I love the way he put the SFL in her place. Zhuohua gives him a flute, SML comes to give him a grander one or something (I watched it when it was airing 😅) and he’s like “I only need the flute in my hand” or smt to that effect.
It was very swoony.
I liked Feng Shaofeng in this one. I absolutely HATED HIM in Married. If you want to see him young -check out Palace w Yang Mi. It’s like Scarlet Heart/ Qing Dynasty but I found it more watchable than Scarlet Heart lol

Legend of Zhuohua was so good. Really funny and good relationship between the leads

If he is not renewing his contract then he likely won’t be filming anything until that’s all cleared up. He probably doesn’t want to do the same types of dramas again. He wants to challenge himself. There likelywon’t be any updates on SotB until it’s ready to air. This is c-drama, just sit and wait 😅

Yes on rewatching its more grey but with a blueish undertone 🙂

I don’t care for Ye Xian as a match for Jinzhao, he has some very serious issues. However, I can understand his feelings. His father looks down on him, he was poisoned when he was young and can’t live up to his families expectations. He has a lot of unresolved anger issues and is used to taking out these feelings on everyone else. Then comes along a spirited young lady who doesn’t back down from him and also gives him care. She turns to him for help several times, it’s only natural that he would develop feelings for her and given his personality, feel betrayed when she doesn’t reciprocate. None of this justifies his behaviour but I can feel a little bit of sympathy for him and hope that he will eventually find happiness with that crazy girlie lol

6.9 but there are quite a few hate reviews 🙄 deserves higher

I’ve only seen Ci Sha in the Longest Promise before this but I’m liking him here. I’ve only watched a few drama w Wu Leo and I think just one w Bai Jingting. My personal faves are Xu Kai and Xiao Zhan. I also like Chen Xingxu and Liu YuNing But I will watch anything that I find interesting

I dunno, maybe his voice sounds sleepy -he’s not super captivating. This is just my personal opinion. Like I said, he’s not unwatchable but I don’t think I would seek out his dramas

I think A splendid match is better but I’m up to around ep 18 on Ning and I will likely continue. I do find the ML a bit of a bore. I watched him in Are You the One? and I liked the drama and he isn’t unwatchable or anything but he’s just lacking…something lol
