'm on ep 18 and sito ling might just be the most useless person ever. like how are yuo gonna go around saying you want to protect ming yi, when you are held by a freaking collar š
Ep 9 where FL opens up and speaks to her family regarding her sister was so beautiful. The way she broke down felt so real. What an amazing episodeš
Literally only a few minutes into the first episode, and the discrimination against the ML is crazy? Like what do you mean you reject him a job offer, because his father supposedly did something bad 20 years ago? š
So this sounds too good - the cast is literally to die for. I hope it won't be disappointment, and if so, it will be because of bad writing and not bad acting. We all know that. STUNNING poster by the way, absolutely beautifulš
is it still worth that watch tho ? i need honest opinion
Believe it or not, the investigation first started going places around ep 8 or 9. There weren't that many suspects either, so if you hadn't got spoiled that you would have figured it out on your pretty early. That part of the kdrama felt like a half-finished job which is ironic, given the fact that's literally about cracking a case and finding the real killer. It lacked the investigative "touch" in my opinion. There weren't enough trials - or if there were, we didn't watch them. We did not see enough of the FL attending to her lawful duties. Most of it was her sitting in her office, trying to figure everything out. So it was pretty passive in that scene - the mistery/law elements. However I am also being very subjective, as I'm solely vocalising my view on this kdrama. If you need something light, watch it. The FL is such a cute and great person, and I actually really loved the romance. So maybe the plot being weak was a blessing in disguise, because it was so easy watching it. It did not feel heavy at all.
