Yes! Another person falling for Cao Chun'ang 🤗 besides the main couple, he is my most fav character. He is so cool, yet so witty and understanding. Man has the brain and brawl 👍🏻 and he is also in the top 20 fav drama characters! Proofing that viewers love him too!

Thank God I'm not the only one liking him 😆having him as right hand man is very assuring. That fighting scene on the boat shows how efficient he is during a fight. Also he can see the good and bad person and deals with them differently. He is a delightful character to watch besides the main couple.

It is worthy! The main couple is very adorable and lots of romance and comedy too. They can't confess bcs of their statuses, but she did it anyway. Ep 14 has sneaky kiss, ep 16 has bed cuddle. The confession is ep 18.

Not yet. Xiao Duo hasn't tell his secret and prefers that way now bcs of their status. but Both of them clearly know they love each other. Yinlou confessed though.

The novel has happy ending. They get married and have twins.

I might be the only one who really like Cao Chun'ang. When I first saw their livestream before the drama airs, I thought the actor playing him, Wang Lixin/Wang Yuexin is a cutie. Cao Chun'ang mostly serves as Xiao Duo's right hand man and for comedy purposes. His hideous hats distracted my eyes for the first few episodes. However when he does his job, he is a hottie. He is efficient, strong and he goes "Idgaf with you" face when facing criminals. His fighting skills are no less than Xiao Duo. She Qilang is also a cool one. His character here is similar to when he played as Shao Zi in NPE, but Qilang is brighter. I hope to see these three hotties in action more in later episodes.

I know that's why I was a bit disappointed.

I'm a fan of Chen Yuqi and I like Fang Yilun too. Kinda wished this is a historical drama since both of them look elegant in hanfu, but I will definitely watch it 😊

Starting next week we have to say goodbye to honeymoon period 😭 we will get a lot of heartbreak as the story will go darker and painful.
