Oh yes, it’s so much fun 🤗

No traffic actors, low social media visibility, no romance (this all from the international viewpoint). I have only seen a few posts about it on Instagram and nowhere else. I feel like I-viewers only really like simple, predictable dramas w pretty faces and boring plot. (I don’t mean EVERYONE but a majority, esp on this platform). I’m not sure how the drama is performing in China. I actually heard about the drama because Xu Kai gave support for PYC and I came to this page to see what the drama was about, read some comments about it being funny and decided to try it

Kai genuinely looks like he enjoys interacting with the fans at these types of events. He’s not pretentious or performative, just acts naturally. Watching other actors in these same types of events it doesn’t feel as genuine. Even brand events,Kai always gives the air of being genuinely happy to be there. Obviously we don’t know his thoughts but if he doesn’t like it he hides it very well. I have seen several popular actors at events and they often look bored or annoyed like they don’t want to be there, which I understand , but they are being paid for their time they can at least put on an act.

I don’t get shipping. Like fine if you like the CHARACTERS together, sure, that’s kinda the point but why do the actors have to fulfill that in real life? So weird.

Actors have no say in the dramas release schedule 😂 ofc he is popular he is popular otherwise he wouldn’t get offers to film dramas. Popularity is not measured by Weibo follower count, endorsements or award shows. It’s in real data like viewership. Maybe you should find a different actor to follow who can meet your conditions .

He will no attend Weibo night. He is filming in Hengdian. Also I doubt he would go if he was free. Why would he want to attend a event run by a platform that allows people to pay to slander him?

Also, many actors who are out there seemingly endorsing brands aren’t even official spokespeople they are “friends of the house” so brands are just dressing them or loaning them.
