kdrama writers hv it so bad that even cliches, tropes, copy-paste everything can sell a low quality content. 16 episodes hv too much nonsense n filler - but moving to 10-12 episodes isn't doing good either - writers r completely bereft of ideas.
Heck, even tiktok, reels n youtube content creators put more effort n r passionate about what they do n here kdrama writers want easy money n scamming broadcasters to advertisers to audience.

This show barely touches anything n too superficial to any1's like.

With all d copy-paste story n characters n all d cosmetic relationships - nothing much is left for something authentic. Kdrama writers hv so little to show that they hv to run a different plot which usually is soap opera level.
And at every instance writers build excuses after excuses to show main leads in good manner. Most of d time it's d heroine - like writer self-insert themselves into main heroine character.

This drama has huge troubles n foolish magic of romance can't solve it. This drama could hv turned out average if writer had kept things simple n not attempted boorish showoff of cliches.

this drama is trash - writer n director r here for free money - no effort in any aspect of d drama at all. you can tolerate all d nonsense, no logic cheap plot, but, direction n editing is all around trash. music is typical - when is acting good in asian dramas -still, this drama with copy-paste moves could hv worked but horrible direction takes everything out

Drama is pretty dumb for being a PR driven drama. Direction is good but editing is trash. Writer is presenting so called smart character with stupid story n plot. glycerin tears not make for emotions. the cheesy cliches n tropes actually make d whole affair no serious. Director+writer combi has failed spectacularly. Concept of Trust n hatred is paraded boorishly. Almost everything is superficial n barely touches d surface. the dynamics of relationships hv no ounce of depth. Comedy is as much a copy-paste.
33% of the drama done and all you get is hotel management. This could hv been above avg. but every1 is trying to surf romance which is d simplest but effective cheap trick around.

i only prefer manga - mangas r more expressive compared to these short dramas made solely for cheesy fluff that is important for streaming platforms.

This drama has same copy-paste story but presentation is making it good. characters n d tone of the drama is +ve - d light food u want for d spring. keep it simple n this drama will shine but add foolish cliche -ve aspects to stretch d drama n it will fall.

For a 10 episode drama no need to go -ve just to make things spicy.

the irony is these r d same identities who grew up watch/reading hard work of some1 else. jp content became mainstream b/c of 1000s of scanlation groups doing everything with passion n letting every1 be part of it.

after all the trash kdrama world keep airing - this show with good direction n writer clearly in a healithy combi with director uplifting the atmosphere - this Korean drama is refreshing - pretty rare feat for a kdrama. It's comedy is +ve n works well. Overall, pretty good 1st 2 weeks.
