Simpler viewer you mean? I don't think so, actually to be able to watch Thai lakorns you should have an open mind as well as a wild imagination. It's true that they get cheesy and have amateurish cinematography as well as medium acting but they touch forbidden subjects that normal viewers don't stand such as "rape", it's very popular in their dramas, they tend to go crazy with that theme and at the end of the day, they fall in love. It's crazy drama in Thai lakorns.

Their cinema is something else though, I admit that I usually watch the Martial Arts movies but they got a great variation of choices, they're so professional at making horror movies and romantic comedies. Especially horror movies, they're known for them worldwide.

I never considered William Feng a great actor but he has charisma and awesome on-screen presence. As for Leon Lai, he's an absorbing actor; that guy has great talent and he knows what he does that's why he outshined William Feng in White Vengeance but don't worry; Feng knew how to maintain his position as well and he performed quite well but it's a fact that Lai was way better than him.

What kind of lakorn is Roy Marn? Do you recommend it?

Swallow The Sun had action but not enough to be a pure action drama in my book. I really hated the focus on gambling in there, the female lead and the second male lead were also irritating. I had to skip many parts to finish that one LOL

You don't need to worry about it Erin (:

Me? I watch Thai slap kiss lakorns when it's way worse than that so you can guess that I really like those types of scenes but only in dramas though, not in real life :D

As usual, I had to wait for the HD version and I am currently watching it. I am sure you watched it, right?

I liked this season; it was very intriguing and with more in depth cases but I really need season four. OCN can't simply abandon us after that ending!

You're very welcome (:

Yes! It's my favorite mystery drama so I am pretty sure that you will like it. You know how much I love hardcore mysteries.

I hope so too but I am sure they won't pick the ones we're looking forward to.

I will start it after I finish my current dramathon. That's a promise:

I see what you mean; it's just that I love delinquents films so Crows Zero has become one of my favorite films.

I also loved Hotoke Beams! Everytime he appears on screen I get ready to laugh. The second season is also good but less funnier than the first. I remember the ghosts episode, it made me laugh my stomach out!

What's the drama that you plan to start watching next?

J'ai regardé deux épisodes et j'ai encore commencé My Boss My Hero. Je veux commencé Kuroukochi très bientôt aussi.

Peux être je vais changer ma décision à propos Empress Ki; je ne suis pas dans un humeur pour les drame Coréens.

Then I would recommend Smuggler; it's gory though I hope that's okay with you.

Ai to Makoto is the movie you're talking about, right? Because I wrote two reviews about two Satoshi's movies. Do you know Crows Zero? Ai to Makoto was a dilinquent movie like Crows Zero but they added stupid singing and dancing to it; you can guess how frustrated I was especially since I was really waiting for Miike and Satoshi's collaboration.

No, I still insist that's not true and nothing you say will ever change my mind :p

I will start it after I finish Secret Love because I can't watch two Korean dramas at the same time; you know that I am hating them lately.

Oh, so you're almost done with that drama, right? I am also almost done with God's Quiz 3 and I started My Boss My Hero.

You shouldn't try to convert him; if he can enjoy what you like then he will even after a long time and you're right we all have different tastes. It's hard for Martial Arts lovers to get involved in anything touchy, I know because I am in an example; no drama/movie has made me cry no matter how sad it is but unlike other Martial Arts lovers; I lover thrillers, hardcore mysteries mixed with suspense as well as super gory movies that aren't horror. I was called weird for my taste :D

Hawick Lau had an absorbing hateful character in that drama; I really appreciated it.

Yes, he was hateful but attractive at the same time; for me he was irresistable but I understand if other people may find it hard to watch him. I wouldn't recommend Thai lakorns unless you have a very open mind; their productions are almost amateurish whether it's the writing or the acting so you would find them falling way behind compared to the big five. However, I really love to watch their revenge dramas while closing my eyes on all of their flaws plus they have some serious eyecandies :D

I found White Vengeance great in the action and cinematography departments, it had some plot holes but I still disregarded those and enjoyed it as a fun ride into the history of that era. However, Red Cliff is without doubt better than this but It does worth the try. Leaon Lai outclassed William Feng in everything though.

Rough Cut should be the right start; it was one of Ji Sub ahjussi's better works.

You're currently watching many dramas? I thought you're only watching Osen.

Swallow the Sun was about action and gambling; I didn't like it a lot because it had lots of dragging and not so many action scenes. Ji Sung looked so good in there though.

This movie was sick yet it was so fun to watch; I loved the revenge plot and the acting. It's a must watch for those who like bloody movies.

What a talented actor! Japan can be very proud of Yosuke, he's the kind of actor you would fall in love with after watching anything he starred in. Amazing actor indeed.

If you liked the investigation procedures in VP then I am sure you will like them in God's Quiz and TEN.

I am counting days for that drama to end. Thanks for the encouragement Sleepy (:

Actually, I didn't find him attractive at all in Protect The Boss, weird huh? In Swallow The Sun, he was partially good looking but in Secrets, he's really amazing. Do you plan to watch it?

Does that mean that you saw other delinquent movies and Crows Zero disappointed you compared to them?

Yes, that weird humour is really awesome. My favorite character in that drama was Merebu, the way he talks and comes up with stupid magic tricks all the time was so freaking funny. What an awesome character.

You didn't like Crows Zero? Even with Miike, Oguri and Yamada you didn't like it?

Yuusha is awesome! I know that not everyone would like that type of comedy but I always loved the Japanese sense of humour so you can guess how much I loved that drama with its both seasons. I enjoyed it to the fullest.
