Nande? You dislike Shiki's character? I must say that I was glad he was alive, I never wanted him to die and I thought that he didn't. I also thought that he could be her father after I saw his picture with Yuiko's mother. Hopefully, the movie will answer some questions that I have in mind.

Oh, it's a good drama; if you're in a mood for a Wuxia then give it a go. Have you seen any HKC drama before?
Oh, and I read that you don't find anything interesting to watch in your list? Was your problem resolved or not?

I told you that I don't dislike romance as a whole but only pure romantic dramas; sometimes, I appreciate it when it's mixed with something else.
Time Between Wolf and Dog is actually a very appreciated drama to me. Mainly because of the undercover theme and the revenge plot, it's one of Lee Jun Ki's better works. I believe you saw Cruel City, it ressembles it though the latter is more into the noir theme. I have to warn you though, the female lead can be really annoying.
Did I recommend you "Snowy Love Fall in Spring"? It's a Japanese romantic film that I think it will suit your taste.

Have you found subs for Samurai That Night? I've been looking everywhere but the ones I found aren't working. I want to watch it not only because of Yamada but Sakai too.
I had Milocrorze - A Love Story on my radar for a long time and I will watch it eventually; I can handle 90% of Japanese weird movies so let's hope it's not in the 10% category.
One of my longest episode reviews LOL! It's just that this drama gives me too many feelings, such a thought-provoking drama! I am officially sold to it.
I thought Kurokouchi would be my favorite character in this since he's weird and somewhat hateful (and I freaking love those characters) but he lost to Sawatari who's secretive, manipulative and a silent character which I love even more than Kurokouchi's category. And I don't even care if he's the bad guy *evil laugh*
Go is both attractive and a good actor; you've got to love his charisma.
I am glad that he's getting more main roles these years but even with his previous supporting roles; he always managed to get attention through his amazing on-screen presence.

Lately, I am interested in Korean Suspense/Thriller movies. They're really great at making those.
Oh, so you've seen My Bratty Princess.
I can never imagine myself watching anything about food whether it's Asian or not LOL

That's a good balance; I am also watching Legal High 2 to take a little pause from the somewhat serious dramas I am watching. Have you seen the ghost episode in the second season?
Crying Out Love in the Centre of the worl got Yamada in it, ne? I love that guy but sadly he has many romance oriented dramas so I kind of ignore most of his dramas and focus on movies.

I see, but does that mean that your experience with HKC Wuxia movies is also limited? You haven't seen Wuxia movies?
Oh, you started the second season of Yuusha Yoshihiko! Is it to your liking?

About that, I think it's already confirmed so we should hope for an early broadcast in 2014.
You won't tease me for long Dreamy! I already started it today and so far, things are really cool. I can totally guess that this is will be different from usual Japanese detective dramas.

You're also watching Secret Love? I thought you were only watching the three dramas you mentioned. For me, I am watching for the revenge theme; I am a sucker of that genre to the point that I watch some melodramas (which I usually avoid) for its sake. Secret Love is too melodramatic and now that the revenge and the stalking are no longer there, I can't wait for it to end. It's not horrible and the acting is quite good but if you don't like melodramas then don't watch this.
Believe me, in the case of Ice World the romance becomes a main factor and the reason behind mystery. It was really fun for me to watch.

Well, you can always watch Infernal Affairs 3 afterwards, it doesn't ruin the watch but if you want to see Leon Lai in something else then you could check "The Empress and Worriors", it has action and romance combined in it.
Which of Andy's movies are getting your interest?
As I said before, Shao Qian is one of my favorite characters. he can be quite fascinating, you're okay with the whole relationship between them? I found it quite different from other same plot-dramas. As for the business background, it's not as intense as GE and it does turn out predictable at some point but it's better than other dramas' business.

I will still stay away from it because I know that Miike can go very wild with those types of movies.
Do you like Samurai movies? Delinquent movies? He also has couple of movies that are similar to Audition; I think you would like them: "Three Extremes" and "Lesson of the Evil"
You're still in movies phase until now?

I also asked a friend who saw it and she told me that she has it on DVD bought from Japan :(
I am sure that the remake will be also good because Miike is really great at making remakes. Oh, and I was wrong about Hira, I actually saw him in two dramas before :D

Don't worry about the late reply, I knew you were busy with work. It's festivals, right?
I understand your feelings about Tae Joo because I shared them at some point; I wanted him to win no matter what and I was rooting for him since he came from the bottom and created himself from scratch but then, I started to get disappointed with his actions but I never actually hated him.
Min Jae is also a character that I never managed to hate, I always liked his way of climbing back in even if he was pushed far away. I understood his hartred against the Chairman because he was unfair to him and his father.
As for romance between SY and TJ, I would've felt way better if they didn't mention it in the synopsis; I was expecting it at some point but then I was glad that the writers didn't include it.
I take from your reaction about Golden Empire that you rated it high? For me, it's one of the top dramas of this year.
Leaving GE aside, what else captures your interest this period?

You really haven't seen "My Little Bride"? I thought it was popular, I guess I was wrong. It's a Korean movie not Chinese drama. It has practically the same permise as Sweet 18.
The only reason that makes me enjoy episodic detective drama is because each individual case is interesting. Or I would've been bored. I recently started Kurokouchi, it's really great so far.
